Part One News Review and Investigative Reports

Justin Thomas, South West Regional Organiser PCS, joins Tony and Martin. The Forces and MOD equipment. PCS announces – UN International Labour Organisation Slams the Tories’ Anti-Strike Plans -PCS disputes about civil service pay, amid inflation.  UK strike laws must conform with international rules, says the UN agency – The Tory government’s planned strikes bill would enforce minimum service levels across a range of industries; including health, education, border control and transport, effectively undermining lawful industrial action taken by union members across these areas. The International Labour Organisation (ILO) demanded that the UK government “ensure that existing and prospective legislation is in conformity” with international labour rules around freedom of association. It also added that the government must work with the ILO technical experts on this issue before it becomes law. In addition, the ILO is calling on the UK government to modernise voting procedures to allow for electronic balloting, to improve consultation with unions and to minimise interference in “the autonomy and functioning of workers’ and employers’ organisations.” Paul Novak, TUC General Secretary, who lodged a complaint about the Tory anti-strike plans with the UN last September, said the ILO report was “hugely embarrassing for the Conservative government and speaks to the scale of anti-union attacks on their watch.” Going further, he said: “The truth is that the UK already has some of the most restrictive trade union laws in Europe.” “These new anti-strike curbs will poison industrial relations and do nothing to resolve current disputes.” “It’s time to ditch the pernicious strikes bill for good and protect the right to strike.” –    British Museum strikes after ‘deeply insulting’ refusal to pay £1,500 lump sum  Union warns of further disruption if employers fail to commit to making the payment

Revolving doors. Greed-flation and price fixing. Cost of living crisis. Re-nationalising water would cost £14-20bn, would reduce bills by 3/4 to about £100 a year. Water firms and regulators revolving doors ‘Revolving door’ of staff between water firms and regulators clamping down on sewage ‘stinks’ There is a “revolving door” of executives between regulators supposed to clamp down on sewage spills and water companies, raising questions about a “conflict of interest”, an investigation has revealed. At least six senior current industry staff members have been identified as moving jobs between regulators including Ofwat and the Environment Agency and water firms such as Southern, Northumbrian and South West Water. It has triggered warnings that regulators could feel “sympathetic to their mates at their former company” or “water company executives who know how to avoid regulations”, and calls for the anti-corruption watchdog Acoba (Advisory Committee on Business Appointments) to investigate. The investigation by the Liberal Democrats found that despite the movements between such organisations, numerous freedom of information requests and parliamentary questions submitted by the party indicated the Government holds no data on how many former water company employees work for industry regulators. Lib Dem environment spokesman Tim Farron said: “This raises questions about conflict of interest. You could have regulators who feel sympathetic to mates at their former company, or water company executives who know how to avoid regulations. “If this is happening, then the whole thing is a farce.”

Thames water on brink of going bust – BBC report. Leveraged buyouts and hostile takeovers. Who owns Thames Water and what could renationalisation look like? As the company continues to drastically raise funds to save itself, we take a look at what nationalising the water supply could mean for you Thames Water says it is working hard with shareholders to secure cash to save itself as the Government looks to draw up a nationalisation plan. The debt-laden utility giant said yesterday that it needs “further equity funding” on top of the £500m it raised from shareholders in March in order to survive. Ministers are said to be drawing up contingency plans for the company — which serves 15 million households in the UK — and is considering nationalising the business, should it collapse. …GMB national officer Gary Carter said: “Forty years since privatisation and we’ve seen almost no investment in infrastructure and the workforce… Ministers and Ofwat have been asleep at the wheel while executive pay at Thames ballooned, and the company’s debt-to-asset ratio rose to a totally unsustainable 10:1.” But what could nationalisation actually mean? Here is everything we know. Who owns Thames Water? The company is privately owned by a mix of people and businesses. The consortium of pension funds and sovereign wealth funds owns the entire business and shareholders pumped in half a million pounds just three months ago to try to keep the business afloat. More than 90 per cent of English water companies are owned by international investors, private equity funds, and banks The largest shareholder is the Canadian pension fund Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (Omers). Other investors include China’s biggest sovereign wealth fund, China Investment Corporation; the UK’s biggest private pension fund, the Universities Superannuation Scheme; and Infinity Investments, a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. Thames Water was run in the boardroom by chief executive Sarah Bentley, but she stepped down with immediate effect over the financing problems this week. Bentley, who was appointed in 2020, said in May that she would give up her bonus after the company’s environmental and customer performance suffered, but still managed to double her pay, raking in £1.5m in salary and benefits. Who owns other water companies? More than 90 per cent of English water companies are owned by international investors, private equity funds, and banks.

Kier Starmer on his proposed green energy policy – the same ideas as those from Tony Blair Institute – coincidence? Oil industry. Transition to clean energy ‘race of our lifetime’, says Starmer – as he defends North Sea oil pledge Story by Faye Brown, political reporter • 19 June 2023 – Sir Keir Starmer has said the end of oil and gas extraction “has to happen eventually” and the “moment for decisive action is now”. In a speech laying out his party’s green agenda, the Labour leader called the transition to clean energy “the race of our lifetime” as he sought to reassure industrial communities that his plans would not leave them behind. Sir Keir said that 50,000 new jobs could be created in Scotland alone, amid a dispute with unions over his pledge to ban new North Sea oil and gas exploration. “I know the ghosts industrial change unearths,” he told the audience in Leith. “As a young lawyer, I worked with mining communities to challenge the Tories’ pit closure programme, but deep down we all know this has to happen eventually and that the only question is when. “So in all candour, the reality is this, the moment for decisive action is now.” Sir Keir said 90% of North Sea oil and gas has already been extracted or licensed to be extracted. He insisted that not moving ahead with the transition to clean energy would represent a missed opportunity for British workers, following concerns about job losses and damage to the local economy. “We’ve got to seize the new opportunities, this is the race of our lifetime and the prize is real,” Sir Keir said. Despite his reassurances, Unite general secretary Sharon Graham said “actions speak louder than words”. “Oil and gas workers need concrete, fully costed plans that will provide cast iron guarantees that they will not be thrown under a bus in the transition to net zero. “I have said before that we can’t have a repeat of the devastation wrought on workers and their communities by the closure of the coal mines. “Keir is now agreeing with that, but actions speak louder than words. There can be no room for any equivocation – promises are not enough.” Labour’s ambition is to make the UK a clean energy superpower by 2030. It argues the move is central, not only to tackling climate change, but also to reducing the cost of living crisis, growing the economy, improving energy security and creating jobs. The party has vowed to take up to £1,400 off household bills and £53bn off energy bills for businesses by the end of the decade, aided by the creation of Great British Energy – a new, publicly owned company that will generate renewable sources. Sir Keir has already pledged to set it up within a year if his party wins the next general election, and today revealed its headquarters will be based north of the border, calling it a “down payment for a new Scotland”.

Climate & Energy Tony Blair Institute of Global Change – Powering the Future of Britain: How to Deliver a Decade of Electrification – Paper – 19th June 2023 – The need to rapidly accelerate the adoption of electric technologies over the next decade to meet net-zero targets has been widely recognised, but to date the UK has not adopted a cohesive, practical plan to deliver the requisite infrastructure and markets. While the United States (US), China and the European Union (EU) race ahead with well-funded and clear delivery plans, the UK’s current policy is not ambitious enough. The government is set to miss its own net-zero targets and fail to attract the investment required to deliver key energy technologies in the process. Our analysis shows that on the current trajectory the UK will not deliver enough renewable power to decarbonise the electricity grid until 2062. The government’s goal of installing 600,000 heat pumps per year by 2028 is currently on track to be delivered in 2039. The country will not even have an electricity grid that is fit for purpose until 2084. At the same time, investments and innovative companies are moving elsewhere. The UK is losing out on the potential economic benefit a decade of electrification can deliver.

Sending immigrants to Rwanda deemed unlawful. Government’s Rwanda asylum plan deemed unlawful Campaigners have celebrated ‘victory for compassion’ after winning a Court of Appeal challenge over the Government’s controversial Rwanda deportation scheme. Three judges overturned a High Court ruling that previously said the east African nation could be considered a ‘safe third country’. In the judgment, Sir Geoffrey Vos said there were ‘substantial grounds’ to think that asylum seekers faced ‘real risks’ of torture or inhuman treatment, or that their claims for asylum would not be properly determined in Rwanda. Lord Burnett added the court reached its conclusion on the law and took ‘no view whatsoever’ about the political merits of the policy. Rishi Sunak issued a blistering statement following the ruling, where he confirmed an appeal would be made to the Supreme Court. He said: ‘While I respect the court I fundamentally disagree with their conclusions. ‘The policy of this government is very simple, it is this country – and your government – who should decide who comes here, not criminal gangs. And I will do whatever is necessary to make that happen.’ Home Secretary Suella Braverman claimed the current system was ‘rigged against the British people’ on the issue. Asked if she was blaming ‘lefty lawyers or ‘the blob’ for the setback, she said: ‘It’s why we’re changing the laws through our Illegal Migration Bill, it’s why we’re rolling out a ground-breaking partnership with Rwanda which we believe is lawful, with a country which we believe is safe. ‘So, we need to change the system, we need to change our laws, that’s how we’re going to stop the boats.’ Rwanda’s own government also took umbrage with the decision, with a statement released mere minutes after the ruling was published. Spokesperson Yolande Makolo said: ‘While this is ultimately a decision for the UK’s judicial system, we do take issue with the ruling that Rwanda is not a safe country for asylum seekers and refugees. ‘Rwanda is one of the safest countries in the world and we have been recognised by the UNHCR and other international institutions for our exemplary treatment of refugees.’ A packed room in the Royal Courts of Justice had awaited the ruling as the clock ticked nearer to 10am today. Sonya Sceats, chief Executive of Freedom from Torture, told Metro.co.uk she was ‘delighted’ at the result which was a ‘victory for reason and compassion.’ She added: ‘[Rishi] Sunak’s inhumane policy has sparked anger across the UK, from protesters on the streets to faith leaders and cultural icons. ‘If he is serious about offering sanctuary to those most in need, he should focus on rebuilding a fair and compassionate asylum system, one that welcomes and offers a fair hearing to refugees no matter how they arrive.’

David Miller, former Sociology Professor at Bristol University, joins Tony and Martin. The cost of living crisis linked to the Ukraine war. Those on a low income and benefits cannot afford rental market.– Only 5% of privately rented properties in the UK are affordable to those on housing benefits, according to the Institute for Fiscal Studies. That’s a significant drop since the start of the pandemic, when 23% of new lets advertised on property website Zoopla could be rented solely using government housing support, the IFS said in a report published Tuesday. The findings pile pressure on Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s government to end a three-year freeze on Local Housing Allowance rates, which determine the maximum a family can get toward their private rent costs. With rents rising by around a fifth in the same period, the freeze is inflicting further pain on low-income households already struggling with a sharp increase in food and energy costs. The LHA rate has been capped at 30% of average local rent in September 2019. A housing crisis is brewing in Britain as millions of people are forced to re-negotiate expiring fixed-rate mortgages at significantly higher costs as the Bank of England raises interest rates in its battle to tame inflation. Landlords are hiking rents to cover the extra costs. The little affordable housing left on the market is more likely to be of poor quality, the IFS said. Below average energy ratings and higher water and heating costs further erode the disposable income of those finding it hard to get by. According to the report, a quarter of the private homes rented by people on a low income would fail the Decent Homes Standards, the legal minimum requirements for social housing.

New bill on striking .RMT to take to streets in national protest against strikes bill – ‘We will fight this in the courts, the media and the workplace’, union leader Mick Lynch says Members of the Transport Salaried Staffs’ Association (TSSA) and the Rail, Maritime and Transport union (RMT) on the picket line outside London Euston train station, July 27, 2022 RAIL union RMT will take to the streets in a national demonstration against the Minimum Service Bill and to appeal for support from other unions, the Morning Star can reveal. Dozens of delegates at the union’s AGM in Bournemouth declared their total opposition to the “conscription of labour” today and vowed to take all action possible against this “dystopian” legislation. To rapturous applause, RMT general secretary Mick Lynch said: “We need a national mobilisation of the entire organised working class. “We will fight this in the courts, the media and the workplace.” Although the exact details of the legislation are not yet clear, unions could face devastating financial penalties if they call strike action that falls foul of the law, with the courts forcing them to instruct their own members to cross picket lines. In a clear message to the government and employers, Mr Lynch added: “This union will not be bowed, we will not be cowed. “And we will continue to fight for our people and do whatever is needed to defend our members and the rest of the working class.” Delegates representing all parts of the union rose to speak on the unanimously backed motion.

Rioting in Paris France after police murder teenager. Nazis in Ukraine. Zionism. Western secret services supporting dodgy groups to fight ‘the enemy’. Riots in Paris. Muslim extremism. Greyzone. Magazine like Encounter …? Nazism surviving post WW2, particularly in intelligence services. ‘There is no hope’: simmering anger boils over in poverty-riven French district Situation in Borny mirrors that in many of the neighbourhoods that have clashed with police amid riots Hanifa Guermiti cried as she surveyed the charred remains of the public library, which for years had provided books, comics and a quiet homework space for children living in the housing estates of Borny, a neighbourhood in eastern France that is one of the country’s most deprived. “My heart is broken,” she said, remembering the children she had helped with schoolwork there. With damage estimated at about €12m and more than 110,000 books and documents destroyed, the incineration of the state-of-the-art library in this neighbourhood of the city of Metz was one of the biggest attacks on French state infrastructure in the five nights of rioting that have spread across the country. The police shooting of Nahel, a 17-year-old boy of Algerian and Moroccan descent, at a traffic stop outside Paris last week has led to sustained unrest nationwide: more than 2,000 cars burned, more than 700 businesses damaged and more than 3,000 people arrested, with an average age of 17. Beyond Borny, across to the former mining towns along the German border, a region where there has been an increase in the vote for the far-right Marine Le Pen, cars were torched, bins were set alight and youths clashed with police. A McDonald’s was burned down, a kebab shop set on fire, a police station attacked and a school damaged.

Rye College kids being threatened with expulsion for disagreeing with teacher about gender and self defining ideas –  ‘They are genuinely unwell – crazy’ – a secret pupils’ recording of the heated exchange, in which the teacher starts by saying “how dare you – you’ve just really upset someone” by “questioning their identity”. The pupil responded: “If they want to identify as a cat or something then they are genuinely unwell – crazy.” The teacher then asks the girls “where did you get this idea from that there are only two genders”, adding: “It is not an opinion.” The teacher said that “gender is not linked to the parts that you were born with, gender is about how you identify, which is what I said right from the very beginning of the lesson.” She added that “there is actually three biological sexes because you can be born with male and female body parts or hormones” and “there are lots of genders – there is transgender, there is a gender who are people who don’t believe that they have a gender at all”. The girls said they “don’t agree with that” and that you “can’t have” a gender because “if you have a vagina you’re a girl and if you have a penis you’re a boy – that’s it”. The teacher interjected in a raised voice: “What do you mean you can’t have it? It’s not a law … Cisgender is not necessarily the way to be – you are talking about the fact that cisgender is the norm, that you identify with the sexual organ you were born with, that’s basically what you’re saying, which is really despicable.” The teacher suggested they were homophobic and confused, which the girls denied. When the pupils said their mothers would be on their side, the teacher responded: “Well that’s very sad as well then.” The teacher said that “if you don’t like it you need to go to a different school”, adding: “I’m reporting you to [senior staff], you need to have a proper educational conversation about equality, diversity and inclusion because I’m not having that expressed in my lesson.”

