Uber and rapes Cameron pushing Uber Mayor Marvin and development deals in Bristol.  Blue Hackney taxi drivers in Bristol are renewing their battle against Bristol City Council over everything from claims of institutional racism to allegations the council are trying to put them out of business. The drivers of Bristol’s blue cabs are planning to take to the streets in a co-ordinated protest drive at some point in January. The last time they did that action, in the spring of 2017, the drivers drove deliberately slowly in convoy around the Temple Circus Gyratory during the morning rush hour, and it was enough to create gridlock for hours in much of the city centre. Now, the organisers of the protests have apologised in advance to the people of Bristol for whatever disruption they are going to cause in January, and pleaded with the public to understand their reasons and support them in their campaign.

James Adlington, owner of Bristol Blue Glass, discusses a disagreement with Mayor Marvin at a business promotion event at the Aerospace Museum, and how since then, his appeals for a business space in central Bristol have been ignored. New Police Unit spying on protesters – Canary – Leaked briefing provides a snapshot of a new police unit thats spying on protesters – An internal police briefing leaked online provides a snapshot into the workings of a new intelligence unit. The role of this unit is to spy on protesters across the UK. Its a division of the National Police Coordination Centre (NPoCC). And its work appears to be very similar to that of an earlier unit, the officers of which were subsequently dubbed spycops. – The briefing document states that the author is NPoCC Strategic Intelligence & Briefing (SIB).- And the document prefaces that: This report is solely for the use of approved named individuals on NPoCCs audited distribution list. According to Netpol, which seeks to monitor public order, protest and street policing, NPoCC-SIB should be seen as a new spycops unit. Netpols comments came after the publication of a March 2021 report by HM Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) that stated: Since the late 1990s, the police have made various arrangements for managing protest-related intelligence nationally. In recent years, this has fallen under the remit of Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP). In January 2020, the NPCC decided to reallocate responsibilities. Low-level aggravated activism intelligence was transferred to the National Police Coordination Centre (NPoCC).

Neil Basu, Assistant Commissioner for Met Police, top anti-terror cop in Britain, calls for new law to outlaw anti vaxxers – is this his responsibility? Neil Basu should stick to the day job – The counter-terrorism chief wants new laws to censor anti-vaxxers. What on earth has this got to do with him? Assistant commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Neil Basu has called for a debate on whether to introduce new laws to punish those who spread anti-vaccination conspiracy theories. In this, Basu follows concerns raised by the Labour Partys shadow health spokesman, Jon Ashworth, and Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer. However, in suggesting the need for legislation and the criminalisation of anti-vaccination activists, Basu, a public official, appears to be running ahead of the politicians. There are several points to make about Neil Basus prominence in this debate. The first is to ask whether he should be there at all. Basu is a senior police officer whose primary focus is counter-terrorism. It is not clear why debates surrounding the political and medical response to a pandemic is any of his business. A second issue is how Basu found the time for this intervention not least when the authorities have repeatedly stressed the scale of the terrorist threat facing Britain. After the jihadist outrages of 2017, there were believed to be some 3,000 terror suspects under active investigation in the UK and 20,000 who had been of interest in the past. This year that latter figure was raised to 40,000. Recent terror attacks in France and Austria serve as a further reminder that the threat from Islamist terrorism has not gone away.

Former UN WHO nurse Dr Judith Brown on why she believes India is having a surge in Covid cases. We are now deluged by the mainstream media, the Ministry of Truth leading the charge, with daily updates on the COVID-19 figures from India: infections; hospitalisations; and deaths. It is even better that many Indians are cremated and not buried. Thus, we are treated to lines of shrouded bodies awaiting their turn on the bonfire. A sight that would frighten even the most resilient. It is hard to escape the conclusion that this is being done to prepare us for continued or reintroduced lockdowns. We are provided with daily estimates of the death rates. If they are accurate then the figures are staggering but a reality check will tell anyone that the size of the population of India is also staggering: 1.366 billion compared with 66.65 million in the UK. If the number of deaths in India is contextualised, they are getting off lightly compared with the UK. Our peak daily deaths allegedly due to COVID-19 were just under 2000. A comparable number in India would be over 50,000 yet we are seeing fewer than 3000 deaths daily. But the mainstream media report this as if it were Armageddon.

