The £40 billion annual income received from Fuel Duty and Vehicle Excise Duty each year is set to decline rapidly as we approach 2030 and beyond. When comparing current government spend, the NHS budget is typically around £130 billion each year, so in comparison the £40 billion loss will create a significant gap in the UK economy that has to be addressed and identified elsewhere. 4.4 A national charging scheme across the UK’s busiest road networks would help to ease congestion and traffic levels, due to consumers weighing up the value of their journey, but also ensure funding in replacement of VED. 4.6 Previously, such schemes have been met with hostility and are deemed to be ‘another tax’ placed on people by the government. The public must understand what the cost of road pricing is and the cost it simply replaces, not adds to. 4.7 Whilst consumers pay tax each time they fill their vehicle’s fuel tank, this is a relatively hidden cost built into the price of fuel per litre. Any pay-as-you-drive or road pricing scheme must also fit seamlessly into the consumers’ daily life.

4.9 Siemens Mobility provides road user charging technology that connects with new and existing road infrastructure. 4.9.1 The technology operates using the consumer’s mobile phone or the vehicle’s on-board unit before integrating into the city’s road user network, providing accurate data to operate a road pricing scheme. 4.9.2 The solution supports flexible payment schemes according to the distance travelled, type of vehicle, time of travel and current ambient pollution levels. 4.9.3 The data can also be gathered and shared in real-time, allowing cities to further optimise their traffic flows according to their specific and unique challenges, reducing congestion where needed and without the need to invest in additional hardware. 4.10.1 The system is integrated with roadside sensors and ANPR cameras which form part of TfL’s existing Congestion Charging scheme. ANPR cameras identify and register every vehicle that enters the ULEZ – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This information is then transmitted to a dedicated and secure Siemens Mobility data centre, where our ULEZ software determines the compliance of the vehicle. In its first ten months, 17,400 non-compliant vehicles were removed from Central London’s roads, equivalent to a traffic jam 48 miles long.

Dr. Campbell has been trying for several months to get the UK government to correctly give the shot, but neither the UK, the US, or the WHO will listen. There is a very good possibility these injuries are the result of the vaccines being improperly admnistered. The video demonstrates how the government is almost criminal in the way it ignores people who have suffered a physical injury from the vaccine.

More than 100 workers at U.S. nuclear lab sue over vaccine mandate – Los Alamos employees face Friday deadline; lab said last week that 96% of its workers had at least one shot ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. ­ Workers at one of the nation’s premier nuclear weapons laboratories face a deadline Friday ­ be vaccinated or prepare to be fired. A total of 114 workers at Los Alamos National Laboratory ­ the birthplace of the atomic bomb ­ are suing over the mandate, saying exemptions have been unduly denied and their constitutional rights are being violated by Triad National Security LLC, the contractor that runs the lab for the U.S. Department of Energy. It will be up to a state district judge whether to grant an injunction to prevent employees from being fired while the merits of the case are decided. A hearing was underway Thursday. The lawsuit alleges that lab management has been harassing employees and has created a hostile work environment. The complaint outlines the experiences of many of the workers, including one who was screamed at for not being vaccinated and was told by a fellow crew member that he and his family deserved to die. The lab has declined to comment on the lawsuit and has not answered questions about the current vaccination rate among employees, whether any exemptions have been approved or what will happen to employees who refuse to be inoculated when Friday rolls around. The plaintiffs include scientists, nuclear engineers, project managers, research technicians and others who have some of the highest security clearances in the nation for the work they do. Some employees said many of those who could lose their jobs are specialists in their fields and would be difficult to replace in the short term. Some of the employees who are part of the lawsuit have worked for Los Alamos lab for decades, while others are newer hires who have relocated to New Mexico from other states and countries. Thirty-four of them are named in the lawsuit and 80 have opted to remain anonymous, citing fears of retaliation.