Western Liberalism used by secret services to ferment revolutions. US National Endowment for Democracy. Bombing of pizza restaurant in Krematorsk – military there. Wagner mutiny – was it real or a psyop? State of Universities and teaching – the effect of privatisation.  Market Killing: What the Free Market does and what social scientists can do about it  13 Nov 2017 by Greg Philo, David Miller This book shows how the release of the free market in the last part of the twentieth century produced a rise in inequality and violence, the development of a huge criminal economy and the degradation of social and cultural life. It questions the silence of academics in the face of these changes and asks how much they have been incorporated into the priorities of commerce and governments. Many academics in the social sciences, media and cultural studies have avoided critical issues and become occupied in obscure theoretical debates such as post-modernism. The effect was to draw inellectuals and students away from the engaged and empirical work needed to identify key social problems and possibilities for change. The authors of this book point to the need for independent research which can criticise political policies and reveal their effects. They show, for example, why contemporary policies on drugs and education are creating more problems than they solve. The book features contributions from a wide range of academic disciplines including mass communications, sociology, politics, geography, philosophy and economics, and points to new directions for radical science. It also examines the possibilities for a free and democratic media and calls for the development of critical and open debate.

Part Two – Ukraine/Covid/Climate Accelerationism Round-Up, With End Times Prophecy Reports

Krematorsk pizza restaurant Russian missile strike leaves 12 dead with 4 British amongst the wounded, but what were the Brits doing there? A meeting of Ukrainian military officers and foreign mercenaries was hit by a Russian missile strike in the city of Kramatorsk. The Kremlin claimed again to only carry out strikes on military targets, and Russia’s defence ministry claimed it had destroyed a “temporary deployment of [Ukrainian] commanders” in Kramatorsk, without elaborating further. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says an alleged Russian agent involved in the deadly attack in Kramatorsk will be charged with treason. Those helping Russia destroy lives deserve the “maximum penalty”, he said. Twelve people, including three teenagers, were killed in Tuesday’s missile strike on a popular restaurant. Ukraine said the man, a resident of Kramatorsk, sent video footage of the restaurant to the Russian military hours before it was destroyed. Fourteen-year-old twin sisters Yuliya and Anna Aksenchenko and a 17-year-old girl were among those killed. “Russian missiles stopped the beating of the hearts of two angels,” Kramatorsk city council’s education department said in a statement. At least 60 others, including four British nationals according to the BBC, were injured, including Colombian nationals and a leading Ukrainian writer. On Wednesday, Ukrainian security services released a photo of a local man that they arrested, describing him as a Russian agent. Speaking in his nightly address, Mr Zelensky explained that the country’s security services had worked alongside police special forces.

Wagner ‘mutiny’ – Pregozin – new leadership for Russia…the coup that never was? Seymour Hersh: Prigozhin’s Folly – So, below is a look at what is really going that was provided to me by a knowledgeable source in the American intelligence community: “I thought I might clear some of the smoke. First and most importantly, Putin is now in a much stronger position. We realized as early as January of 2023 that a showdown between the generals, backed by Putin, and Prigo, backed by anti-Russian extremists, was inevitable. The age-old conflict between the ‘special’ war fighters and a large, slow, clumsy, unimaginative regular army. The army always wins because they own the peripheral assets that make victory, either offensive or defensive, possible. Most importantly, they control logistics. special forces see themselves as the premier offensive asset. When the overall strategy is offensive, big army tolerates their hubris and public chest thumping because SF are willing to take high risk and pay a high price. Successful offense requires a large expenditure of men and equipment. Successful defense, on the other hand, requires husbanding these assets. “Wagner members were the spearhead of the original Russian Ukraine offensive. They were the ‘little green men’. When the offensive grew into an all-out attack by the regular army, Wagner continued to assist but reluctantly had to take a back seat in the period of instability and readjustment that followed. Prigo, no shy violet, took the initiative to grow his forces and stabilize his sector. “The regular army welcomed the help. Prigo and Wagner, as is the wont of special forces, took the limelight and took the credit for stopping the hated Ukrainians. The press gobbled it up. Meanwhile, the big army and Putin slowly changed their strategy from offensive conquest of greater Ukraine to defense of what they already had. Prigo refused to accept the change and continued on the offensive against Bakhmut. Therein lies the rub. Rather than create a public crisis and court-martial the asshole [Prigozhin], Moscow simply withheld the resources and let Prigo use up his manpower and firepower reserves, dooming him to a stand-down. He is, after all, no matter how cunning financially, an ex-hot dog cart owner with no political or military accomplishments. “What we never heard is three months ago Wagner was cycled out of the Bakhmut front and sent to an abandoned barracks north of Rostov-on-Don [in southern Russia] for demobilization. The heavy equipment was mostly redistributed, and the force was reduced to about 8,000, 2,000 of which left for Rostov escorted by local police. “Putin fully backed the army who let Prigo make a fool of himself and now disappear into ignominy. All without raising a sweat militarily or causing Putin to face a political standoff with the fundamentalists, who were ardent Prigo admirers. Pretty shrewd.” There is an enormous gap between the way the professionals in the American intelligence community assess the situation and what the White House and the supine Washington press project to the public by uncritically reproducing the statements of Blinken and his hawkish cohorts. The current battlefield statistics that were shared with me suggest that the Biden administration’s overall foreign policy may be at risk in Ukraine. They also raise questions about the involvement of the NATO alliance, which has been providing the Ukrainian forces with training and weapons for the current lagging counter-offensive. I learned that in the first two weeks of the operation, the Ukraine military seized only 44 square miles of territory previously held by the Russian army, much of it open land. In contrast, Russia is now in control of 40,000 square miles of Ukrainian territory. I have been told that in the past ten days Ukrainian forces have not fought their way through the Russian defenses in any significant way. They have recovered only two more square miles of Russian-seized territory. At that pace, one informed official said, waggishly, it would take Zelensky’s military 117 years to rid the country. of Russian occupation. The Washington press in recent days seems to be slowly coming to grips with the enormity of the disaster, but there is no public evidence that President Biden and his senior aides in the White House and State Department aides understand the situation. Putin now has within his grasp total control, or close to it, of the four Ukrainian oblastsDonetsk, Kherson, Lubansk, Zaporizhzhiathat he publicly annexed on September 30, 2022, seven months after he began the war. The next step, assuming there is no miracle on the battlefield, will be up to Putin. He could simply stop where he is, and see if the military reality will be accepted by the White House and whether a ceasefire will be sought, with formal end-of-war talks initiated. There will be a presidential election next April in Ukraine, and the Russian leader may stay put and wait for thatif it takes place. President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine has said there will be no elections while the country is under martial law.

He was funny and resolute and worried he sounded like the Terminator Saturday February 13 2021, 5.00pm, The Sunday Times He has never set foot in Moscow, but few foreign politicians can claim a better understanding of the Russian opposition activist Alexei Navalny than Marvin Rees, the mayor of Bristol. Rees, 48, has been a staunch defender of the jailed Kremlin critic: the two became friends a decade ago after winning postgraduate fellowships at Yale University. “We were neighbours,” said Rees last week. “We were at the university with our wives and kids. It’s a special bond.” Rees recalled how the lawyer turned anti-corruption campaigner had helped him to settle in when he first arrived at Yale in 2010. “He saw I didn’t have any food, and said, ‘I’ll take you to the supermarket’ I didn’t even know where it was.

A spokesman for the human rights organisation in Moscow told the BBC that he believed the wave of requests to “de-list” Navalny was part of an “orchestrated campaign” to discredit Vladimir Putin’s most vocal critic and “impede” Amnesty’s calls for his release from custody. But on review, Amnesty International concluded that comments made by Navalny some 15 years ago, including a video which appears to compare immigrants to cockroaches, amounted to “hate speech” which was incompatible with the label “prisoner of conscience”.

Jackie Deevoy made film ‘ A Good Death’, and then her father dies after being given a medicine but paramedics may have lied about whether they administered anything – she discusses pharmaceuticals and depopulation agenda. “A Good Death?” a film by Jackie DeevoyA ‘good death’ needs three things – it needs equipment, it needs medication and it needs the staff to administer it…” Dr. Luke Evans MP In a new and original film from Ickonic Media, we hear the heartbreaking stories from people who lost loved ones to fatal doses of morphine and Midazolam. Each year, tens of thousands of elderly and terminally ill patients are quietly euthanised in NHS facilities. In hospitals, care homes and hospices, behind closed doors, their deaths are hastened in what appears to be a caring and humane way. But how has this practice of euthanasia – illegal in the UK and carrying a life prison sentence – become so widespread and acceptable? And why are people who are nowhere near the end of their lives being given killer ‘cocktails’ of drugs that are used in many US states for executions? In the spring of 2020, a massive order for extra supplies of the sedative Midazolam was placed by the UK government with a factory in France, ostensibly for the treatment of Covid-19. It was a new and experimental directive – one that didn’t make sense. Medics were puzzled but few spoke out. Had they done so, they may have asked why a combination of drugs that depresses breathing was being used to treat a respiratory illness? Later, many would wonder whether the huge number of deaths that occurred as a result of using these drugs constituted “the first wave” of Covid. Is the use of ‘end of life’ medications nothing more than state-sanctioned murder or is it a kindness to those deemed to be at death’s door? Or is there something more sinister going on? Could it be that Midazolam was imported and administered in an attempt to wipe out certain sections of society in order to save money on pensions, benefits and hospitalisations? Is this shocking protocol destined to become the norm and, if so, why? A Good Death? sees the relatives of victims asking all these questions and more. They need answers. All their stories bear striking similarities but the one main thing they have in common is an inability to grieve and a belief that this can only happen when the truth is out and justice is done. “It’s not a normal passing… You feel something, you know something is wrong”

This is an edited reupload from Aug 2019 which I am sharing because people are just now catching up to the true depravity of our so-called scientific progress.  Jeffrey Epstein Hoped to Seed Human Race With His DNA July 31, 2019 Jeffrey E. Epstein, the wealthy financier who is accused of sex trafficking, had an unusual dream: He hoped to seed the human race with his DNA by impregnating women at his vast New Mexico ranch. Mr. Epstein over the years confided to scientists and others about his scheme, according to four people familiar with his thinking, although there is no evidence that it ever came to fruition. Mr. Epstein’s vision reflected his longstanding fascination with what has become known as transhumanism: the science of improving the human population through technologies like genetic engineering and artificial intelligence. Critics have likened transhumanism to a modern-day version of eugenics, the discredited field of improving the human race through controlled breeding. Mr. Epstein, who was charged in July with the sexual trafficking of girls as young as 14, was a serial illusionist: He lied about the identities of his clients, his wealth, his financial prowess, his personal achievements. But he managed to use connections and charisma to cultivate valuable relationships with business and political leaders. Interviews with more than a dozen of his acquaintances, as well as public documents, show that he used the same tactics to insinuate himself into an elite scientific community, thus allowing him to pursue his interests in eugenics and other fringe fields like cryonics.

Mark Purdey: pesticides caused BSE (2000) final clip – organophosphates found in furniture, clothing, food etc. Mark died well before his time five years after this unique interview. Please Save/Share: Mark Purdey organophosphate, big pharma, vaccines, immune system & allergies 2000 Mark Purdey Devon’s most courageous prophet. Corporate power and profit and mass media undermining the facts we need to stay alive and healthy. Contents: 1. Introduction 2. Why did BSE occur in the UK? 3. What are organophosphates? 4. What are the symptoms of organophosphate poisoning? 5. Effect on human health 6. Purdey’s battle 7. Consumer pressure 8. What can we do? BSE, CJD & MS? Organic Farmer Mark Purdey on Organophosphates Big business soon realised its profit potential and, post war, it was exclusively marketed as an agricultural pesticide by ICI, and later their cunningly renamed subdivision Zeneca. Seeing how his own organically reared cows never developed BSE, but phosmet-treated cattle brought onto the farm did, Somerset dairy farmer Mark Purdey refused to treat his herd. In 1984 MAFF took him to the High Court, but lost. “Before 1982 farmers could treat warbles with an organic ground-up root compound called Derris. This was outlawed, so they could sell more organophosphates,” said Purdey. Organophosphates, used to treat headlice in school children, have been implicated as a potential cause of Gulf War Syndrome. Purdey managed to alleviate symptoms in a BSE infected cow by injecting oxime, an antidote to pesticide poisoning. The cure was never completed as MAFF turned up and destroyed the cow. Unconvinced by the accepted cause of BSE and CJD, Purdey set about studying how disease clusters reflected OP usage. He found Britain, the only country enforcing phosmet use, to have the highest rate of disease. Ireland had some BSE, but OP use was voluntary, and given at a lower dose. Brittany (France) began to develop BSE following an enforced phosmet trial, and human new variant CJD was clustered in Kent’s Wield Valley, where hop and top fruit growth gets saturated with organophosphates. Agitated by Purdey’s discoveries, the pesticide industry hit back.

The Orthodox Church at www.Orthodox.net asks: ‘Is Pride Month Demonic?’ The month of June has been designated by the international LGBTQ+ campaign as ‘Pride Month’ which, the Orthodox church insist, glorifies sin.  PRIDE month is demonic. It teaches a different salvation and identity of what a human being is. Patrizia Opulenza poems. Orthodox priest on how to avoid evil. An excerpt (approx. (27:26 – 36:53) from a homily on Pentecost, June 2023 Somebody needs to say what the alphabet soup agenda is all about. It preaches another salvation and contributes to millions of souls being coerced into believing another identity for what a human being is. We do not reject individuals who sin. We reject propaganda and heresy from the Devil’s mouth to the ears of those who are lost in the world. We also discuss how to protect our children (and first: ourselves!) from the LGBTQT+ agenda and all the other demonic agendas. May God enlighten our bishops who are saying nothing about this killer of souls, including those who use ambiguous and unctuous words, which deceive the sheep. We are diverse community of Orthodox Christians from all parts of the globe. Some of us are emigres from Russia, Ukraine, Greece, Bulgaria and other Orthodox nations, while others are American converts to Orthodoxy. We have all found the “Pearl of great price” in the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Eastern Orthodox Christian Church, and we hope that this web page will give you (in English and some Russian) a taste of our beliefs, dogmas, doctrines and way of life.

Part One News Review and Investigative Reports

Rita Lynch, punk rock musician, and mother to a disabled 21 year-old son, joins Tony and Martin. Rita Lynch album ‘Story To Tell’ Anthology 1988-2011 Rita Lynch has been a part of the UK’s underground music scene for 30 years. Her adopted home-town of Bristol is a key part of her incredible story and development through punk rock, squatting, hard drinking, experimentation, love and loss and some beautiful music. She has made 6 albums in a career where the key motifs are about funnelling emotion and experiences into music and developing her craft so that it becomes a soundtrack to people’s lives. Songs like ‘Beautiful Eyes’, ‘Call me your Girlfriend’ and ‘Rolla Coaster’ have been many people personal soundtracks and this compilation presents many more of Rita’s previously released and unreleased songs. Never easily pigeon holed, Rita Lynch is a gifted songwriter and talented lyricist.