The Traitors Of Arnhem – Bilderberg origins – Allied/Nazi treachery in the endgame of World War Two – by Tony Gosling (100 pages) – Sept 1944 ‘Bridge Too Far’ Arnhem battle and bringing of Hitler’s treasurer Martin Bormann to England in May 1945 at the end of WWII – Key pro-Nazis in 1930s England were Edward VIII and Bank of England governor Montague Norman. Field Marshal Montgomery’s concept behind MARKET-GARDEN was a sound one, to obtain a bridgehead over the Lower Rhine would have seeded panic in German defences and supply lines, and by directly threatening Germany’s industrial heartland, likely brought the war to a speedy conclusion. However, several enormous operational errors, which in light of more recent events may be considered sabotage, diverted field officers and the overall operation from the original plan. The Traitors Of Arnhem takes the reader through the solid evidence that the Battle of Arnhem, Operation Market Garden, was ‘thrown’, deliberately, by senior British commanders, in order to buy the Nazis time to complete financial deals with the Allies that had been in train at least since a secret meeting, revealed here, since the previous month. On the military, political and financial trail we follow the cover-up of the subsequent snatching by Royal Navy commandos in the last days of the war, of British agent and Adolf Hitler’s private secretary Martin Bormann, Alongside other Allied/Nazi deals too, such as the smuggling by submarine of enriched Uranium from the Nazi stores to be incorporated into the Manhattan Project, evidence of which has only emerged in the final decade of the twentieth century. The culprits are identified for eleven operational ‘mistakes’, all of which decreased Market Garden’s chances of succeeding. Nevertheless, due to the ferocious courage of PIR 504 of the US 82nd Airborne division the operation nearly succeeded and had to be very obviously, deliberately scuppered in what must be one of the most treacherous decisions in military history.

The CIA Used to Infiltrate the Media. Now the CIA *is* the Media – Operation Mockingbird – Caitlin Johnstone – In totalitarian dictatorships, the government spy agency tells the news media what stories to run, and the news media unquestioningly publish it. In free democracies, the government spy agency says “Hoo buddy, have I got a scoop for you!” and the news media unquestioningly publish it. In 1977 Carl Bernstein published an article titled “The CIA and the Media” reporting that the CIA had covertly infiltrated America’s most influential news outlets and had over 400 reporters who it considered assets in a program known as Operation Mockingbird. It was a major scandal, and rightly so. The news media is meant to report truthfully about what happens in the world, not manipulate public perception to suit the agendas of spooks and warmongers. Nowadays the CIA collaboration happens right out in the open, and people are too propagandized to even recognize this as scandalous. Immensely influential outlets like The New York Times uncritically pass on CIA disinfo which is then spun as fact by cable news pundits. The sole owner of The Washington Post is a CIA contractor, and WaPo has never once disclosed this conflict of interest when reporting on US intelligence agencies per standard journalistic protocol. Mass media outlets now openly employ intelligence agency veterans like John Brennan, James Clapper, Chuck Rosenberg, Michael Hayden, Frank Figliuzzi, Fran Townsend, Stephen Hall, Samantha Vinograd, Andrew McCabe, Josh Campbell, Asha Rangappa, Phil Mudd, James Gagliano, Jeremy Bash, Susan Hennessey, Ned Price and Rick Francona, as are known CIA assets like NBC’s Ken Dilanian, as are CIA interns like Anderson Cooper and CIA applicants like Tucker Carlson.

