  1. “….General John Kelly talks about human rights work as part of Southern Command SouthCom part of their plan to take over the world??….” This John Kelly is speaking bollocks , Rubbish , tosh , codswallop and so on . Those terms you use in the mother country are roughly equivalent to the US’s slang initials b.s.( bull s**t . although b.s, is also used for a 4 year college degree–or baccalaureate – denoting bachelor of science ). And when he said he doesn’t need a lawyer to know about human rights, entirely true because he could care less about international and national human rights laws . I mean what is scary about these compartmentalizers like John Kelly is they can say one thing and do the other, order very terrible things and erase it from his mind, sleep at the drop of a hate and get up in the morning look at themselves in the mirror in think im a good person . Thought and Action comparmentalization is the most frightening types of hypocrisy. The Nazi SS and Gestapo were tested for this disturbing type of personality , and thats why they were so horribly successful. They would oversee the death camps, do some of killing and torturing themselves. Then when they get home its like nothing ever happened. They have no compunctions whatsoever .

these road , water, public, etc projects for Latin American countries are a pittance for the US military . It’s just public relations . anyway most of these projects don’t reach the poor.
Why did US have such a grip on South America up until around 2001 . As always for the benefit of the corporations and filthy rich in the US and the few filthy rich in the poor resource rich country . US led coups in Latin America are so numerous it’s hard to list them. As Dr. Michael Parenti put it, in so many words, every time an elected president tries to help those out of misery to a livable poverty with the opportunity of better yourself and family with free education, and socialized medicine etc which means having the rich pay a little more in taxes , the compassionate president and his backers a quashed in heinous ways. Its the rich in us and the resource rich latin america whose sole goal is endless profits. These few vampire capitalists in both america and elsewhere are addicts to money and power, they can’t get enough. It’s worse than addiction to drugs. And we the people have to put limits on profits and redistribute the wealth

In the early 2000’s South America started cutting ties with the US and going their own way. It was good timing because of the bogus wars of spreading b.s,, i mean democracy , in Afghanistan and Iraq. Although since the coup backed by the US of President Zelaya of Hondorus and recently the ouster of Brazil’s Dilma Rousseff’s democratic socialist regime are turning the clock backwards