Cuts to disabled services for children and adults in Bristol. Woking Council goes bankrupt. Woking Borough Council officially bust as whopping £2billion debt sparks bankruptcy Woking must cut spending for non-essential services after being declared bankrupt Woking Borough Council has gone bust under the weight of its £2billion debt and banned from any new spending after effectively being declared bankrupt. The dire situation means the council will cut all spending for non-essential services after a section 114 notice was issued. The authority’s debt is forecasted to rise to £2.6bn. The only exceptions are in cases where it must legally protect vulnerable people and for services it must cover by law. The full impact on residents is not yet clear. Croydon Council, which issued its third 114 notice last year, had to increase council tax by 15 per cent and its till negotiating a bail out for about half a billion pounds. Woking Council’s notice comes three weeks after Government appointed commissioners were sent in by, the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLHUC) over the “serious concerns” over the “exceptional level of financial and commercial risk” the authority exposed itself to, “as well as its approach to strategic financial decision making and debt management”. Julie Fisher, Woking Borough Council’s chief executive, said: “The issuing of a Section 114 Notice is a very serious matter that rightly reflects the scale and breadth of the acute financial situation facing the Council. Through the commissioning of an independent financial review of the Council’s borrowing and loans to its companies, we have a comprehensive understanding of our severe financial position which informed the Section 151 Officer’s decision to issue a Section 114 Notice. “The Council is required to meet within 21 days to consider the Notice. I am preparing a response to this Notice for an Extraordinary Meeting of Full Council that is being arranged for Tuesday 20 June to meet this requirement. Following the Secretary of State’s appointment of a Commissioning Team, I will be seeking their expertise and using their critical insight to help the council deliver an Improvement and Recovery Plan at pace to ensure we take actions that are in the interests of the public purse. My first report on these actions will be to the Thursday 13 July meeting of the Council’s Executive.” The council’s debt soared into the billions on the back of an investment strategy that saw it borrow hundreds of millions of pounds for regeneration projects. The most high profile, the Victoria Square development in Woking town centre, was based on £750 million in borrowing, with reports now showing the project to be worth just £200m.

Difficulties of having to look after a grown up disabled person. St. Christopher’s School for special needs kids shut down. Lots of Council money put into The Bristol Beacon, the former Colston Hall. City council spent more on Bristol Beacon than building homes or schools last year, accounts show Bristol City Council has written off £93million so far on the concert hall refurbishment The city council poured another £22.5million into Bristol Beacon last year – more than it spent on building new homes, expanding schools or low-carbon energy projects. An opposition councillor has criticised the decision as a ‘massive drain’ on the authority’s finances, with every penny instantly written off and the concert venue continuing to be valued at zero in City Hall’s accounts because more is being spent than the building is worth. Bristol City Council says the true value of the investment to the city’s economy will “ultimately dwarf” the financial costs of the works. As previously reported, the cost of the renovation has almost tripled from an original £48m to £132m after the state of the Victorian hall was found to be a ‘worst-case scenario’, with discoveries including hollow pillars holding up roofs, unknown Elizabethan well shafts and structurally unsound hidden arches that were just covered up. The refurbishment costs had already soared to £107m before mayor Marvin Rees’s cabinet approved an additional £25m in January, just as it was announcing widespread cuts to services to balance the authority’s annual budget. That took the council’s contribution to the revamp from an initial £10m to £84m. The decision also included withdrawing all ongoing financial support to Bristol Music Trust (BMT) – the charity responsible for the venue’s day-to-day running – when it reopens on November 30, as well as renegotiating the trust’s 30-year lease, which is currently on a peppercorn rent from the local authority with no break clause. This review sparked alarm from Arts Council England that it could impact BMT’s charitable objectives and also because BMT was founded by the city council in 2011 as a condition of the capital funding from ACE for the £20m foyer redevelopment, and any changes to the break clause may impact the Arts Council’s funding. According to the local authority’s recently published draft accounts, the £22.5m spent on Bristol Beacon by the city council in 2022/23 means that the total amount ploughed into the project and written-off now stands at £93m, with a further £4m committed to building contractor Willmott Dixon. The financial papers show the authority’s biggest area of capital investment was £61.5m in its housing stock, of which £20m was on new-build developments. Next came £41.6m on transport schemes including the Clean Air Zone, flood defences, Portway park-and-ride railway platform, the Bus Deal programme, traffic infrastructure, street lighting and road maintenance. Bristol Beacon is third on the list, followed by £15.3m for school buildings to provide more spaces for pupils amid increased demand, such as Year 7 ‘bulge’ classes and the SEND expansion programme. Cllr Jonathan Hucker (Conservative, Stockwood), a qualified accountant, said: “At a spend of £22.5m in the year, Bristol Beacon continues to be a massive drain on the council’s financial resources. All of this cash is getting written off in the accounts because the venue is leased at a peppercorn rent and therefore has no economic value to the council.

General Secretary of the RMT Union Mick Lynch on the poor distribution of wealth and the cost of living crisis. Dead right Mick, I am 68 years old and never would have believed that workers could become so poor in real terms as they are right now, in 1979 I brought home approximately £105 per week, after tax, factor job in Hasslinden. You could buy 7 or 8 pints for a pound, a loaf of bread was less than 13p a council flat about £8 per week, so my wage was worth 735 pint of Bitter or 807 loafs of bread or enough to pay for 13 council fats. How much is a pint now £4.00 –£4.50, therefore I would have to earn at least £2950 per week £12,000 per month in a semi skilled factory job to be as well off, no wonder all the pubs have shut… If people cannot see the direct correlation between falling living standards and the dwindling memberships of Trade Unions, there must be some sort of collective amnesia. Right now we need people like Mick who can deliver a clear, factual talk like this to help people see the obvious. I’ve lived through times of bargaining power and solid conditions for employment to today where the whole workforce has been deregulated into casual labour. Well, look how that has worked. Falling wages and abysmal working standards that beggars belief. When my daughter describes her working conditions, I just shake my head wondering how the hell this could have happened. It’s obvious. No bargaining power.!! More power to you and your members Mick.

George Monbiot on how ‘farming is the biggest threat to life on earth’. BUT… (see below) Industrial farming. Organic food and pesticides. Old fashioned farming. George Monbiot: Farming is the number one threat to the planet – and we must switch to food produced by bacteria George Monbiot is coming to the Cambridge Literary Festival to talk about his new book, Regenesis, which sets out an extremely bleak future for the earth – within his lifetime if we do not find a different way to feed ourselves In the book, he asks how we can have healthy food that’s cheap enough for everyone to eat but doesn’t wreck the environment. Recommended by And he has personally sampled a brand-new type of food that he thinks could be grown using far less of the Earth’s natural resources – if we can get over our aversion to the idea of it. Because this new foodstuff is something that sounds less than tasty and is grown in vats. However, George swears it is delicious and a change in mindset is all we need to create a revolution in farming that would save the planet. He spoke with Alex Spencer. Why do you say in your book that farming is the number one threat to the planet? “The way we produce our protein-rich foods at the moment requires a massive amount of environmental resources, a huge amount of land – far more than the land for anything else, particularly when it comes from pasture-fed meat, which is the most damaging of all farm products,” says George. “And it requires loads of water, loads of pesticides, loads of herbicides, loads of fertilisers and all these are pushing Earth’s systems beyond their limits. Our food system is by far and away the most damaging impact we have on the living world. Worse than fossil fuels, worse than plastics, it is the worst thing we’re doing. It’s the biggest cause of habitat destruction, of wildlife loss, of extinction, of soil degradation, of freshwater use. And one of the biggest causes of climate breakdown and water pollution and air pollution. And anything we can do to reduce that burden would make an enormous difference.”

High farming: no fertiliser no diesel – extract from Chapter 7 – crops of arable land The Countryside Explained, by John Seymour (1977) ISBN 0-571-11092-4 Late eighteenth-century and early nineteenth-century writers such as Arthur Young and Cobbett were constantly noting two-ton-an-acre in their travels. They took this as something good but not unusual in those days of High Farming. No chemicals were used (there weren’t any) but enormous applications of farmyard manure kept up the high fertility of the land, plus the ploughed-in residues of nitrogen-fixing clovers, the bulk of humus-forming grasses, and the dunging and treading of sheep which were kept folded on turnips. I worked on a farm in Essex as a pupil when a boy where two tons of wheat to the acre was the almost invariable rule and where hardly any chemical fertilizer and no other chemicals were used. There were, though, a hundred bullocks fattened every year in yards on this hundred-acre farm, a herd of six breeding sows, the dung of five horses and a couple of hundred free-range hens. This was one of the last farms in Essex run on traditional High Farming lines. No fuel-oil [diesel – ed.] was imported on to the farm for there were no tractors or other engines. The only thing that did come over our borders was a ton or two of linseed cake for what Mr Catt the farmer called ‘its kindling effect’ on the bullocks to give them a finish for the butcher in the last weeks of the fattening period. The input-output ratio of such a farm was simply marvellous-practically nothing came on but a great deal went off. But such farming is prodigal of human labour. There were seven of us working these hundred acres and we had to work in a way which no modern farm worker would tolerate. Today this farm is probably part of a thousand-acre agribusiness with possibly two tractor drivers working the whole lot. But apart from the stunt members of the three-ton-and-over club (who are certainly costing the country far more in foreign exchange than they are saving by producing wheat) the average production of wheat per acre in Britain is still well below two tons an acre.

Neil Maggs from Bristol Unpacked interviews Christine Townsend – Bishop of Bristol on Colston – who are the Merchant Venturers? Bristol Unpacked, with councillor Christine Townsend on taking on the Merchant Venturers over educational inequality Green councillor and education rights campaigner Christine Townsend on fighting discriminatory school selection practices and the prospect of taking power in Bristol. It’s been three years since Edward Colston’s statue was toppled, thrusting the Society of Merchant Venturers – the elite club and charitable organisation with a history steeped in the slave trade, of which he was a member – into the limelight. But for many years prior to Colston’s fall, former teacher and education rights campaigner Christine Townsend was on a mission to fight what she sees as discriminatory practices of pupil selection, starting off with Merchant Venturer-run schools in Bristol. Now a Green Party councillor, Christine is a thorn in the side of the Bristol’s mayor, Marvin Rees, and many others. But the Greens are poised to win further power in Bristol at the next local elections. How might this activist (who once stood for mayor herself) move into a position of authority, with all the challenges – and usually compromises – that entails?

Rita Lynch song ‘Illusion’. Boris Johnson has gone – because of Brexit or because he lied? Taxing the rich. Jacob Rees-Mogg on Boris’s departure. SIR JACOB REES-MOGG: Boris is master of the unexpected – and he’s in pole position to return… as leader of the Conservatives Boris Johnson has stood down as MP, triggering a by-election in his constituency Jacob Rees-Mogg says his move puts him in ‘pole position’ for Tory leadership His extraordinary achievements in his brief spell as Prime Minister include campaigning for a successful Brexit vote and then getting it done. In his brave support for Ukraine, Boris has also reawakened the West to its global responsibilities. Even Boris’s leadership during Covid was essential as we now know that the fanatics wanted us even more firmly locked down. However, his charisma and appeal have always been galling to his political opponents, both within the Conservative Party and outside it. The dullards of the Privileges Committee, as the Lilliputians with Gulliver, tried to tie him down but failed. In the face of a clearly partisan, biased report by a committee which Boris himself has called a ‘kangaroo court’, he has done the right thing by pre-empting it and rendering it null and void. This, though, is most definitely not the end of Boris in the politics of our nation. In fact, his dramatic move – and his own hint that he will seek another Parliamentary berth – puts him in pole position to return as Conservative leader if a vacancy should arise. On that note, I would most strongly warn Conservative Party managers against any attempt to block Boris if he seeks the party nomination in another seat. Any attempt to do so would shatter our fragile party unity and plunge the Conservatives into civil war. I am not, unlike some of my fellow Boris admirers, resigning my Commons seat. I can understand their anger at the former Prime Minister’s treatment. For my part, I will fight my North- East Somerset seat at the next Election and campaign for a Conservative victory nationally. I should, of course, declare that in Boris’s long-delayed resignation honours list published on Friday, I was given a knighthood. His recognition of my work with him in government is typical of his generosity. However, my distaste at his treatment by the Privileges Committee was just as great before I received a gong. This committee never had any credibility as an impartial tribunal. Its full-time chairman, Sir Chris Bryant, had to stand aside because of his personal criticisms of Boris, only to be replaced by Harriet Harman, who had herself already condemned Boris on Twitter. In parliamentary committees, the role of the chairman is absolutely crucial. He or she writes the draft report, appoints the lawyers and chairs the meetings, and so directs the conversation. Unfortunately, the Tory members of the committee forgot this, ignored the politicking of the chairman and naively went along with her leadership. Foolishly, the Privileges Committee thought that Boris would go along with this quietly and be as guileless as they were. Instead, he acted decisively to nullify the report which will now gather dust as a document for the next century’s antiquarians to ponder over. As for Boris, he could easily get back into Parliament at the next Election. One poll even suggests he would win in a by-election in his former Uxbridge and Ruislip seat. He remains extremely popular with the party’s grassroots and in any constituency selection contest, he would be almost impossible to beat. In a strange way, the Privileges Committee may have done him a favour as he can now move to a safer seat without the dishonour of resorting to the so-called ‘chicken run’. As I say, all this puts him back in pole position for a future leadership contest…..

Record net migration and the rising demand for housing Report on immigration and housing – will need 15 to 18 more cities   1. If net migration to the UK is allowed to continue at the present record level of 606,000 per year, the UK population is projected to grow by more than 15 million by 2046 – far surpassing the level of 80 million before mid-century. It is estimated that this would result in the need to build between six and eight million more homes – equal to between 15 and 18 more cities the size of Birmingham.[1] In contrast, if net migration were reduced to 100,000 per year or less, the impact of the housing shortage would be eased and young people would have a brighter prospect of putting their feet on the property ladder. Doing so would also preserve more beautiful UK countryside from being bulldozed to make way for housing. Key points The UK population is now 67 million but new Migration Watch UK projections estimate that it will increase to between 83 and 87 million by 2046 if net migration continues at the record level of just over 600,000 per year. Immigration is the largest component of demand for additional housing Population growth over that period would mean the need to build between six and eight million more homes, depending upon assumptions. That is equivalent to between 15 and 18 cities the size of Birmingham, which in 2021 had 423,500 households (according to Census statistics). Cutting net migration levels to 100,000 per year or less would help young people to get on the property ladder and preserve more of our beautiful UK countryside from being lost forever to housebuilding.

Conclusion 28. In 2021, while giving evidence to a parliamentary committee, then Home Secretary Priti Patel admitted that the UK ‘simply do[es] not have the infrastructure or the accommodation’ to meet demand created by those arriving from abroad.[15] Given the UK was already in the midst of an acute housing shortage, it is relevant to ask why the government enacted policy changes that would drive immigration up to levels never seen before in British history. Ministers despite having been elected on clear and repeated manifesto promises to do the very opposite. As the number of arrivals from abroad continues to rise very sharply due to record work, study and family visas, refugee immigration running into hundreds of thousands per year and the untrammelled flow of illegal boats across the English Channel, the UK’s housing crisis has no end in sight. It is set to worsen unless urgent action is taken now to significantly lower the level of immigration to the UK. 29. Immigration has driven up house prices, making it more difficult more many to afford a mortgage deposit. Such trends are set to continue as added demand from overseas arrivals skyrockets. Indeed, this paper has shown that, if current levels of immigration continue, the UK will have to build between 15 and 18 more cities the size of Birmingham to house the growing UK population; a population that would be on course to hit between 83 and 87 million by 2046. To urgently ease congestion strains and crippling pressure on housing, land, community amenities and the environment, it is essential that the government reduces net migration to the UK to less than 100,000 per year. As well as helping to ease the housing crisis, this would also protect more of the UK’s irreplaceable countryside from being bulldozed and lost forever.