Bristol City Council elections 2021: Oyster-style “Brunel” travel card promised by Lib Dems – Manifesto includes millions of new trees, velodrome plans and tidal power generator – An Oyster-style Brunel Card public transport system would be introduced by the Lib Dems if they win control of Bristol City Council at the local elections on May 6.  Reduced bus fares for under-25s, street lamps that dim automatically to save energy, opposing Bristol Airports expansion, continuing to support a city centre arena and scrapping the citys mayor are all among the pledges in the partys manifesto.  A referendum on the council leadership model would be held, with the party campaigning for the role of Bristol’s elected mayor to be abolished. Neighbourhood partnerships, scrapped by Labour mayor Marvin Rees, would be reestablished as a precursor to new neighbourhood councils with parish council legal status where communities want them. The group is also promising to plant 10 million trees over the next 20 years, build a tidal power generator, switch all taxis and private hire vehicles away from diesel and petrol before 2030, attract funding for a velodrome and promote drug consumption rooms, which are currently illegal. Its manifesto, launched at College Green on Thursday, April 15, is anchored on three broad themes sustainability, better services and better governance. Among the more eye-catching policies are voting for a London-style bus franchise system at the West of England Combined Authority, a young persons bus pass, lower fares for all and the Brunel travel card “smart ticketing” for passengers to hop between different modes of transport in Bristol. The party supports new simplified resident parking zones (RPZs) with limited hours and greater flexibility for householders, rather than the blanket 9am to 5pm scheme, and a workplace parking levy to fund public transport, reduce congestion and combat air pollution.

Bristol Waste is useless – ‘Ignored’ neighbourhood plagued by ‘reeking’ meat, rats and flytipping hell Council and waste contractor ‘Bristol Waste’ accused of ‘institutional racism’ Residents told Bristol Live flytipping has been rife since communal bins were introduced in the area in 2010, replacing individual wheelie and recycling bins. Hotspots include Hepburn Road, Surrey Street, Brigstocke Road, Argyle Road, Drummond Road, Badminton Road, Albany Road and Gwyn Street, they say. Flytipping on Albany Road from July 2020 Mr Chard says the move to a communal bin on each street has created hotspots around each of those bins. The 36-year-old IT consultant added: “I live at the corner of Brigstocke Road and Gwyn Street. It has become a focal point for all activity. “Initially, when the council wanted to put a skip bin outside my kitchen window, I got in touch with them and said it would cause public health issues here. “They said, ‘It’s a public highway, we can do what we want.’ “There has never been anything in place to wash these bins out. They stink.” Mr Chard says a stack of car tyres, a freezer, bags of rubbish and a bookcase were dumped outside his home earlier this month. He claims it built up for two weeks before the council collected it. “The binmen are supposed to monitor for waste beside the bins, and if there’s any they should raise a ticket with flytipping crews to clear it up,” he said. “Quite evidently, that process is broken.

Piers Corbyn denies Covid breach after lockdown protest in Bristol = The brother of former Labour leader Jeremy denies the charge along with three co-defendants London Mayor candidate Piers Corbyn and three others appeared in court today accused of involvement in an illegal Bristol protest. Corbyn – the elder brother of former Labour leader Jeremy – pleaded not guilty to participating in a gathering of more than two people on November 14 last year. The weather forecaster allegedly took part in a Stand Up Bristol demonstration which saw around 400 people gather on College Green against the coronavirus lockdown, at a time when protests were not legal. Not guilty pleas were entered for all four defendants who appeared together at Bristol Magistrates’ Court today (April 22): Piers Corbyn, 74, of East Street in Southwark Angus Lancaster, 43, of Cowslip Crescent in Emersons Green Jonathan Trapman, 71, of Fairfield Gardens in Glastonbury Nathan Robinson, 50, of Turnbridge Road in Brentry Piers Corbyn, brother of former Labour leader Jeremy, appears at Bristol Magistrates’ Court (Image: Conor Gogarty) Corbyn arrived at court in a cream Volkswagen. He was slightly late, which he attributed to a Sat Nav problem. He entered the courtroom carrying a Lidl bag full of documents. When the judge asked the defendants if they had read the police statements, Corbyn replied: “Wait a minute – we’re waiting for our friends to come in because each of us were told we could have one supporter.” Judge Matthews informed Corbyn that Covid safety measures mean a limit on how many people can be in the courtroom. Corbyn said: “Madam, do you have control of this court? Surely you could implement natural justice and say people can be allowed in.”