Expansion of air pollution scheme will ‘have drastic impact on disabled people’ – The mayor of London’s plans for a huge expansion of the capital’s low emission zone for cars could have a drastic and discriminatory impact on disabled people, say campaigners. They fear that the current, limited exemptions for disabled people will leave many of them – and their care and health workers, personal assistants and carers – forced to pay the £12.50-a-day charge every time they use a car. Now they are launching a new bid to crowdsource funding* so that a barrister can deliver a legal opinion on whether Labour mayor Sadiq Khan’s actions are breaching disabled people’s human rights and the Equality Act. The concerns have been mounting as the existing Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) – which currently only covers central London, and levies the daily £12.50 charge on older, more polluting light vehicles – is to be significantly expanded on 25 October to cover the entire area within the capital’s north and south circular roads. Although there will be a three-year exemption for those with blue badges, it only applies to those with a vehicle tax exemption. This means that those with a registered vehicle – mostly people with the enhanced rate mobility component of personal independence payment – will qualify for the three-year ULEZ exemption, but those without a vehicle that is registered tax exempt will not. The campaign is being led by Kush Kanodia (pictured), a disabled ambassador for Disability Rights UK (DR UK), who also led a successful campaign to persuade the government to scrap parking charges for blue badge-holders in NHS carparks in England. Disabled people’s organisations backing him include Inclusion London, DR UK and Action Disability Kensington and Chelsea.

US Deploys B-1 Bombers to Diego Garcia in Indian Ocean for First Time in 15 Years – The US deployed a fleet of B-1B bombers and 200 airmen to its base at Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean that arrived on the island late last week. The US has deployed B-2 bombers to Diego Garcia in recent years, but the Air Force said it was the first time in 15 years that the US sent B1-Bs to the base. Its been over 15 years since B-1s have operated out of this location and the 37th Bomb Squadron is beyond proud to be back, said Lt. Col. Ross Hobbs, the director for operations of the Air Forces 37th Bomb Squadron. The deployment is seen as a part of Washingtons effort of expanding its military presence to counter China in the region the US now calls the Indo-Pacific, which stretches from the Indian Ocean to the Eastern Pacific. The base at Diego Garcia has a dark history. The US has used the base to launch airstrikes in Iraq and Afghanistan, and it is said to have been used as a black site to interrogate and torture victims of the CIA. The US leases the base from the British, who expelled Diego Garcias native inhabitants in the 1960s to build the facility. Diego Garcia is part of the Chagos Islands, which belong to the nation of Mauritius in the eyes of the UN. A UN court rejected the UKs claim to the Chagos, but the British have refused to hand them over.

Israel and the Assassinations of the Kennedy Brothers – Just after midnight of June 6, 1968, Senator Robert Kennedy was assassinated in a backroom of the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles. He had just been celebrating his victory at the California primaries, which made him the most likely Democratic nominee for the presidential election. His popularity was so great that Richard Nixon, on the Republican side, stood little chance. At the age of 43, Robert would have become the youngest American president ever, after being the youngest Attorney General in his brother’s government. His death opened the way for Nixon, who could finally become president eight years after having been defeated by John F. Kennedy in 1960. John had been assassinated four and a half years before Robert. Had he survived, he would certainly have been president until 1968. Instead, his vice-president Lyndon Johnson took over the White House in 1963, and became so unpopular that he retired in 1968.

Interestingly, Johnson became president the very day of John’s death, and ended his term a few months after Robert’s death. He was in power at the time of both investigations. And both investigations are widely regarded as cover-ups. In both cases, the official conclusion is rife with contradictions. We are going to sum them up here. But we will do more: we will show that the key to solving both cases resides in the link between them. And we will solve them beyond a reasonable doubt. Reviewing such a book is a challenge that I avoided by securing permission to reprint two chapters from the book. One chapter, “Ghost planes,” deals with the mystery of the four allegedly hijacked airliners. No trace of the one that allegedly hit the Pentagon has ever been found, and the many videos of the event remain under lock and key. No trace of the one that allegedly crashed in Pennsylvania has ever been found. Neither has any trace of the two that allegedly hit the two World Trade Center towers ever been found, although an unburnt passport was allegedly found in the ruins of two massive buildings.