Biden giving an incoherent speech. Biden stumbles over geography for second time in a week President Biden is floundering in the oceans of the world. The 80-year-old commander-in-chief mixed up his geography for the second time in six days Wednesday night while addressing the League of Conservation Voters’ annual dinner in Washington. “We have plans to build a railroad from the Pacific all the way across the Indian Ocean,” the president declared. “We have plans to build in — in Angola one of the largest solar plants in the world,” Biden added before reeling himself in. “I can go on, but I’m not. I’m going off-script. I’m going to get in trouble.” Biden is a well-known train enthusiast, but constructing a railway line “across” the world’s third-largest ocean has never been on the agenda. Biden made a similar gaffe last week during a joint press conference with British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. “We’re talking about building — and I had my team putting together with other countries as well — to build a railroad from the Pacific Ocean — from the Atlantic Ocean all the way to the Indian Ocean,” he said at the time, clumsily describing a proposal to construct a rail line crossing sub-Saharan Africa. Africa is surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea, the Red Sea, the Indian Ocean, and the Atlantic Ocean — not the Pacific, which is more than a thousand miles away from the nearest African coastline.

Sarah Kibble, an acupuncturist at the Better Way Conference, on natural medicine. Nicki Shepherd at the Better Way conference explains how EMFs can effect some people’s health www.emf-protection.co.uk. Bill Gates lets out lots of genetically modified mosquitoes. Bill Gates-Funded Firm Released 150,000 Genetically Modified Mosquitoes In The Wild According to the study, researchers have bioengineered male Aedes aegypti mosquitoes to mate with the wild female population (females are known to bite their prey and cause dengue/malaria). The genetically engineered males carry a gene that passes to their offspring and kills female progeny in early larval stages. The male child won’t die but they’ll continue to possess the gene that will pass on to future generations. With the death of female mosquitoes, the Aedes aegypti population is expected to drop considerably. A biotech firm funded by Bill Gates has released 150,000 genetically modified mosquitoes in the US to curb mosquito breeding and gain control over the spreading of diseases like dengue and malaria. Oxitec, a firm based in Abingdon, UK has already tested these mosquitoes in Brazil, Malaysia, Panama and the Cayman Islands but hadn’t received regulatory approval for the US, but it has finally received it now. The mosquito species in question is the Aedes aegypti that comprise four percent of the mosquito population in the Keys — a chain of tropical islands in the southernmost tip of Florida. However, these are responsible for all mosquito-borne disease in the region. According to the study, researchers have bioengineered male Aedes aegypti mosquitoes to mate with the wild female population (females are known to bite their prey and cause dengue/malaria). The genetically engineered males carry a gene that passes to their offspring and kills female progeny in early larval stages. The male child won’t die but they’ll continue to possess the gene that will pass on to future generations. With the death of female mosquitoes, the Aedes aegypti population is expected to drop considerably. The first batch of males is expected to emerge during the first two weeks of May. Around 12,000 males will be released from the boxes each week over the next 12 weeks. In a second phase scheduled for later this year, Oxitec expects nearly 20 million mosquitoes to emerge over a period of about 16 weeks.

Part Two – Ukraine/Covid/Climate Accelerationism Round-Up, With End Times Prophecy Reports

Don Debar, New York ex-Pacifica radio journalist, on why he believes the election of Biden was fixed by postal votes, and why the case against Trump [Trump’s Bedminster speech post-court] is political because of his criticism of NATO. Trump Arraignment: ‘Under the Presidential Records Act, I had every right to have these documents.’ Trump referred to the Presidential Records Act of 1978, which lays out what the president can and cannot do with his documents, both when he is in and out of office. The law states that, once a president is out of office, the National Archives and Records Administration is responsible for any presidential records. ‘Hilary Clinton broke the law and did not get indicted … Joe Biden broke the law and so far has not gotten indicted. I did everything right and they indicted me.’ Grievance was a constant theme throughout Trump’s speech. Trump also spoke in length about former president Bill Clinton and claimed that he took presidential records after he left office as well. And Trump mentioned Hillary Clinton’s email server. ‘The prosecutor is a thug. I call him “deranged Jack Smith’.” ‘ Trump did not just limit his attacks to just his political opponents in his remarks in Bedminster. Jack Smith is the special prosecutor in charge of investigating the federal documents case and a pending federal investigation that is assessing Trump’s involvement in the Jan. 6, 2021 riots at the U.S. Capitol. ‘They want to take away my freedom because I will never let them take away your freedoms.’ This remark came at the end of Trump’s speech and played directly to his most devoted supporters, some of whom were in the crowd and attended a fundraiser for the former president after his speech.

‘RACISM’ EXCUSE FOR CENSORSHIP 1? Nottingham murders – how the race of the suspected killer was probably concealed by police, despite it helping witnesses come forward, over worry about race riots. Nottingham murder suspect described by witnesses as ‘black man with dreadlocks’ – The suspect being questioned by police on suspicion of a triple murder in Nottingham is a 31-year-old local man, The Telegraph understands. Eyewitnesses have described the man as black, with dreadlocks and a beard, and dressed in a hooded top. At just after 4am on Tuesday, police were alerted to reports that two people had been stabbed to death in Ilkeston Road in the city. An eyewitness who spoke to the BBC described a man being on foot and attacking two people before walking away. The witness said: “Being a hot night, I had the window open and I just heard some awful, blood-curdling screams. “I looked out of the window and saw a black guy dressed all in black with a hood and rucksack grappling with some people. It was a girl, and a man or boy she was with – they looked quite young. “She was screaming: ‘Help!’ I just wish I’d shouted something out of the window to unnerve the assailant. I saw him stab the lad first and then the woman. It was repeated stabbing – four or five times. “The lad collapsed in the middle of the road. The girl stumbled towards a house and didn’t move. The next minute she had disappeared down the side of a house, and that’s where they found her. “I’d say it all happened within five or six minutes. The attacker then just walked off up Ilkeston Road towards town, as calm as anything.” Around an hour later, between 5am and 5.30am, residents in Magdala Road, two miles from the city centre were woken by the sound of a huge bang. A body was later found in the street. While details remain unclear, it is believed a third person may have been killed in a hit and run attack on the normally quiet residential road. A short time later, a woman who was on her way to work at a B&Q store saw a man driving a large white van that was being followed by a police car.

‘RACISM’ EXCUSE FOR CENSORSHIP 2? Atlantic – confirms bigotry of CNN reporting of Covid – CNN Banned All Reporting on Lab Leak Theory Because it was “Racist” Paul Thacker in the DisInformation Chronicle reports on an internal survey conducted by leading U.S. news outlet CNN that found the network’s COVID-19 coverage was the third leading cause of distrust in it behind liberal bias and “the Chris Cuomo situation”. “The only people likely surprised that an internal CNN report found CNN’s pandemic coverage was awful are CNN reporters and their colleagues bitching on Twitter,” he remarks. “To anyone outside a newsroom, CNN’s pandemic failures have been apparent for years.” New light was shone on these failures last week when the Atlantic revealed that CNN had banned all discussion of the lab leak theory of Covid origins on air, fearing that it was a “xenophobic gambit that endangered Asian Americans”. Thacker reviews some of CNN’s worst Covid-era offences, and doesn’t pull his punches. A year ago, I reported that CNN’s science writer Maggie Fox did a copy/paste of Pfizer’s press release announcing the results of their COVID-19 vaccine clinical trial. Maggie Fox isn’t a name familiar to most readers, but while she was reporting at CNN her haphazard article on Pfizer’s clinical trial influenced CDC Director Rochelle Walensky. In March of last year, Walensky admitted that CNN’s faulty reporting misled her to believe that Pfizer’s vaccine was going to fix all the problems with the pandemic. Below, you can view passages of Pfizer’s press release next to Maggie Fox’s copy-paste CNN article. But it wasn’t just vaccine reporting where Maggie Fox and CNN reporters failed. Journalists promoting the Atlantic story on Twitter aren’t bothering to note that the Atlantic reported that former CNN CEO Zucker silenced reporting that discussed a possible lab accident in Wuhan, China. Licht emphasize that although he would show employees grace for certain missteps, he had no tolerance for efforts to chill reporting on controversial topics. He noted that Zucker, fearing the Covid ‘lab leak theory’ was a xenophobic gambit that endangered Asian Americans, had essentially banned discussion of the topic on the air.

NYT – Ukraine Nazi imagery. US deploying F22s to middle east aimed at Russia. What fuels Russophobia? Scott Ritter interviewed by Judge Neopolitano on the Ukraine war.  Former US Intel Officer Calls Ukraine’s Counteroffensive ‘dead End, Bizarre Fantasy’ Ukraine’s counteroffensive it isn’t aimed at achieving “Ukrainian goal and objective,” but “the ultimate American goal of destroying Russia,” Scott Ritter said. Former United States Marine Corps intelligence officer, and an ex-United Nations [UN] Special Commission weapons inspector, Scott Ritter, on Monday, labelled Ukaine’s much-anticipated counteroffensive as a “bizarre fantasy world of neocons in the West.” In an interview with Russia’s state-affiliated agency Sputnik, Ritter underscored that it is “practically impossible” for Ukraine to envisage defeating Russia which is bolstered with the modernized military. Ritter was reacting to US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs, Victoria Nuland’s remarks on the Carnegie Endowment’s Unpacking the Ukrainian Battlefield With Russian Military speech. The latter was delivering remarks on the 15th Annual Kyiv Security Forum for Our and Your Freedom/Fighting for NATO held on May 25-26. ‘American goal of destroying Russia’ Ritter questioned Nuland’s posture about the ongoing Russia Ukraine hostilities, saying that it isn’t aimed at achieving “Ukrainian goal and objective,” but “the ultimate American goal of destroying Russia.” If the United States cared about the future of Ukraine, why did it not start early? questioned Ritter during the interview. “They [US] would have started avoidance of this conflict to begin with because there is no one, no sane person, no rational person who would have thought that Ukraine would prevail in a struggle or an armed struggle against Russia. It is physically impossible for that to happen,” the ex-US intelligence officer said. Despite the rampant pumping of weapons by the Western military Alliance NATO, the US and the E European states, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will not be able to achieve the goal of strategic defeat on Moscow, the ex-officer iterated. “You would not commit the best forces you have into a battle that isn’t your primary focus of effort,” Ritter told the outlet. “Well, the brigades that Ukraine is preparing to throw into the battle are 9 to 12 brigades that have been created. These brigades have been being formed since October and November of last year,” he further revealed. “There’s no other brigades and there’s nothing being prepared to replace them. It’s not as though, you know when these 12 brigades get destroyed and they’re getting destroyed as we speak, it’s not like we got another 12 out there ready to go,” the ex-US Marine Corps analysts during Soviet Union’s Afghanistan invasion, stressed.

Next Secretary General of NATO will probably be someone who attended 2023 Bilderberg conference in Lisbon.  Who Will Become the Next NATO Secretary General? Europe and NATO remain engrossed in a continuous in-house game, faced with the intriguing question about Stoltenberg’s successor. After an extended tenure spanning nine years, he is set to depart in September, leaving a void that fuels speculation. The competition to become the next leader of NATO is intensifying. Yet, this contest is largely shrouded in mystery, with no clear front-runner emerging. Many alliance members hope to resolve the issue of succession at the upcoming NATO summit in Lithuania this July. Potential Candidates for NATO Secretary General Furthermore, there are a few candidates whose names have been making the rounds recently. Notable frontline runners include Chrystia Freeland, deputy prime minister and minister of finance in Canada; Mette Frederiksen, the prime minister of Denmark; Ben Wallace, the UK’s secretary of state for defence; and Ursula von der Leyen, president of the European Commission. A Glimpse Into Candidates’ Profiles Freeland, 54, a grandchild of Ukrainian immigrants to Canada, is a former journalist and author; she’s multilingual – speaks English, French, Russian, Ukrainian and Italian. She has been instrumental in navigating Canada’s trade relationships, including renegotiating the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Freeland strongly advocates for Ukraine’s sovereignty – she voiced her condemnation of Russia’s reunification with Crimea in 2014 – and endorses sanctions against Russia, but critics fear her stance may escalate tensions and compromise objectivity in Russia-related matters. In terms of China, her position has been one of cautious engagement economically. She supports a free-trade relationship with China, yet she maintains a strong emphasis on human rights, stating that economic ties should not overshadow concerns about democracy and civil liberties. Her experience navigating complex trade agreements and linguistic dexterity make her a strong candidate for NATO’s top job. Freeland’s candidacy would likely prioritize the importance of transatlantic economic ties and the role of economic security within NATO’s mission. Yet, the balance she must strike between economic interests and political ideologies will be challenging, indicative of broader dilemmas confronting world leaders today.

Serbians, Kosovo and Ukraine war. Serbian court orders three Kosovo policemen held and investigated Serbian arrest of three Kosovo police officers triggers new row BELGRADE/PRISTINA (Reuters) – A Serbian court on Friday ordered the continued detention and investigation of three Kosovo policemen arrested this week in a border area in disputed circumstances. Kosovo says the three were arrested inside its territory by Serbian officers who had crossed the border. Belgrade says they were detained inside Serbia. The Public Prosecutor’s Office in Serbia’s southwestern city of Kraljevo said it had charged the three policemen with unauthorised production, possession, carrying and trafficking of weapons and explosive substances. “The judge for the preliminary proceedings of the Higher Court in Kraljevo ordered the detention of all suspects,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement. Kosovo’s Justice Minister Albulena Haxhiu said the policemen must be released as soon as possible. “The scenario to further deepening of tensions is continuing from an aggressive Serbia through the autocratic president Vucic,” Haxhiu said in a statement. Albanian-majority Kosovo declared independence from Serbia with the backing of the West following a 1998-99 war. Serbia still considers Kosovo part of its territory. The detentions were the latest in a series of incidents that have led to unrest in the area and raised concern of renewed violence between Serbia and Kosovo. The Kosovo government has called the arrests an act of aggression by Serbia and in retaliation has banned all trucks with Serbian licence plates and Serbian goods from entering its territory. Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic denied the accusations and accused Kosovo’s Prime Minister Albin Kurti of inciting conflict. The United States and Britain have urged Kosovo and Serbia to reduce tensions and called for the immediate release of the policemen, while EU’s foreign policy chief Josep Borell has called crisis talks with Kurti and Vucic for next week. A U.S. envoy said the officers did not intentionally cross the border and the “likely scenarios” were that they were abducted from inside Kosovo or “inadvertently crossed the boundary”. The three “had no intention to be in Serbia and should be released”, U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Gabriel Escobar told reporters.