PMQs Kier Starmer – Boris taking calls from Dyson about ventilators. ‘You have let the country down!’ The Raven pub landlord in Bath has a go at Blairite Labour Leader Kier Starmer for not doing his job opposing the government. The pub landlord that gave Keir Starmer both barrels on Monday accused the Labour leader to his face of failing. Starmer failed all right. He failed to respond to Rod Humphris’ verbal assault properly. Humphris, co-owner of The Raven pub in Bath, first assailed Starmer in the street during a walkabout in the west country city. He claimed Labour had failed to ask the right questions on coronavirus. He waved some graphs around and insisted the economy had been sacrificed “because old people are dying”. Starmer chose not to engage. This is an improvement on previous Labour leadership figures meeting the public. Tony Blair was famously ambushed by Sharon Storer for his failings on the NHS, John Prescott punched a man and Gordon Brown called an old lady a bigot. Better to stay schtum than get in the that sort of hot water. Instead, Labour responded on Twitter with a link to a voter registration page and an insistence that any further response would be to spread the disinformation Humphris was spouting.

Bristol Energy and Bristol Waste failure – public services vs private companies. Further £15 million of public money ‘lost’ to Bristol Energy Bristol Energy lost another £14.8million last year, latest financial data shows. Now a public interest report is being sought to find out what went wrong. Bristol City Council established Bristol Energy in 2015 to provide affordable energy for residents while returning a profit for the local authority. The company failed to turn a profit despite up to £37.5 million of council investment, and the local authority finally admitted defeat last year, breaking up and selling the company for a total of £15.3 million. But Bristol Energy lost another £14.8 million last year, latest financial data shows. The details of the losses were revealed in the failed company’s final annual report published on Sunday (10 January) The council has asked its external auditor Grant Thornton for a public interest report into the matter, to find out what went wrong and the exact extent of the losses for taxpayers. Against the backdrop of the spreading fear about a global coronavirus pandemic, an event has slipped largely under the radar at a spot so removed from the rest of the world that most are unaware of its existence. The Svalbard “Doomsday” Seed Vault on Spitsbergen Island north of the Arctic Circle just received an additional major shipment of plant variety seeds for its special storage. What makes this entire seed bank enterprise suspicious at the very least is the list of financial sponsors behind the global project. On February 25 more than 60,000 new seed varieties were placed in the Svalbard vault, the largest deposit of seeds since it opened. This brings the total of seed types to over one million since the vault was first opened for deposits in early 2008. The latest seed deposits include onions from Brazil, guar beans from central Asia, corn seeds sacred to the Cherokee nation and wildflowers from a meadow at Prince Charles’s home in the UK (sic). The Svalbard vault is on the island that is legally part of Norway since a 1925 treaty. The Norwegian government put up much of the money for the construction of the facility whose backers declared it was able to withstand a nuclear bomb blast. The only problem was planners did not make the structure, built into a mountain side, waterproof and the entrance flooded amid heavy rains in 2016, necessitating a major € 20 million of repairs and upgrade which were just completed, some four years later. Notably, as Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg pointed out during the recent seed-greeting ceremony, the year 2020 is slated as the year by which countries should have safeguarded genetic diversity of crops to meet the UN goal of “eliminating hunger by 2030.” The year 2030 is when the UN IPCC predicts catastrophic climate change barring a radical action from the world, as well as the key benchmark year for the UN’s Malthusian Agenda2030. The publicly-stated argument for the major seed bank project is supposedly as a safe backup for the numerous national seed bank collections in event they are destroyed in war as in Syria or Iraq, or by natural disaster or other calamity. The Svalbard vault has been called the “Noah’s ark of seeds,” there should a “global catastrophe” occur, to allow a theoretical restart to world agriculture. OK. Interesting. Who would decide how to distribute those seeds in event of such a catastrophe is not addressed. What is notable is the list of those backing this highly unusual public-private partnership. Crop Trust? The seed bank and acquisition of the seeds is managed by an entity known as the Crop Trust, officially known as the Global Crop Diversity Trust, now based in Bonn, Germany. On its website Crop Trust makes the modest claim that their “sole mission is to ensure humanity conserves and makes available the world’s crop diversity for future food security.” It has an impressive list of financial sponsors which it calls the Donors’ Council. Among the most eye-catching they name Bayer Crop Science, which now incorporates Monsanto; DuPont Pioneer Hi-Bred; Syngenta AG, now owned by ChemChina. These are the world’s largest purveyors of GMO patented seeds and the paired agrichemicals such as Roundup with glyphosate. China’s now state-owned Syngenta is the world’s largest supplier of crop chemicals.