The launch of the British Empire under Elizabeth I’s occultist adviser Dr John Dee, and the history of colonisation.  John Dee (1527-1609) was a philosopher and scholar whose work during the Tudor period has been overshadowed by his alleged sorcerous and occultist activities. What John Dee may not be as well-known for is his influence on English navigation and being the first person to coin the term ‘British Empire’..– Dee linked navigation with what he proposed as Britain’s imperial ambitions through his book ‘The General and Rare Memorials pertayning to the Perfect Arte of Navigation (1577)’. It is a text that has faded into obscurity, and its influence is hard to measure since most Tudor histories do not comment on it. It is significant however, because it is one of the first references in print to the idea of a British Empire. Dee wrote four volumes under this name but, unfortunately, only the first survives in a complete form in various libraries and archives. – In this book, Dee presents his arguments for building and financing a large navy. England was one of the few countries with a standing fleet of military ships. This fleet comprised only 34 ships (less than 20% of the size of Spain’s fleet) however, nearly a third of which were not worth maintaining by the time Elizabeth I came to the throne. Dee calls the expansion of this fleet the ‘Master Key’ of the British Empire and lists a wide variety of benefits such as: – 1. Facilitating the acquirement of commodities for the betterment and increased wealth of England – 2. Protecting the merchant fleet from pirates and potential foreign aggressors, which Dee lists as France Denmark, Scotland and Spain – 3. Giving young men in the country a purpose, where they could learn a new set of skills and also reduce the amount of men currently idle within the country.

Nick Rosen author of Off Grid and from Off-Grid-Net takes us through the Police Crime Courts and Sentencing Bill, otherwise known as the Police State Bill and provoking various campaigns to stop it including ‘Drive 2 Survive’, ‘Right 2 Reside’ and ‘Kill The Bill’. He explains – Petition – Amend PCSC Bill to withdraw power to seize vehicles used as mobile homes – An estimated 60,000+ people are living off-grid in accommodation such as vans, cars, buses, lorries or other mobile shelters in the UK. The Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts (PCSC) Bill should be amended to remove the power for police to seize their vehicles. These people tend to group together for security and companionship, but their occupation of land is due to the housing and job shortage. It does not amount to creating a protest site. “Van dwellers” are distinct from “travellers” which is a category with special protection under human rights legislation. Nor are they “protesters”, whose activities are the main focus of Sections 3 and 4 of the PCSC Bill. The Bill creates a new offence targeting individuals who “reside on land without consent of the occupier of the land; have, or intend to have, at least one vehicle with them on the land…and “confers power on a constable to seize their vehicle/other property for up to 3 months…”.

Travelling communities rally outside Conservative Party Conference to protest new police bill – Members of the Romany community, the Irish traveller community, and the Scottish traveller community joined together for the demonstration. Catherine Gould, 49, left home when she was 16 and has been a traveller ever since. She said she was taken in by a group of new-age travellers and taught about their way of life and how to look after herself. She said it felt hopeful to see different travelling communities joining together. Catherine said: ‘Most people in these communities just stick to their own, which is why this is a really big deal. ‘We’ve all come together for the first time ever. ‘It’s really powerful – there’s a lot of us when we come together.’ Jake said: ‘It feels good and it feels hopeful. ‘The one thing that can give you hope in this situation is to stand together because it makes you feel stronger.’ As well as being a blacksmith, Jake is a journalist and filmmaker, working to tell the unheard stories of his community. Jarrett was appointed intelligence chief of a new covert anti-corruption unit called CIBIC, which carried out deep undercover infiltrations as part of what the Met claimed was a no fear nor favour blitz on the bent. Jarrett’s direct boss at CIBIC was Dave Wood, who in turn answered to other anti-corruption busters, among them Bob Quick and Andy Hayman. The chain of command stopped at Stevens, who as deputy commissioner from 1998 to 2000 was responsible for the entire anti-corruption effort. Its motto: Integrity is Non-Negotiable.

He said: “My fear is that the EU has done enough optically to allow the Prime Minister to claim that we really got rid of the vast majority of the problems across the Irish Sea and do a fudge kind of deal and for the real problems to be yet again brushed under the carpet.