Patricia Opulenza’s latest poem ‘Ode to the Living Dead’ about AI. Tony’s God slot Secrets and Lies by David Suthwell looks into the Masonic Temple in the Palace of Westminster….. The only way that those with power in the world – governments, media barons, mega corporations, the religious, medical and scientific institutions – stay in control is by keeping secrets from and lying to everyone else. Secrets and Lies gives you the chance to discover the most explosive, fascinating and scary things that certain people want you kept in the dark on. Now you have a chance to rip apart the web of deception you have been caught up in. David Southwell builds upon the foundation of his earlier book “The Conspiracy Files” by giving us this well presented and very accessible expose of the world’s dark secrets. I defy anyone not to read this book and learn something new about the reality of the world they live in. Not only does Southwell cover many famous incidents and people, but he also shines a much needed light on areas that the mainstream media rarely will. Broken down into interesting and relevant chapters “Secrets and Lies” shows you just how much your daily life is controlled and spun. “War, Politics and Science” are all investigated early on and much of what the author has to say will surprise and disturb you! Chapter 14’s “Technology” will make you think carefully about what you put in E-mails and just how safe what you do and use in daily life is! As well as being very informative, David’s writing is laced with a healthy does of humour that shows that sometimes even the darkest secret once exposed can end up showing the guilty as bad jokes themselves. Like me you bound to wonder just how he has been able to expose so much without the Powers that be shutting him down. I f you are at all interested in seeing behind the veil of “accepted truth”, enjoy asking questions or just want to be entertained by a thought-provoking read then this is a must!

Part One News Review and Investigative Reports

Judith Brown joins Tony and Martin. She has investigated Fact Checkers around the world and produced a report: Fact Checking the Fact Checkers – by Dr Judith Brown (June 2023)   Fact Checking the Fact Checkers By Dr. Judith Brown, PhD., M.Sc., M.Sc.Econ.; M.Research (Journalism). Fact checking itself is not new. It is and was a function of the press and broadcasters; journalists check sources and content of stories to ensure that published news stories are realistic, in order to protect the reputation of media outlets. This does not mean that the news is always accurate or unbiased, as story selection, perspective and external and internal influence inevitably alter the way that information and news are presented. In most news outlets there is also an opportunity to comment on news stories, adding a subjective perspective to published or broadcast items. Journalists inevitably have a close relationship with governments and powerful institutions, and they often work in partnership to shape the contents of media output. The advent of social media altered the relationship between power, the media, and the public; Facebook was launched in 2004, followed by Twitter in 2006, and since then social media has continued to grow. This gave the opportunity for citizen journalism – for ordinary people to share with others their uncensored view of world events. The response to the loosening control of information was for the development of a new industry – independent fact checkers. One of the first fact check platforms was Politifact, in USA, in 2007 In UK Full Fact was launched in 2010; fact check platforms began to proliferate throughout the world, such as Africa Check in 2012; and BOOMlive in India in 2016. The Poynter Institute in Florida began to network with these new platforms, and in 2015 launched the International Fact Checking Network (IFCN), by 2016/17 they established a Code of Principles. There are 171 fact checking groups listed as verified signatories in May 2023, of which 41 were first verified in 2017, demonstrating the industry’s growth.

Who funds the fact checkers around the world and what are their political motives. Greyzone – Marianna Spring – Kit Klarenberg – bio of Marianna Spring. The BBC isn’t exposing disinformation. It’s peddling it Jonathan Cook The state broadcaster says its new Verify service will subject its own journalism to more rigorous fact-checking. But a far less neutral agenda appears to be concealed beneath this lofty aspiration To much fanfare last week, the BBC rolled out its latest public service: BBC Verify. The British state broadcaster promised that a team of dedicated reporters would work on behalf of viewers to counter “the growing threat of disinformation”. On the plus side, the BBC claims it will subject its own journalism to more rigorous fact-checking and data analysis “in the pursuit of truth”. But a far less neutral agenda appears to be concealed beneath this lofty aspiration. Introducing the new service on the BBC Breakfast morning show, “disinformation and social media correspondent” Marianna Spring gave a flavour of what was in store. The BBC’s own, all-too-visible failings appeared far from her thoughts. She drew digital arrows on a screen, creating a sinister network of ties between “far-right figures” with “foreign links” on one side, and a “UK conspiracy movement” and “alternative media” on the other. If anyone assumed Verify would be scrutinising the long track record of the BBC and the rest of the UK’s establishment media in misleading audiences, they look set to be sorely disappointed. Even Spring’s job title connects disinformation specifically to social media rather than to the so-called “legacy media” to which she belongs. – – Ministry of Truth’ It is worth remembering that it was the BBC’s all-too-real Ministry of Information, where George Orwell worked during World War Two, that became the model for the fictional “Ministry of Truth” in his dystopian novel Nineteen Eighty-Four. The Ministry of Truth’s slogan ran: “Who controls the past controls the future: who controls the present controls the past.” A state broadcaster telling the public that it has special insights into truth – and anyone who disagrees is dangerously promoting “disinformation” – has a long and ugly pedigree. Far from prioritising “independence” as it proclaims, the BBC was originally set up as a vehicle for promoting British establishment interests, as its founder confided in a diary entry in 1926 concerning that year’s General Strike. Lord Reith wrote of the British government: “They know they can trust us not to be really impartial.” In 2009, a former director general of the BBC, Greg Dyke, suggested nothing had changed eight decades on. He argued that BBC news coverage was part of a Westminster “conspiracy” designed to keep a failing British political system from being subjected to “radical change” – a characterisation that was even harder to dismiss after Corbyn became Labour leader six years later. The BBC also appears to have secretly colluded with the British government in its information warfare campaigns abroad.

Elon Musk – got rid of bot profiles on Twitter. How Fact Checkers worked through Covid narrative.

Oliver Dowden – secret unit to suppress lockdown dissent – Mike Graham and Isabel Oakshot on Talk TV.  Oliver Dowden led secret unit to stamp out lockdown dissent during pandemic Story by Investigations team, Christopher Hope • Tuesday Mr Dowden, who was culture secretary at the time, directed the CDU to start tackling Covid disinformation in March 2020. The Telegraph disclosed last week the unit flagged discussions about controversial lockdown policies, and criticism of the mass vaccination of children against Covid, including by using artificial intelligence. Documents also show that British citizens, including well-respected scientists and campaigners, had their posts monitored. The Telegraph understands that Michelle Donelan, Mr Dowden’s eventual successor, tried to have the CDU shut down after she took over at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport in September last year. She was uncomfortable that the unit was flagging social media posts by British citizens that were neither disinformation – false information that is spread deliberately – nor misinformation – false information that is inadvertently spread. Ms Donelan – who is currently on maternity leave – raised concerns with officials at a meeting after she took the post. A source said that she thought the unit should be replaced, or stripped back so that it focused “solely on foreign [material] and disinformation”. Ms Donelan will resume responsibility for the unit when she returns from maternity leave in the summer, in her new role as Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology. On Tuesday Government officials scrambled to stem the growing scandal around the CDU. Mr Dowden joined an urgent meeting with staff to discuss the furore and sources insisted that the CDU’s activities were innocuous because they trawled for information on the open web. The Government has previously said that it did not report any of the examples found by the Telegraph to social media companies for removal, and that it does not report posts by MPs and journalists. However, it has “trusted flagger” status with Twitter and Facebook, allowing it to fast-track complaints about content it believes to be in breach of the platforms’ rules. During the pandemic, Mr Dowden and Matt Hancock, the former health secretary, also attended a meeting with technology companies about how to tackle Covid disinformation. MPs raised concerns about the activities of the CDU with Lucy Frazer, the Culture Secretary, in the House of Commons on Tuesday. Clive Efford, the Labour MP, asked Ms Frazer if she had “any dealings” with the unit and whether she could confirm that the Government “engages companies that use artificial intelligence to scour people’s social media accounts”. Ms Frazer replied that the unit had moved to a different department when she was made Culture Secretary earlier this year, at the same time as wider government changes were ordered by Rishi Sunak. She said: “The position is that the Disinformation Unit sits in DeSIT [the Department of Science, Innovation and Technology]. So I have had no dealings.” Ruth Hannant, her permanent secretary, sitting alongside Ms Frazer, added: “As far as I am aware from conversations from people in DeSIT, the unit has never tracked the activity of individuals.”

National Unin of Journalists (NUJ) withdraw defence of Kit Klarenberg. Fact Check groups have more power than governments? Dogmas and cancel cultures. NUJ throws Kit Klarenberg under the bus after his detention by cops – The UK’s National Union of Journalists (NUJ) has withdrawn a statement in support of Grayzone journalist Kit Klarenberg. It came after counter-terrorism police detained him at Luton airport on 17 May. Kit Klarenberg detained at Luton airport The Grayzone is a controversial US-based media outlet which focuses on US and UK foreign policy, from a non-Western perspective. Some people have accused it of pushing propaganda for authoritarian states like Russia and Syria. However, Grayzone would say it is anti-US imperialism. On Klarenberg’s detention, it reported: As soon as journalist Kit Klarenberg landed in his home country of Britain on May 17, 2023, six anonymous plainclothes counter-terror officers detained him. They quickly escorted him to a back room, where they grilled him for over five hours about his reporting for this outlet. They also inquired about his personal opinion on everything from the current British political leadership to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The Canary asked the NUJ for comment. We specifically wanted to know why it had withdrawn its statement in support of Klarenberg. It had not responded at the time of publication. Klarenberg’s situation has echoes of UK cops arresting French publishing manager Ernest Moret in April. He works for left-wing publisher Editions La Fabrique. The Guardian reported at the time that: He was arrested, after six hours of questioning, for alleged obstruction in refusing to disclose the passcodes to his phone and computer. It noted that Moret was: “interrogated for several hours and asked some very disturbing questions”, said the publishers, including about his view on pension reform in France, as well as his opinion on the French government and president Emmanuel Macron. As of 2pm on Monday 5 June, the Guardian had failed to report on police detaining Klarenberg. Moreover, the NUJ statement in support of Moret is still online. So, it seems in the corporate media and the NUJ, there’s one rule for some journalists being harassed by cops, and a different one for others. Of course, as writer RD Hale highlighted in Council Estate Media, there’s a massive problem with this. Hale asked : Hands up everyone who only wants to see journalism the government likes? No one? Okay, then we all see the problem here. Detaining journalists: a slippery slope Of course, the cops detaining Klarenberg is mild compared to how other countries treat their journalists. As Reporters Without Borders (RSF) wrote: At least 1,059 journalists have been murdered in the past ten years, and 387 were arbitrarily detained at the end of 2020, according to RSF. The rate of impunity for crimes of violence against journalists is still around 90%. Threats and hate speech against journalists are flourishing online, as well as disinformation. And women journalists are being targeted both as journalists and as women. Moreover, it’s often non-Western countries where journalists’ lives are most at risk. As UNESCO wrote: Latin America and the Caribbean was the deadliest for journalists in 2022 with 44 killings, over half of all of those killed worldwide. Asia and the Pacific registered 16 killings, while 11 were killed in Eastern Europe.

Lord Matt Ridley on Oliver Dowden’s disinformation unit and IEA lockdown report. The UK is blinding itself to the truth about COVID’s origins – Matt Ridley The UK is blinding itself to the truth about COVID’s originsAs a US Senate committee’s full, 300-page report on the origin of covid now makes clear, a whole string of clues now points towards a laboratory accident as the probable cause of the covid pandemic. For example, there is: evidence of a biosafety crisis at the lab in the autumn of 2019; the Chinese authorities’ refusal to share details of early human cases of the disease in November 2019; persistent reports from US intelligence that these early cases includes lab workers; the apparent start of vaccine manufacture in China even before the outbreak was declared; and the astonishingly uncooperative attitude of the Chinese authorities to investigating the origin. Add to these: the failure to find infected animals in markets or on farms; the coincidence of the virus’s closest relatives at the time of the outbreak being inside the Wuhan Institute of Virology; the revelation that that institute brought about 200 kinds of bat coronavirus to Wuhan from a long way away; the risky nature of the research they did to combine the genes of new viruses with existing ones and test them on human cells; the surprising finding that the virus that caused covid has a unique genetic feature that just happens to be of the kind that the institute had been inserting into other viruses; and the blank refusal to share their database of viruses they were working on with the outside world after taking it offline in September 2019. Despite the best efforts of a small group of western virologists who funded or collaborated with that Wuhan laboratory to shut down the debate in the west and label a lab leak a conspiracy theory, the matter will not go away. Yet the British science establishment and the British government, normally so ready to boast of our reputation as a biomedical research hub second only to the United States, has done literally nothing to contribute to this debate. I cannot think of a single significant contribution from our universities and institutes, except the strange role that the Wellcome Trust played in convening a meeting in February 2020 that effectively agreed to mislead the public about the plausibility of a lab leak. With the US government compromised by its having funded the very work in the very lab in Wuhan that is under suspicion, there was a golden opportunity for British scientists and spies to step in as honest brokers and piece together all the evidence. Yet they refused to do so. When I urged the Royal Society at least to debate the matter, they politely declined. When I urged the Academy of Medical Sciences (of which I am a fellow) to investigate, they told me the topic was “too controversial”. Nature, Britain’s and the world’s premier science journal, has confined its reporting to condescending dismissal of all speculation about a lab leak. When I asked a senior scientist to help wake up the science establishment to the biggest enigma science has faced in decades, he said he thought it was vital we do not find out what happened lest it annoy the Chinese government. This is not the stance anybody would take over an accident in an airliner, a chemical plant or a nuclear reactor. Yet unlike such accidents the pandemic killed millions. Of course he is right about the reason for our reticence. The Foreign Office is in permanent kow-tow. Our universities and science journals are dependent directly or indirectly on Chinese funds and infested with people who openly admire authoritarian communism. UK Parliament petition: Debate in Parliament to address the excess mortality in England and Wales A Public Inquiry must be urgently held to discuss the reasons and potential causes behind the excess death rate in England and Wales since the middle of October 2022. The excess deaths are of huge concern to the public and the cause MUST be established. There is concern that these excess deaths are as a result of the Covid 19 vaccines, but Parliament is not addressing this.

Shedding of spike protein from Covid jab?  Daniel Nouriro at conference – supplement to rid body of spike protein  13 ways that the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein causes damage – The SARS-CoV-2 virus has four structural proteins. The spike, membrane, envelop, and nucleocapsid proteins. The spike protein protrudes from the middle of the coronavirus and attaches to the ACE2 receptor of cells to start the process of cell entry, replication, and infection. The two major parts of the spike protein are the S1 and S2 subunit. The S1 has the receptor-binding domain. For easier reading, this review starts with what happens after the COVID jabs, soluble spike proteins, and what it takes to have a normal blood vessel. Then I will enumerate how the spike protein damages the body. What happens after the COVID shots? COVID vaccination aims to produce an immune response against the spike protein in the form of neutralizing antibodies so that in future SARS-CoV-2 exposures, COVID-19 will be prevented. The injected messenger RNA provides instructions to the cells on making the spike proteins. Once the spike protein is produced, it migrates to the outside of the cell to be anchored on the cells’ outer surface, where the immune system will recognize it and develop an immune response to it. (antibodies, T cells, B cells). Soluble spike proteins Ideally, the whole spike protein should stay attached to the outside of the cells. Sometimes incomplete spike proteins are produced in the form of spike peptides. As shown below, they are also presented to the immune system by cells outside the surface with an anchoring protein called the Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC).