I hope you understand, because entering a page is exhausting, takes a long time, because of all the corrections that I have to make. My priority now is therapy and disability reduction. There are many famous people who have been diagnosed with Parkinsons and one has suffered from it for 30 years, the actor from “Back To The Future” Michael J. Fox (59). It started with him when he was 29 years old, not like me as a 68-year-old “old man”. He had to limit his acting career more and more and give up completely in 2020. He has done a lot for his fellow sufferers by setting up a foundation that researches positive results to cure Parkinson’s and collects donations for it.

Personal insults against Putin and Xi are an expression of American impotence, especially when we consider that the U.S. historically did not engage in this kind of rhetoric when it was at the zenith of its power. The U.S. is no longer the world’s sole superpower and its rivals are no longer accepting such aggression, which is exactly why the Chinese delegation that went to Alaska last month clearly stated that it does not accept any language of force. There are indications that the most important European countries will resist U.S. demands. This is evidenced by the Nord Stream 2 issue where American attempts to prevent its construction are being met with resistance from important European Union countries despite the endless complaints from minnows like Lithuania and Poland. Robert Gates, former director of the CIA and U.S. Secretary of Defense, admitted in a recent interview with the Washington Post that sanctions against Russia do not any good for the U.S. In The National Interest, Robert Kaplan describes Russia as a “problem from hell” because it cannot be subdued. Kaplan offered reasons why it is necessary for Russia to “move away from its one-sided alliance with China” and find balance with the U.S.

All three hated both Kennedy brothers, actually their very existence was threatened by the Kennedy’s. It has now been documented that they worked closely together with the CIA. They are exactly the men who assisted the CIA in the plots to assassinate Fidel Castro. That has all become public in the seventies during the investigations on intelligence and assassinations. You can only guess what we don’t know yet. The brother of Giancana has written a bestseller biography on him. Giancana explains perfectly how his organization and the CIA were “two sides of the same coin”. He says “I have done more deals with the CIA than I have time to tell you”. By the way, in that book he also says that Marcello had sent Charles Harrelson to Dealey Plaza.

4.7 million on waiting lists for NHS due to Covid 19 restrictions. 4.7 million waiting for operations in England Around 4.7 million people were waiting for routine operations and procedures in England in February – the most since 2007, NHS England figures show. Nearly 388,000 people were waiting more than a year for non-urgent surgery compared with just 1,600 before the pandemic began. During January and February, the pressure on hospitals caused by Covid-19 was particularly acute. NHS England said two million operations took place despite the winter peak. However, surgeons said hospitals were still under huge pressure due to the second wave of Covid, which had led to “a year of uncertainty, pain and isolation” for patients waiting for planned treatment. Speaking on a visit to Dartmouth, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said the government would “make sure that we give the NHS all the funding that it needs… to beat the backlog”. He said the situation had been “made worse by Covid”, and added: “We do need people to take up their appointments and to get the treatment that they need.” NHS England recently announced that a £1bn fund would be used to help trusts restore operations and other services to get as many people treated as possible. Professor Stephen Powis, national medical director for the NHS in England, said treating 400,000 patients with Covid-19 over the course of the last year had “inevitably had an impact on the NHS”.