False claims that Russia is behind £1000 annual gas price hike by holding up the gas supply to Europe – Russia is fulfilling ALL its contractual obligations for gas orders & is NOT to blame for soaring prices, Germany’s Merkel says – German Chancellor Angela Merkel has rejected suggestions that the increased price of gas is due to Russian policy. Instead she has pointed the finger at the EU’s own approach asking whether the bloc could have acted differently. Speaking on Wednesday, Merkel noted that Russia has never refused to deliver gas and has fulfilled its contractual obligations. “That’s why we should ask the question: was enough gas ordered, or is the high price at the moment maybe the reason for not ordering so much?” Merkel asked, according to London’s Financial Times. The European Union has sought to move gas trading to the spot market in recent years, whereas Russia has consistently preferred long-term contracts, often as long as 25 years. Russian President Vladimir Putin has pointed at the reluctance of the bloc to sign longer deals as a cause for rising prices. The view of outgoing Chancellor Merkel was also reflected on Wednesday by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, who recalled that Russian gas corporation Gazprom is pumping as much gas as it can “within the framework of the existing contracts,” insisting that Moscow is playing no role in the raised prices.

We are living not just in interesting times, we are living in UNPRECEDENTED TIMES, which has raised the stakes profoundly toward civil war. You have to wonder if someone like Bill Gates is really stupid with respect to economics, or is he deliberately trying to further the same agenda he supported for Climate Change – reduce population and shut down the industry? You may have been laid off, struggling and hoping your employer will not fold, or you may be working from home and wondering if your employer will not cut jobs and leave you there eliminating offices. Then there is the home confinement which depends on whether or not you live in a Democratic state where they want 100% lockdown, fines, and/or imprisonment if you walk outside while telling neighbors to report on you as if this were East Germany before the fall of the Berlin Wall. Then there is the confinement with the family which many find stressful while schools are closed along with day-care-centers and caring for children 100%. The Republican States seems to be following generally just the social-distancing and allowing stores and restaurants to be open following guidelines of limiting the number of customers. Others find their families split forced to facetime, skype, or zoom as elderly relatives are trapped away from loved ones. Then there are those who know someone with COVID-19 or have found their parents go into a hospital for one thing expecting them to die and then they suddenly change the cause of death to COVID-19 out of the clear blue sky causing many to question what is really going on. While we are all in prison since home confinement if a punishment inflicted by courts, we face the most amazing power grab in all recorded history thanks to socialism which authorizes the government to pretend to “care” for our well being as long it is profitable. This is one of the greatest rearrangements of power in modern history unfolding before our eyes­and governments are counting of scaring-the-hell out of people to ensure we’re too overwhelmed to do anything about it.

The article, which Fauci hastily sent to other key officials, discussed controversies over risky ‘gain of function’ research – manipulating viruses in labs to make them more infectious – and detailed work by British scientist Peter Daszak and his friend Prof Shi in sampling bats and finding new coronaviruses. The teleconference was led by Farrar, an expert on infectious diseases, who admits that he saw the ‘huge coincidence’ of a novel coronavirus erupting in ‘a city with a superlab’ that was ‘home to an almost unrivalled collection of bat viruses’. Many prominent scientists, including several participants on the call, feared the new virus looked engineered – among them California-based immunologist Kristian Andersen, who told Farrar beforehand he was alarmed by Covid’s unusual properties.He said the binding mechanism ‘looked too good to be true, like a perfect key for entering human cells’ while its furin cleavage site – a feature not found on similar types of coronavirus that allows it to enter efficiently into human cells – might be expected ‘if someone had set out to adapt an animal coronavirus to humans by taking a specific suit of genetic material from elsewhere and inserting it.’ Farrar opened the discussion, which was then led by Andersen and Eddie Holmes, an Australian-based virologist who told the Wellcome chief before the call he was ‘80 per cent sure this thing had come out of a lab’. Yet after their conference call, these same experts played leading roles in efforts to dismiss such fears as conspiracy theories in science journals and on social media. Farrar admitted he was torn on the origins in a follow-up email to Fauci, yet signed a notorious Lancet article secretly organised by British scientist Peter Daszak days later that condemned ‘conspiracy theories’ alleging Covid was not natural, claiming they spread ‘fear’ and ‘prejudice’, while incredibly praising Beijing’s ‘open and transparent’ sharing of data. Farrar also convened a hugely influential Nature paper by Andersen, Holmes and three others insisting ‘any type of laboratory-based scenario’ was not ‘plausible’. Andersen, who deleted his combative Twitter account after emails emerged that exposed his earlier views, later said this was ‘a textbook example of the scientific method’ in which a preliminary theory was rejected as more information emerged. Yet there remains no evidence to show Sars-CoV-2 spilled over naturally from animals. So we need to understand why these experts changed their minds so fast and so decisively that they scorned people with views they had held themselves only recently. This is why the Government’s secrecy is both deplorable and dangerous, according to Gary Ruskin, head of the public health group US Right To Know that has exposed the activities of key experts including Daszak in this saga. ‘Transparency is crucial to expose corruption, abuse of power and hidden conflicts of interest,’ he said. ‘Even in the US, which is weak in science transparency, we have been able to unearth documents useful in pursuing the origins of Covid-19. Such efforts seem impossible in the UK. That is regrettable – and subsequent generations may end up paying for it with their lives if we cannot use the tools of transparency to figure out how Covid-19 came upon us.’