BRIBED POLITICIANS 1: BBC QT – cynical King’s Lynn audience member. Labour Party. Liar Politicians: UK Politics Utterly Fraudulent. Corrupted by Finance Capitalism’s devil’s deal with the deep state.  – Expressed by BBCQT Kings Lynne audience member ‘The only man who’s entered parliament with honest intentions was Guy Fawkes’  ‘You Couldn’t Run A Whelk Stall’: BBC Question Time Audience Member Blasts Politicians – A BBC Question Time audience member has let rip at Britain’s political class – claiming it is so “incompetent” the two main parties “couldn’t run a whelk stall”. This week’s show, which came from King’s Lynn in Norfolk, came against the backdrop of more partygate revelations, a backlash to Boris Johnson’s resignation honours list and tensions over the Covid-19 public inquiry. Meanwhile, a poll this week showed the Labour Party is on track to win a landslide 140-seat majority at the next election. One question – what could the Tories could do to turn around their fortunes and win at the general election next year – prompted a diatribe from one member of the audience, who appeared dissatisfied with the way the country is being run regardless of who is charge. He said: “We’ve heard it all before from both of you, from both parties. You’re absolutely incompetent. Those that are not incompetent and corrupt. “I have no idea why any of us bothered to vote for any of you. You couldn’t run a whelk stall, let alone the country. Either of you. “And all you can do is bat off each other and not make any sense whatsoever. Stay behind afterwards. Both of you. Have a word from me, I’ll give you some home truths.“ He added: “I’m sick to death of you. The only person who went in parliament with good intentions was Guy Fawkes.” Both Conservative Lee Rowley and Labour’s Jonathan Ashworth – on the panel – agreed to meet the man afterwards to discuss his concerns. He claimed the recent local elections was the first time he has not voted. Related…

BRIBED POLITICIANS 2: ‘The Hidden Masters of the Universe’ by Ben Chu on Radio 4 about private equity groups.  The Hidden Masters of the Universe You’ve heard of bankers. You’re perhaps vaguely aware of hedge funds. But private equity? Maybe not. Yet private equity is all around you – from health clinics and supermarkets, to football clubs and the music industry. It might well be housing your granny. Who are these hidden masters of the universe? Private equity describes wealthy investors pooling their money to buy and manage companies that are not listed on, or that they remove from, the public stock markets. To advocates, private equity means better run companies, higher profits and more jobs. To detractors, it’s deplorable secret asset stripping that makes fortunes for the financiers, but which often leads to mass sackings, excessive debt, hollowed out companies and, ultimately, corporate collapse. In this documentary, Ben Chu, economics editor of BBC Newsnight, will introduce you to a burgeoning – but also, by turns, glamorous, mysterious and controversial – hub of 21st century capitalism. One that, whether you know it yet or not, is shaping the world around us. With contributions from: Adrian Axtell, of the Community Union Ludovic Phalippou, professor of Financial Economics at Saïd Business School Jon Moulton, founder of the private equity firm Better Capital Steven Kaplan, Professor of Entrepreneurship and Finance at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Dan Rasmussen, former associate at the private equity firm Brain Capital, and founder of the hedge fund Verdad Advisers Christine Corlet Walker, research fellow at the Centre for the Understanding of Sustainable Prosperity, University of Surrey Terry Wright, healthcare worker at a UK care home

BRIBED POLITICIANS 3: Black Rock and Vanguard. Who Really Runs The World? Blackrock & Vanguard, C21 Monopoly, Financial 4th Reich & The Great Reset by Monique Jansen – Vrouwen voor Vrijheid – BLACKROCK & VANGUARD – These institutional investors are mainly investment firms banks and insurance companies. In turn, they, themselves are owned by shareholders and the most surprising thing is that they own each other’s stocks Together, they form an immense network comparable to a pyramid. The smaller investors are owned by larger investors. Those are owned by even bigger investors. The visible top of this pyramid shows only two companies whose names we have often seen by now. They are Vanguard and BlackRock. The power of these two companies is beyond your imagination. Not only do they own a large part of the stocks of nearly all big companies but also the stocks of the investors in those companies. This gives them a complete monopoly. A Bloomberg report states that both these companies in the year 2028, together will have investments in the amount of 20 trillion dollars. That means that they will own almost anything Bloomberg calls BlackRock “The fourth branch of government”, because it’s the only private agency that closely works with the central banks. BlackRock lends money to the central bank but it’s also the advisor. It also develops the software the central bank uses. Many BlackRock employees were in the White House with Bush and Obama. Its CEO, Larry Fink can count on a warm welcome from leaders and politicians. Not so strange, if you know that he is the front man of the ruling company. But Larry Fink does not pull the strings, himself. BlackRock, itself is also owned by shareholders. Who are those shareholders? We come to a strange conclusion. The biggest shareholder is Vanguard. But now he gets murky. Vanguard is a private company and we cannot see who the shareholders are. The elite who own Vanguard apparently do not like being in the spotlight but of course they cannot hide from who is willing to dig. Reports from Oxfam and Bloomberg say that 1% of the world, together owns more money than the other 99%. Even worse, Oxfam says that 82% of all earned money in 2017 went to this 1%.

BRIBED POLITICIANS 4: ‘Barbarians at the gate’ [FULL VIDEO] 1993 film about hostile takeovers. ‘ Barbarians at the Gate (1993) Fantastic film based on the RJR Nabisco fiasco. James Garner is excellent as F. Ross Johnson, as is Jonathan Pryce as Henry Kravis! Excellent battle of greed in the corporate world. The battle for the control of RJR Nabisco in the Autumn of 1988, which became the largest and most dramatic corporate takeover in American history, sent shock-waves through the international business world and became a symbol of the greed, excess and egotism of the eighties. Barbarians at the Gate recounts this two-month battle with breathtaking pace and flair, and transports back to the Wall Street empire before it crumbled, through the boardroom doors, into the midnight meetings, the betrayals, the deal makers and publicity flaks, into a world where – as Nabisco CEO Ross Johnson put it – ‘a few million dollars are lost in the sands of time’. Twenty years on, the world is once again recovering from a period of financial extravagance and irresponsibility. This revised edition brings the ultimate business thriller up to date for a new generation of readers. An incredible read that reminds us of the worst excesses of the 1980s. It charts the unimaginable progress of a a food brands company who merge with a bakery and then with a tobacco company who also have a number of food brands. They attempt a management buy out but the Wall St vultures soon start to circle. The excesses are incredible and the voices of the few good men are drowned out. It was the biggest takeover of its day and I’m not sure all of its lessons have been learned. A gripping story, well written – the cast list at the front is essential as so many people were involved in this epic narrative. I think I would have appreciated knowing just what each company was there for – I guess American readers would know which ones were banks, law firms etc but I had to figure it out as I went. An outstanding read for anyone interested in business

Hannah Borno gives an update on the aftermath of Bilderberg – stories in the headlines that were discussed at Bilderberg, but Bilderberg not mentioned. Swedish NATO negotiator left off Bilderberg list, gets in anyway Stenström quietly attended the conference of transatlantic business and political elites last week, though Bilderberg denies he participated in its actual meeting. By JOSH FRIEDMAN LISBON, Portugal – Artificial intelligence topped the key topics list for the 69th Bilderberg meeting, held last week in Lisbon, Portugal, and the biggest names in the emerging high-tech industry were in attendance at the posh Pestana Palace Lisboa in the Portuguese capital. While present and past CEOs of Open AI, Microsoft, Google and Google DeepMind drew the attention of some United States media, the transatlantic gathering also shaped up quietly, as it has in years past, as an informal NATO summit. Jens Stoltenberg, the head of NATO, attended last week’s Bilderberg Meeting, as did the prime ministers of three of the alliance’s member countries. An ex-prime minister of a country trying to join the alliance, Sweden, also participated in the meeting, and she may or may not have come with a plus-one. In true Bilderberg fashion, Sweden’s chief negotiator for NATO membership attended the gathering of European and North American elites in Lisbon, yet he did not appear on the participants’ list. The only explanation provided thus far for what Oscar Stenström could have been doing inside the fortified Pestana Palace came in the form of a Bilderberg Press Service reply to a CalCoastNews inquiry. “As you can surely imagine, the total number of people in the hotel exceeds the number of participants,” Bilderberg’s press office stated in an email. “There are some accompanying staff members, and they do not participate in the meeting or part of it.” Stenström works as an ambassador for NATO negotiations for the Swedish Prime Minister’s Office. Formally, he is not a member of the staff of any of the listed Bilderberg participants. However, Stenström did accompany one participant on a walk Saturday afternoon in Lisbon. That individual is Stenström’s former boss, ex-Swedish prime minister and current opposition leader, Magdalena Andersson. CalCoastNews spotted Andersson on a walk outside the Pestana Palace and attempted to pose questions to her about Sweden’s NATO bid and what she was doing at the Bilderberg Meeting. Unbeknown that Andersson was sharing an afternoon stroll with Sweden’s top NATO negotiator, CalCoastNews asked the opposition leader whether she had any conversations with alliance chief Stoltenberg and whether Sweden’s effort to join the defense pact had been discussed at the Bilderberg Meeting. Neither Andersson, nor Stenström, addressed the questions. “We’re having a chat,” Andersson said. After a few minutes, the former prime minister and Sweden’s chief NATO negotiator walked past a security checkpoint and returned to the Pestana Palace, ending their afternoon walk abruptly. During the previous Bilderberg Meeting, held June 2 through 5, 2022 in Washington, D.C., Stoltenberg met with Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin. Stoltenberg and Marin discussed Finland’s and Sweden’s NATO membership bids, as well as Turkey’s objections to them, the NATO chief stated in a tweet. Though Stoltenberg made no mention of Bilderberg, his tweet contained a photo of him standing with Marin at the hotel in Washington D.C., where the secretive conference was taking place.

Hail Satan film (2019) Satanist guy …..  Everything you know about Satanism is wrong. At least that’s what a new documentary about the Satanic Temple could be about to prove. Despite the similarity of the name, the Temple is different to The Church of Satan, established in 1966 by chat show circuit celebrity Anton LaVey in San Francisco, California. Human sacrifice? Wrong? Blood drinking? Wrong? Black Mass? Well, sort of right. The Temple was founded in 2013 with a mission statement “to encourage benevolence and empathy among all people, reject tyrannical authority, advocate practical common sense and justice, and be directed by the human conscience to undertake noble pursuits guided by the individual will”. Hail Satan? directed by US film-maker Penny Lane, follows the Temple’s attempts to curtail what they see as the encroachment of Christianity on US life through its growing political influence. That creeping theocracy results in a monument to the Ten Commandments being offered pride of place at the Oklahoma State Capitol building in Oklahoma City. The Temple’s response is to ask for a space for their own statue of the Satanic deity Baphomet in a bid to restore some kind of cosmic religious balance, all the while preaching a doctrine in support of social justice and human rights. “We want people to evaluate the United States being a Christian nation,” the Temple’s spokesman Lucien Greaves says in the film’s trailer. “It’s not”. “I had heard about the Satanic Temple when they were doing their campaign in Oklahoma,” says Lane.

Part One News Review and Investigative Reports

AI, Dark Enlightenment, Bilderberg. Accelerationism, amphetamine philosophy, and the Death Trip – This is a story about dangerous ideas, and words’ magical power to heal and to harm. It’s about AI, Charles Manson, dubstep, Neo-Nazis, occultism, and a lot of amphetamine, but it’s mainly about Nicholas Land. In 1993, techno-feminist Sadie Plant set up a research unit in the philosophy department at Warwick University called the Cybernetic Culture Research Unit (CCRU). It wasn’t a ‘real’ academic centre — it didn’t have a large grant or any institutional status, it was just a piece of paper on a door. But the name drew people into its vortex. The dominant influence in the CCRU became a 30-year-old mid-career researcher called Nick Land — a fan of continental critical theorists like Deleuze, Guattari and George Bataille. Land and the CCRU mixed together cyberpunk, science-fiction, cryptocurrency, drugs and post-humanism, drained it through the mesh of continental theory, and created Accelerationism. Guardian journalist Andy Beckett has a good definition: Accelerationists argue that technology, particularly computer technology, and capitalism, particularly the most aggressive, global variety, should be massively sped up and intensified — either because this is the best way forward for humanity, or because there is no alternative. Accelerationists favour automation. They favour the further merging of the digital and the human. They often favour the deregulation of business, and drastically scaled-back government. They believe that people should stop deluding themselves that economic and technological progress can be controlled. They often believe that social and political upheaval has a value in itself. Accelerationalism began life as the British cousin of the Californian philosophy of Extropianism, which also began in the early 1990s (as I wrote here). There’s a similar anarcho-libertarianism, hyper-capitalism, worship of new technology and expectation of a sudden leap beyond the human. But this wasn’t California, it was Coventry — and Accelerationism was much darker and more nihilistic than Californian transhumanism. After all, Land’s first book was called ‘Thirst for Annihilation’.

Russia increases settlements with partners in national currencies Lavrov “As trade turnover grows, the transition to payments in national currencies will become more practical – this is the future,” the Russian top diplomat stressed The process of using national currencies in mutual settlements between Russia and its partner countries will only gain momentum, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told reporters on Monday. “Of course, as trade turnover grows, the transition to payments in national currencies will become more practical – this is the future. This is true not only for Africa, but also for Latin America, our Asian friends, as well as Iran, India, and China. We are already actively shifting to settlements in national currencies, and the dollar’s share is steadily declining. <…> So, this process will only gain momentum,” he said in response to a question about Kenya’s intention to pay for oil exports in local currency. Lavrov also stated that Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva “has already put forward his idea to focus on the development of payment mechanisms that would not rely on the dollar or the euro and would rely on decisions and agreements that would be developed, including within the framework of the BRICS New Development Bank.”

Special educational needs building to luxury flats  Bristol school redevelopment decision delay leaves campaigners ‘disappointed’ Bristol City Council had been due to consider plans to transform the former SEND school five-acre site at Westbury Park into an £85m retirement community and leisure hub Campaigners have said they are “massively disappointed” after a decision was delayed on the redevelopment of a former Bristol school site, after the plans looked set to be refused. Councillors had been due to meet on Wednesday (May 31) to consider plans to transform a five-acre site at Westbury Park, once the location of St Christopher’s School before its closure in 2020, into an £85m ‘eco retirement village’ and leisure hub. In an update sent out on Tuesday afternoon (May 30), Bristol City Council’s development management team said consideration of the application had been postponed “at the request of the applicant”. It came after planning officers recently recommended that councillors refuse the development, called St Christopher’s Square, with a report saying it would be “unacceptable in terms of design”. On Wednesday (May 31) bosses from the group behind the scheme, which includes investment firm FORE Partnership, care operator Amicala and development manager Socius, told BristolLive they had requested for the decision to be delayed, “to allow officers more time to review their report”.