Lockdowns don’t work – The Science is Settled. Lockdowns are More Deadly Than the Virus and Masks Don’t Work. A deadly combination of exponentially increased suicides, drug overdose, homicide, alcohol consumption, calorie consumption, delayed cancer screenings, spousal abuse, tuberculosis, and more is occurring. Researchers conclude this combination will outweigh deaths from COVID by multiples. Data show very clearly that lockdowns have not only been completely ineffective, but they have been potentially as much as ten times more deadly than the coronavirus itself. According to the UN there are 10,000 additional children dying a month during the lockdowns, and 550,000 additional children suffering malnutrition. There will also be 1.4 million additional people to die from untreated TB. Almost 7,000 scientists, virologists, and infectious disease experts recently signed a declaration against lockdown measures, urging that citizens across the west should be able to get on with their lives as normal, and that lockdown rules in both the United States and the UK are causing “irreparable damage.” Oxford University professor Dr. Sunetra Gupta was one of the authors of the open letter that was sent with the petition, along with Harvard University’s Dr. Martin Kulldorff and Stanford’s Dr. Jay Bhattacharya. The declaration corresponds with other research that concludes lockdowns will “destroy at least seven times more years of human life” than they save. Other studies find that debilitating stress and anxiety caused by the lockdown, including despair caused by job loss, could lead to a myriad of negative health issues that will take a far greater overall toll on human life than the number of lives saved by the shutdown.

Schools under Tories.  THE COMPREHENSIVE FAILURE by Robert McCartney QC, chairman of the National Grammar School Association – All available evidence shows since the comprehensive system began, not only have academic standards fallen, but so has upward social mobility. Bilderberger Shirley Williams destroyed the grammar schools. While serving as education secretary between 1976 and 1979, Williams relentlessly pursued the comprehensive school system and the abolition of grammar schools. As her daughter Rebecca approached secondary school age, Williams moved into the catchment area of the state-subsidised Godolphin and Latymer School (which later became private in preference to becoming a comprehensive), allowing her daughter to gain a place there. Shirley Williams lost her seat in the 1979 general election due to her unpopularity. One study looked at the income progression of a sample of people born in 1958 with a similar group born in 1970. It concluded mobility fell markedly and that it was children from poorer homes who suffered disproportionately (London School of Economics April 2005). What the research demonstrates is that, in many cases, it is the affluence of the school’s catchment area rather than ability which is the determining factor of the school’s quality. Good schools and high house prices have reinforced each other, resulting in children from poorer families being excluded from good comprehensives. The LSE researchers found just 3% of children in the best-performing comprehensives were receiving free school meals as against a national average of 17%. They concluded academic selection had been replaced by social selection – exactly as it had been prior to the introduction of the qualifying selective system in the 1940s, which gave every child an equal opportunity on merit, not money. Minister Ruane’s policy of all children at age 11 going to their neighbourhood comprehensive would simply rob children from disadvantaged areas of the chance to go to a good school on merit. Under Northern Ireland’s selective system, 42% of students going to university are from lower income groups as compared to the 28% from similar groups in England’s comprehensive system.

BRILLIANT BBC2 Documentary Series on next two Wednesday Evenings Bent Coppers: Crossing The Line Of Duty: With insider interviews, evocative archive footage and secret recordings, the documentary reveals the story behind The Times’s investigation and shows how the public myth of incorruptibility protected the police for so long – The extent of police involvement in this morass of malfeasance had lain largely undiscovered until The Times newspaper published a whistle-blowing story in November 1969, triggered by a South London petty criminal called Michael Perry who was being blackmailed by a couple of Met detectives, DS Gordon Harris and Inspector Bernard Robson. Clandestine tape recordings of conversations between Perry and corrupt officers (many from a recorder hidden in a car boot) give the programme a frisson of immediacy – though the animated sequences illustrating this material were irritatingly feeble – while the factual details are still enough to boggle the mind. In Perry’s case, the cops conned him into thinking they had his fingerprints on a lump of gelignite, which they used as leverage over him. One of the most notorious of the Met’s bent cops was Detective John Symonds (not to be confused with DCS John Simmonds, pictured below, who worked to clean up the force). We hear Symonds matter-of-factly admitting that “I know people everywhere, because I’m in a little firm in a firm” (he’d charge 50 quid a session for giving villains the benefit of his insider knowledge). It seems the Met’s CID was its own hermetically-sealed criminal unit, with its officers forming a tightly-knit cadre of corruption. The police didn’t just want to take bungs from the criminals on their patch, they wanted to go into business with them and share the proceeds. Thus, we hear Symonds explaining how a criminal, if he played the game, would have carte blanche to commit crimes “round here any time”, and might even be able to call on a bit of police assistance if, for instance, he wanted to raid a pub. The police became so greedy that they ended up seizing the lion’s share of the illicit earnings.