Ivermectin for COVID-19: real-time meta analysis of 64 studies Covid Analysis, Oct 11, 2021, •Meta analysis using the most serious outcome reported shows 66% [52 76%] and 86% [75 92%] improvement for early treatment and prophylaxis, with similar results after exclusion based sensitivity analysis and restriction to peer-reviewed studies or Randomized Controlled Trials. •Statistically significant improvements are seen for mortality, ventilation, ICU admission, hospitalization, recovery, cases, and viral clearance. 30 studies show statistically significant improvements in isolation. •Results are very robust ­ in worst case exclusion sensitivity analysis 53 of 64 studies must be excluded to avoid finding statistically significant efficacy. •While many treatments have some level of efficacy, they do not replace vaccines and other measures to avoid infection. Only 25% of ivermectin studies show zero events in the treatment arm. •Multiple treatments are typically used in combination, and other treatments could be more effective, including monoclonal antibodies which may be available in countries not recommending ivermectin •Elimination of COVID-19 is a race against viral evolution. No treatment, vaccine, or intervention is 100% available and effective for all variants. All practical, effective, and safe means should be used, including treatments, as supported by Pfizer [ Denying the efficacy of treatments increases the risk of COVID-19 becoming endemic; and increases mortality, morbidity, and collateral damage.

Prof. David Miller, former Bristol University lecturer, sacked for ‘anti-Semitism’. The University of Bristol has fired Professor David Miller, a leading UK critic of Israel and its lobby. After a years-long campaign of smears by that same lobby, the university said on Friday that, “Professor David Miller is no longer employed by the University of Bristol.” The statement said only that Miller “did not meet the standards of behavior we expect from our staff,” though it did not elaborate. Miller told The Electronic Intifada he would be appealing and “fighting it all the way.” Yet the statement appeared to exonerate Miller from the Israel’s lobby’s deliberately false allegations of anti-Semitism. An “independent report” by an unnamed lawyer had found that “Professor Miller’s comments did not constitute unlawful speech,” the statement acknowledged. Miller said the report had actually gone further and that the lawyer’s report had “explicitly determined” his remarks “were not anti-Semitic.” The Support David Miller Campaign, which has been rallying around the professor, responded that the university was sending a message that “it will protect racists, and [that] Muslims, Black students and Palestinians are not welcome at Bristol.” In a statement sent to The Electronic Intifada, the campaign said that the university’s decision was “designed to send a chill down the spines of academics around the world who expose Zionist racism.” The campaign said that Miller’s sacking had come after a “pressure campaign by Israel’s assets in the UK” and accused the university of collaborating with the Israel lobby. For his part, Miller said that the decision to fire him was “taken under pressure from the Israel lobby” which he said “lobbies for a hostile foreign state. The university has embarrassed itself.”