UK economic situation. Bristol clean air zone. Revealing number of Bristol Clean Air Zone fines would be ‘too confusing’ says council It says the figures would be ‘too confusing’ at this stage, almost six months on Publishing the total number of Clean Air Zone fines issued so far could be too confusing, according to Bristol City Council. Almost six months after the scheme was first introduced, the number of drivers who have been hit with fines remains a mystery. The council refused to answer a recent freedom of information (FoI) request asking for the number of penalty charge notices issued for the Clean Air Zone, from December to March. This is because making these figures available to the public could “result in confusion”. Details of the number of fines, as well as any effect on air pollution, are expected to be published at the end of the year in an update report on the Clean Air Zone. The controversial scheme was introduced last November, covering a wide area around the city centre. Responding to the FoI request, a council officer said: “There is a firm intention to publish the requested information at a future date. Accelerating publication would unnecessarily divert scarce council resources in dealing with premature scrutiny of the success or otherwise of the CAZ scheme, and would represent an inefficient use of public money. “Council officers would have to take time away from their normal duties to locate and collate the information. While we recognise that you have an interest in the detailed information, this has to be balanced with the council’s use of resources in dealing with other tasks and duties required of them as a public authority.

Jennifer Bileck on transgenderism to transhumanism. Jennifer Bilek | Big Picture Watch | Who is Behind the TRANS AGENDA? Jennifer Bilek is an investigative journalist, a feminist and a leading voice really looking behind the curtain at who is pushing this TRANS AGENDA! In this interview, we discuss one of the most controversial subjects of our time: the massive effort to promote transgenderism and to push “gender-affirming care” on children. Everyone has heard of the documentary “What is a Woman” but that film didn’t dare ask: “Who is behind this?” This interview was shot as apart of a documentary What Happened At School? We located the most hard-hitting professional journalist digging into who is imposing this bizarre agenda on us. Jennifer Bilek is a lifelong feminist, alarmed by men who don the mask of womanhood and then demand that all of society affirm this “identity.” People are free to do what they like with their own bodies and time, but asking, nay, forcing, everyone else to ignore biological reality is another matter. Natalie Minnis joins Tony and Martin, from former ‘Imagining Freedom’ blog, and now Substack ‘The Purposeful Path’.I started being increasingly concerned about GM foods. I felt that tampering with nature in this way could lead to unforeseen and unexpected consequences. I didn’t think any good could come of it – and maybe more importantly, I didn’t see the need for it. The pro-GM lobby suggested that GM foods would end world poverty. I felt very sceptical about that. And I certainly wasn’t the only one. Around 1999, I went to a public meeting to discuss the issue. I was surprised at the number of scientists and farmers in attendance, many of them speaking quite eloquently against the introduction of GM foods to the UK. I remember that Tony Blair was a supporter of GM foods, and I already disliked him, years before the Iraq War. I started buying organic, feeling it was the only way I could have any control over what I was eating. Sales of organic food started to soar in the UK in the late 1990s. Again, I wasn’t the only one who felt this way. The media started reporting on the surprising increase in the popularity of organic food. At the time there was a lot of division over the issue – people who didn’t want to eat GM foods were described as “unscientific”. But organic food sales kept rising. I started buying most of my food from a local health shop. Again, I don’t think I was the only one. Suddenly there was an astonishing announcement from Sainsbury’s, one of the UK’s “Big Four” supermarkets. Sainsbury’s announced that it had successfully eliminated all GM ingredients from its own-brand products. Other supermarkets soon followed suit, some of them in other European countries. Consumer pressure had trumped political power. EU legislation followed, with tighter controls over food labelling and traceability. Since that time, food protection developments seem to me like a kind of cat and mouse game, with corporate lobbyists looking for loopholes or trying different approaches to bend the public will. But ultimately, this episode shows who really has the power in such situations. We do – ordinary people – as long as we are prepared to use it.

Natalie is attending ‘ The Better Way’ conference in Bath, which Alex Krainer is speaking at, organised by ‘The World Council for Health’. Who is ‘privatised UN’ WEF boss Klaus Schwab? Natalie Minnis explains how we know his family fortune was made in WWII on the back of Ravensburg concentration camp slave labour. Schwab Family Values – Is the real Klaus Schwab a kindly old uncle figure wishing to do good for humanity, or is he really the son of a Nazi collaborator who used slave labour and aided Nazi efforts to obtain the first atomic bomb? Johnny Vedmore investigates. Back in the Escher-Wyss factory in Ravensburg, Eugen Schwab had been busy putting forced labourers to work at his model Nazi company. During the years of World War II, nearly 3,600 forced labourers worked in Ravensburg, including at Escher Wyss. According to the city archivist in Ravensburg, Andrea Schmuder, the Escher-Wyss machine factory in Ravensburg employed between 198 and 203 civil workers and POWs during the war. Karl Schweizer, a local Lindau historian, states that Escher-Wyss maintained a small special camp for forced labourers on the factory premises. The use of masses of forced labourers in Ravensburg made it necessary to setup one of the largest recorded Nazi forced labour camps in the workshop of a former carpenter’s at Ziegelstrasse 16. At one time, the camp in question accommodated 125 French prisoners of war who were later redistributed to other camps in 1942. The French workers were replaced by 150 Russian prisoners of war who, it was rumoured, were treated the worst out of all the POWs. One such prisoner was Zina Jakuschewa, whose work card and work book are held by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Those documents identify her as a non-Jewish forced labourer assigned to Ravensburg, Germany, during 1943 and 1944. Eugen Schwab would dutifully maintain the status quo during the war years. After all, with young Klaus Martin Schwab having been born in 1938 and his brother Urs Reiner Schwab born a few years later, Eugen would have wanted to keep his children out of harm’s way. Klaus Martin Schwab – International Man of Mystery Born on 30 March 1938 in Ravensburg, Germany, Klaus Schwab was the eldest child in a normal nuclear family. Between 1945 and 1947, Klaus attended primary school in Au, Germany. Klaus Schwab recalls in a 2006 interview with the Irish Times that:”After the war, I chaired the Franco-German regional youth association. My heroes were Adenauer, De Gasperi and De Gaulle.” Klaus Schwab and his younger brother, Urs Reiner Schwab, were both to follow in the footsteps of their grandfather, Gottfried, and their father, Eugen, and would both initially train as machine engineers. Klaus’s father had told the young Schwab that, if he wanted to make an impact on the world, then he should train as a Machine Engineer. This would only be the beginning of Schwab’s University credentials.

Mutiny erupts among WEF staff over role of ‘Mr Davos’ Founder and chair Klaus Schwab has run forum for 52 years but is now seen by some past and present staff as ‘a law unto himself’ The future of Klaus Schwab – Mr Davos for more than half a century – has become a talking point at this year’s meeting after World Economic Forum employees voiced strong criticism of their chair and the lack of a succession strategy. A group of current and former WEF staff members who contacted the Guardian said the 82-year-old Schwab was a law unto himself and had surrounded himself with “nobodies” who were incapable of running the organisation he founded in the early 1970s. “Klaus has been at the helm of the WEF for 52 years. When he was born [in 1938] 122 of the 195 states in the world right now did not even exist. He is completely unaccountable to anyone inside and outside the organisation,” the group said. “We are a group of current and former employees of the WEF. We want to play our role in fostering debate about the role this organisation plays in the world.” The group said it wanted to remain anonymous. “We are hesitant to come forward as Klaus is very well connected and can make life very difficult for us even after we leave the WEF.” Speculation about Schwab’s future has intensified this week after a piece on the online publication Politico said the WEF’s strategic partners – the firms that bankroll the $390m (£315m) a year business – were unhappy about the lack of a succession strategy. The group of WEF staff members said they had posted their criticisms on the social media platform LinkedIn but they had been removed at the request of the WEF, something the organisation denies. The posts, shared with the Guardian, said: “There isn’t much of a future for the WEF beyond Klaus not just because there isn’t a clear successor but also because his managing board is such a viper’s nest that senior leadership will be at each other’s throats the moment the old man pops off.” A WEF spokesperson said: “The board of trustees decides any future institutional leadership appointments. The forum has a strong institutional governance structure in place to ensure its continued ability to fully support its mission.” Former UK prime minister Tony Blair is one of the leading international figures who has been linked with the role.

Natalie Minnis on Scottish mountaineering: Munros (over 3,000ft), Corbetts (2,500-3,000ft), Grahams (2,000-2,500ft) and Donalds (lowland hills over 2000ft) – Natalie Minnis – Ironically it was a health issue that triggered my hillwalking and climbing obsession. I used to run regularly, but I developed symptoms of an underactive thyroid, and found that I was no longer able to run for more than 20 minutes. Instead, I started going for long walks. I joined a Meetup group (Meetup.org) and I became an organiser, with the specific intention of posting easier hill walks that someone as unfit as myself would be able to do! After about a year of treatment, my thyroid problems improved and so did my fitness, quite suddenly. That was two years ago. I also started climbing, and I’m a hillwalking and climbing fanatic now. I recently did my Mountain Leader course, and I’m due to take my assessment soon. I used to think it was amazing that I met so many nice people in the hills. Now I realise that it’s because being out in the fresh air, in natural surroundings, puts people in a good mood.

Langley Park School for Boys, Nietzschean philosopher Nick Land: God, The Cairngorms and the Dark Enlightenment. Tony Gosling got to know an incredibly knowledgable ‘Nazi Nick’ Land at Langley Park grammar school in 1975 aged 13 and they struck up a friendship playing Diplomacy and SPI wargames every Saturday at Nicks home on the edge of Hayes Common. The pair sat next to each other in Maths and Physics also developing a shared interest in the study of the curious phenomenon of hallucinogenic drugs. Nick had an obsession with the US death and carnage in Vietnam and a ‘dark sense of humour’. In contrast he borrowed Tony’s hardback copies of Catholic writer and Jerusalem Bible translator JRR Tolkein’s Lord of The Rings. Along with two schoolfriends Tony and Nick spent a fortnight or so between their ‘O’ level exams and results wild camping around Wells, Somerset. But over the 1978 summer holidays. Nick ‘disappeared’ and in the new term starting ‘A’ levels at sixth form Nick had now become a Communist and took up with a new group of friends. Not long before they left Langley Park sixth form in 1980 Tony collared Nick at the bottom of the sixth form block stairs to ask a question which had been burning in his mind. After years of discussion about peace and war, right and wrong, left and right, did Nick think God existed or not? ‘Well’, said Nick, ‘Its in the balance isn’t it? I reckon about fifty-fifty’, then dashed upstairs. A few months later Tony pulled over into the Layham’s Road car park to open the envelope containing his ‘A’ level results. Before daring to look he offered up a heartfelt prayer that he didn’t want to go through the rest of his life not knowing whether God existed or not. A wrong decision might leave personal values upside-down as one sets out on life’s journey, an entire life wasted. At 18 years of age, in very personal moment between created and creator, whatever was in the envelope, he asked God to show him that he did indeed exist. As well as loving parents Christening new-borns, praying for spiritual protection of the innocents, all youngsters reaching the end of their teenage should be encouraged to reach out to God. It’s a biggie. Best to make the right decision at the outset.

Three months or so later Tony found himself on a pass in the Cairngorms in a sticky situation of his own making. With hindsight it was simply God’s answer to his prayer. From what began as a bright clear day with a good forecast the weather had come down so hard on the tops of the hills that Tony was shivering with cold and hypothermia, to far up to turn back and had lost the path in driving rain. It was late afternoon as he sat on a rock, shivering in thick cloud with the visibility at just a couple of feet. Tony prayed again, ‘I’m too young to die. Please God if you’re out there, get me out of this’. A few minutes later, for fifteen seconds or so, the solid cloud parted and Tony saw a tiny hut about a quarter of a mile away. Triangulating on the sun which was almost lost in haze Tony was filled with hope and energy as he set off through marsh, through the River Dee, up a thirty foot rock face taking  best part of an hour to reach the hut inside which a Dutch couple were surprised to see him but had the fire going and he steamed through the night, sleeping fitfully with his back to the stone wall. God had answered young Tony’s question and prayer in a way it would not be easy to forget.

George Monbiot’s wife Rebecah Wrigley’s ‘Rewilding campaign’ turns sour in Germany – Al Jazeera – re wilding and wolf attacks. Clean Air Zones. ‘The wolf does not belong here’: German summit convened after animal attacks Farmers express concern for their livelihoods after series of deadly attacks on farm animals German farmers, conservationists and politicians have met at a wolf summit to discuss the animal’s future amid concerns that its population is out of control. The farmers’ union is calling for a relaxation of rules over when wolves, strictly protected under EU law, can be shot, after a series of highly publicised deadly attacks on farm animals. It has said that people in rural areas are fearful for their lives as well as the lives of their animals, with many farmers expressing concern for their livelihoods. Germany is home to an estimated 161 packs of wolves (of between eight to 12 animals each) according to the Federal Wolf Documentation and Advisory Office. A further 43 pairs and 21 individual animals were also registered. Numbers have increased year on year since the wolf was placed under species protection in 1990, after it was considered to have more or less become extinct at the end of the 19th century. The southern state of Bavaria has already taken its own decision to allow farmers to actively kill wolves where livestock is thought to be under particular threat.

Organophosphates are derived from military nerve gas and a systemic treatment (the chemical enters the entire internal system of the cow) would undermine his organic principles so Mark refused to treat. “If Phosmet is proven to have caused BSE, the worldwide use of organophosphates (OPs) could be put into jeopardy, costing the chemical industry billions. The government know more than they’re letting on. They’ve stuck to the scrapie theory to placate people and give the impression they’ve got it under control.” Mark Purdey, Organic Dairy Farmer, Exmoor.

Natalie working in the media for Jackie Magazine at D.C. Thompson comics and subbing on the Sunday Mirror – Blast from the past: Jackie magazine Thankfully girls had a helping hand through those pimply, awkward years – Jackie magazine. The weekly publication was a teenage girl’s bible, with its combination of breathless pop news and teen advice. We swooned over interviews with Paul Young and Simon Le Bon, lapped up fashion and beauty tips and photo love stories; whilst agony aunts Cathy and Claire offered advice on those strange creatures, boys – (they counselled that you could tell what boys were like from the way they sat or the shape of their nose). Friends would tell me their brothers would sneak at a look at it too to get an idea how the female psyche worked. The first issue of Jackie was first published in 1964 and sold well for 20 years before a long-term decline in sales led to its closure in 1993. Maybe it began to look a bit tame and old-fashioned, but for those of us who were faithful readers Jackie will remain an important part chapter in our lives.

Alex Krainer, author of ‘The Grand Deception: Bill Browder and the Magnitsky Act’ and former hedge fund manager, joins Natalie, Tony and Martin. He is a speaker at ‘The Better Way’ conference, on freedom of speech. Being cancelled. Controlled narratives. Grand Deception: The Truth About Bill Browder, the Magnitsky Act and Anti-Russian Sanctions – Bill Browder, the false crusader for justice and human rights and the self-proclaimed No. 1 enemy of Vladimir Putin has perpetrated a brazen and dangerous deception upon the Western world. Mr. Browder uses all of the smarmy language, and all of the tricks of the worst and most vicious sort of CIA propaganda, as we have witnessed its development and application over the last 70 years: demonization and flat out lies, the aims of which are destabilization, chaos, mayhem and “regime change” in Russia. The extent to which intelligent people fall for Browder tales uncritically is astounding. Browder has been quashing any dissenting voices to his narrative: The Magnitsky Act Behind the Scenes documentary by Andrei Nekrasov has not been shown because the Browder lawyers had basically attacked everybody involved in trying show it. Alex Krainer’s book The Killing of William Browder: Deconstructing Bill Browder’s Dangerous Deception (now titled Grand Deception: The Browder Hoax) is banned on both Amazon and Barnes and Noble without any due process. A highly intelligent, frank and entertaining take-down of one of the biggest hoaxes ever perpetrated on the US public and the world – The Magnitsky Act. Browder’s carefully cultivated and paid for image in the West (he was planning a movie about himself with the Weinstein brothers) is so at odds with the reality exposed here as to make up a kind of horror story effect out of Bram Stoker. Yet the way Alex Krainer tells it is both compelling and convincing. The thing is, no one else has looked at Browder’s story critically. It was accepted as fact, with no corroboration of any sort, by a gullible, and probably complicit, US political establishment.

BBC Verify and The Integrity Initiative connected. Narratives failing. Troubling questions surround BBC ‘disinformation correspondent’ Marianna Spring Little is known about the history of Marianna Spring, the BBC’s first “disinformation correspondent.” But her record of churning out disinfo of her own in the service of British government objectives sends a bright red flag up over the new Verify project. The launch of BBC Verify, “a new brand to address the growing threat of disinformation and build trust with audiences by transparently showing how BBC journalists know the information they are reporting,” has raised questions about whether the British state broadcaster is ramping up plans to manufacture consent for official objectives while maligning dissent. The endeavor is said to be “a highly specialized team with a range of forensic and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) capabilities that enable them to go beyond conventional newsroom techniques.” In all, 60 BBC journalists are involved – including the “specialist disinformation correspondent” Marianna Spring. The week after Verify’s rollout was announced, the 27-year-old Spring took to airwaves to acquaint BBC Breakfast viewers with her new venture. She explained its mission was to “verify video, factcheck, counter disinformation, and analyze really complex stories so we can get to the truth of what’s going on.” Standing before three interactive video screens, Spring outlined an array of investigative projects soon to appear under the auspices of Verify. They included an initiative employing “undercover accounts” which comprise a set of fake “characters” active on social media networks. The ostensible purpose of the sock-puppets created by Spring and her BBC associates is to “really understand polarization online and what’s happening on our social media feeds and what we’re being recommended and being pushed to us [sic] can affect all of us.”

This is how the elite psychopaths view the rest of us: Yuval Noah Harari on the Second Industrial Revolution of robots and what will humans do. Fraudulent banking system. Al Jazeera – Schmit – AI could lead to human extinction. Will AI be another dot com bubble? Yuval Noah Harari: Once we know how to PRODUCE bodies and minds, what do we do with all the useless people? In all his intellectual quests, he must have missed one of the greatest writings, “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.” It’s always sad to see someone this far gone into their own nefarious and myopic vision of humanity. These types usually end up being what they wanted to destroy. Perhaps he can’t imagine he may someday be a very old man who has trouble eating and needs help.

Boris Johnson speech on new tech being like myth of Prometheus. AI to be regulated by those who developed it? Hype to encourage investment. New cancer blood test. The British prime minister Boris Johnson has delivered his inaugural speech to the UN General Assembly just hours after the UK supreme court found his advice to the Queen to prorogue parliament was unlawful. Speaking to a sparse audience late on Tuesday night about the challenges of technology, Johnson painted a dystopian view of the future of technology, asking: ‘AI – what will it mean? Helpful robots washing and caring for an ageing population? Or pink-eyed terminators sent back from the future to cull the human race?’ Pink-eyed terminators and limbless chickens: Boris Johnson’s UN speech in quotes PM uses his September 2019 General Assembly speech on the challenges of technology to paint a dystopian view – Johnson’s theme was the opportunities and challenges of technology and he ranged across a variety of subjects, from mattresses that can monitor your nightmares to a diet of “terrifying limbless chickens”. Here is a selection of his quotes: “In the future, voice connectivity will be in every room and almost every object: your mattress will monitor your nightmares; your fridge will beep for more cheese.” “A future Alexa will pretend to take orders. But this Alexa will be watching you, clucking her tongue and stamping her foot.” “You may keep secrets from your friends, from your parents, your children, your doctor – even your personal trainer – but it takes real effort to conceal your thoughts from Google.” “AI – what will it mean? Helpful robots washing and caring for an ageing population? Or pink-eyed terminators sent back from the future to cull the human race?” “What will synthetic biology stand for – restoring our livers and our eyes with miracle regeneration of the tissues, like some fantastic hangover cure? Or will it bring terrifying limbless chickens to our tables?” “When Prometheus brought fire to mankind. In a tube of fennel, as you may remember, that Zeus punished him by chaining him to a Tartarean crag while his liver was pecked out by an eagle. And every time his liver regrew the eagle came back and pecked it again. And this went on forever – a bit like the experience of Brexit in the UK, if some of our parliamentarians had their way.”

Bilderberg’s Chatham House Rules: Subjects covered in Bilderberg are plastered all over the Press afterwards. Talk TV, Mike Graham show – Baroness Claire Fox on exaggerated existential threat of AI. One Reason Why The Existential Threat Of AI May Be Overblown Critics of AI frequently use the example of AIs striving to amass significant wealth or resources, and—by assumption—they regard this as detrimental. However, this perspective could be skewed by an underlying antagonism toward capitalism and wealth creation, both of which have historically fueled human progress. If a superintelligent AI sought to maximize its wealth and was also programmed with reasonable restrictions such as “act within the confines of existing law,” and “accumulate resources only by satisfying consumer or investor needs,” it’s unclear why an AI accumulating resources should cause any alarm. Capitalism has long faced criticism about a general tendency toward monopolization, so maybe the real concern here is monopoly. However, apart from a few exceptions, competition has largely dominated over monopoly in capitalist economies. Already, we’re witnessing significant competition in the AI space, and there is little reason to think this won’t continue. Thus, even if superintelligent AIs aspire to acquire as many resources as they can, so long as they operate within legal boundaries (modifiable by humans as circumstances require) and aim to satisfy consumer and investor demands, their operation might largely parallel traditional business activities in a market. While this scenario might not sit well with communists and socialists, for those of us who appreciate the benefits of markets, production, and businesses competing to satisfy consumer demands, superintelligent AIs could well be a catalyst for economic growth rather than a harbinger of the apocalypse. So the question arises: why create unnecessary new bureaucratic structures and licensing regimes if the little we know so far about AI development provides so little reason to worry about existential threats? According to Eliezer Yudkowsky, the onus is on those who are skeptical of AI posing existential risk to disprove his theory. However, the burden of proof works in the opposite direction. Unsupported claims of potential dangers, especially sensational ones, require substantiation before gaining credibility. Notwithstanding the attention-grabbing headlines, a deeper dive into the AI doomsday narratives suggests little cause for concern. Rather than descending into pandemonium, the innate tendencies of superintelligent AIs may lead to convergence on practices beneficial to humanity. While ensuring the ethical and safe development of AI deployment is crucial—and already happening to a significant extent—overly restrictive regulations will hamper the technology’s potential to drive economic growth and societal progress. In short, the burden of proof lies with the doomsayers. Their claims that we are all going to hell in a handbasket should be met with healthy skepticism until solid evidence proves otherwise. All in all, based on what we know about AI and existential risk, we have more reasons for optimism than pessimism.

AI is not so good at lying as politicians and mass media journalists are. Chat GPT essay on Ukraine war was favourable to Russia. ChatGPT outlines 8-point solution for ongoing Russia-Ukraine war; Shashi Tharoor reacts OpenAI’s chatbot, ChatGPT has gained quite traction on social media in the past few months, thanks to its smart and informed responses to practically every question submitted to it by users. With the AI-powered chatbot taking the world by storm, it has got almost everyone including those in classrooms, boardrooms, and even social media. Amid all the queries, no one would have thought about ChatGPT giving a solution to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war. Former Indian foreign secretary and writer Vikas Swarup is the one who went on to ask the AI bot to come up with a plan to resolve the war and guess what? The chatbot drafted an 8-point solution that can be implemented to bring the war to an end. From decentralising power in the Russian-speaking regions to international monitoring of the agreements implemented following the negotiations, the ChatGPT-generated response looks quite impressive and got the internet talking. It also caught the attention of Congress MP Shashi Tharoor who reshared the screenshot of the response, calling it an “interesting experiment.” “Interesting initiative by Vikas Swarup, but as he knows, in conflicts leaders are irrational in ways beyond AI’s comprehension! In this specific case I can think of several objections from both sides, mainly the Russians, to the ChatGPT formulation. But it’s a great experiment!”, he wrote. Former Indian diplomat asks if AI can solve the world’s biggest conflict The former Indian diplomat while taking to Twitter shared a screenshot of the response generated by ChatGPT asking if the AI bot can come up with a mediation plan for the Russia-Ukraine War. In a detailed plan for the same, ChatGPT noted that the Russia-Ukraine war is a “complex and long-standing issue” to which finding a solution that is acceptable to both parties is a “challenging task.” It further suggested certain ideas including Negotiations, Ceasefire, Decentralisation, International Monitoring, Economic Assistance, Recognition of the Sovereignty of Ukraine, Cultural Protection, and finally Military Withdrawal.

Yulia on drone attacks on Moscow. Ukraine join NATO? WW3? Drones Strikes In Moscow – Missile Strikes In Ukraine Today the Russian government revealed some numbers and information about its ‘Special Military Operation’. Today’s ‘clobber report’ by the Ministry of Defense leads with this: During the day, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out group strikes using long-range high-precision air-launched weapons at central decision-making points where, under the guidance of specialists from Western intelligence agencies, terrorist acts were planned on Russian territory. All assigned objects are hit. ‘Central decision-making points’ are ministries and main headquarters. These had so far not been targets. Shoigu also spoke of targets of the recent drone attacks in Ukraine: “The deliveries of equipment and weapons to Ukraine are increasing. We monitor the volumes and routes of supply and, if identified, strike. In recent days, large warehouses of Western weapons in Khmelnytsky, Ternopil and Nikolaev have been destroyed, the American Patriot anti-aircraft missile system in Kyiv has been hit,” the Minister of Defense said. “The military support of Ukraine only delays the hostilities, but cannot affect the outcome of the special military operation,” the head of the military department is sure. On today’s drone strikes in Moscow he said (machine translation): “This morning, the Kiev regime carried out a terrorist act in the Moscow region. I will note, on civilian objects. It involved eight aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles. They are all amazed. In Moscow, three drones were suppressed by electronic warfare, lost control and deviated from their intended targets. Five more were shot down in the Moscow region by the Pantsir anti-aircraft missile and gun system, the Minister of Defense said. Other people had claimed up to 20 drones. But there was little damage and no reports of any casualties.       Putin Admits Moscow’s Air Defenses “Need Work” After Multi-Drone Attack Russian officials are describing the complex drone attack as the most serious assault on Moscow since World War II. President Vladimir Putin admitted today that Moscow’s air defense system still needs work to counter drone attacks, like the one that struck the Russian capital this morning. Russian authorities described the attack as the worst to hit the capital since the launch of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, with some claims that it was the worst since World War II. Meanwhile, in Ukraine, Kyiv came under drone attack, too, with Russia launching three waves of strikes in the space of just 24 hours. In an article from Zvezda, the official organ of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Putin said that “The air defense system of Moscow worked normally, satisfactorily. Although there is something to work on,” he admitted. Putin admitted that similar difficulties in dealing with drones had been encountered at Khmeimin Air Base, the Russian outpost in Syria, which came under drone attack on multiple occasions. Putin also stated that “It is understood what needs to be done to strengthen the capital’s air defense, and we will be doing so.”

Investigative journalist Kit Klarenberg from The Grayzone arrested in cynical fishing operation. British police detain journalist Kit Klarenberg, interrogate him about The Grayzone British counter-terror police detained journalist Kit Klarenberg upon his arrival at London’s Luton airport and subjected him to an extended interrogation about his political views and reporting for The Grayzone. As soon as journalist Kit Klarenberg landed in his home country of Britain on May 17, 2023, six anonymous plainclothes counter-terror officers detained him. They quickly escorted him to a back room, where they grilled him for over five hours about his reporting for this outlet. They also inquired about his personal opinion on everything from the current British political leadership to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. At one point, Klarenberg’s interrogators demanded to know whether The Grayzone had a special arrangement with Russia’s Federal Security Bureau (FSB) to publish hacked material. During Klarenberg’s detention, police seized the journalist’s electronic devices and SD cards, fingerprinted him, took DNA swabs, and photographed him intensively. They threatened to arrest him if he did not comply. Klarenberg’s interrogation appears to be London’s way of retaliating for the journalist’s blockbuster reports exposing major British and US intelligence intrigues. In the past year alone, Klarenberg revealed how a cabal of Tory national security hardliners violated the Official Secrets Act to exploit Brexit and install Boris Johnson as prime minister. In October 2022, he earned international headlines with his exposé of British plans to bomb the Kerch Bridge connecting Crimea to the Russian Federation. Then came his report on the CIA’s recruitment of two 9/11 hijackers this April, a viral sensation that generated massive social media attention. Among Klarenberg’s most consequential exposés was his June 2022 report unmasking British journalist Paul Mason as a UK security state collaborator hellbent on destroying The Grayzone and other media outlets, academics, and activists critical of NATO’s role in Ukraine. Because Klarenberg’s reporting on Mason relied heavily on leaked emails, Mason falsely accused him of “assisting a Russian state-backed hack-and-leak disinformation campaign.” Mason has also reported the leak of his emails to the British police. Emma Briant, a self-styled disinformation expert who participated in Mason’s campaign to sabotage NATO critics, dispatched lawyers to demand Klarenberg remove all of his articles that mention her from the internet. The lawyer letters also threatened costly super injunctions to prevent further reporting, and challenged the “authenticity” of the emails’ content. The cease-and-desist letters additionally leveled false and defamatory allegations against Klarenberg, including that he was personally involved in hacking her email and Twitter account.

Dr Rashid Butar, April 2020, on Gain of Function research and internet blocking him. What has been learnt from pandemic? Final Dr. Rashid Buttar interview. With Laura-Lynn Tyler. On God, Covid, CNN & TV Truths! Dr. Rashid Buttar Dies of Apparent Heart Attack, Leaving Medical Freedom Community in Shock, but Undeterred (Videos) “They can’t take my name. They can’t take my degree. They can’t take my knowledge out of my head. They can’t take anything from me. The only thing they can take is my life, and if they take my life, that’s ok, then I become a martyr.” —Dr. Rashid Buttar (Interview here, go to 13:00 mark.) Yesterday morning, I received the shocking news that Dr. Rashid Buttar had died, within a few days of saying he had been, by his estimate, “deliberately poisoned,” following an explosive CNN interview a year ago. I didn’t know him, but felt I did. I spent much of yesterday listening to his broadcasts and interviews. A source told me this morning that Buttar is said to have died of a heart attack and that his partner has Tweeted there was no foul play involved. (I can’t find that Tweet.) Yesterday, Charlene Bollinger sent out a statement that the family is asking for privacy at this time. In this interview, Dr. Buttar speaks of mysterious deaths, including Kary Mullis and Luc Montagnier, and addresses his own targeting for potential assassination. He also spoke of both a remedy that reverses cancer that he’d worked in for many years, a remedy that he said could stop deaths from covid shots. “It’s going to save hundreds of thousands of lives of those who have already taken the vaccine,” he says.