In a major escalation with Moscow, the Biden administration announced on Thursday a series of sanctions against Russian individuals and entities. The White House also said it is expelling 10 Russian diplomats. In an announcement on the sanctions, the State Department said they were being taken in “response” to a series of alleged Russian actions that the US has never proved Moscow was responsible for. “Today, we announced actions to hold the Russian Government to account for the SolarWinds intrusion, reports of bounties on US soldiers in Afghanistan, and attempts to interfere in the 2020 US elections,” Secretary of State Antony Blinken said in a statement. The claim that Russia paid bounties for US troops in Afghanistan has no basis and was even walked back by Biden administration officials on Thursday. The claim first appeared in a report from The New York Times last June, and since then, just about every US military leader said no intelligence corroborated the report.

London doctor describes ‘unprecedented’ level of sickness after COVID injection The doctor and consultant wrote that she was ‘struggling’ to understand ‘the failure to report the reality of the morbidity caused by our current vaccination program within the health service and staff population.’ Dr. Polyakova wrote that she was “struggling” to understand “the failure to report the reality of the morbidity caused by our current vaccination program within the health service and staff population.” “The levels of sickness after vaccination is [sic] unprecedented and staff are getting very sick and some with neurological symptoms which is having a huge impact on the health service function. Even the young and healthy are off for days, some for weeks, and some requiring medical treatment. Whole teams are being taken out as they went to get vaccinated together.” Polyakova defended this position by revealing the experience she had had in recent months, managing a health service during COVID times, as well as professing to have “more vaccines in my life than most people.” While clearly not what has been commonly styled an “anti-vaxxer,” Polyakova wrote that coercive injections would be dangerous and against the ethical principles of the health service: “Mandatory vaccination in this instance is stupid, unethical and irresponsible when it comes to protecting our staff and public health.” “We are in the voluntary phase of vaccination, and encouraging staff to take an unlicensed product that is impacting on their immediate health, and I have direct experience of staff contracting Covid AFTER vaccination and probably transmitting it. In fact, it is clearly stated that these vaccine products do not offer immunity or stop transmission. In which case[,] why are we doing it?” Continuing, the consultant referred also to the undeniable lack of data about the hastily developed injections, questioning the long-term effects they would have, particularly on the health service: “There is no longitudinal safety data (a couple of months of trial data at best) available and these products are only under emergency licensing. What is to say that there are no longitudinal adverse effects that we may face that may put the entire health sector at risk?” Pointing to seasonal flu, which is a “massive annual killer,” which “inundates the health system,” Polyakova commented that the flu vaccines are not only voluntary, but also serve to protect against other illnesses of “higher consequence.” “Coercion and mandating medical treatments on our staff, of members of the public especially when treatments are still in the experimental phase, are firmly in the realms of a totalitarian Nazi dystopia and fall far outside of our ethical values as the guardians of health.”

Common Cold Unit The American Red Cross ‘Harvard Hospital’ Field Unit at Harnham served as a blood transfusion centre for allied troops in Europe from 1942 to 1945. A year later, the Common Cold Unit was set up by Medical Research Council on the site of the former military hospital. Under the direction of Dr Andrewes research into the cold virus was carried out. 30 volunteers would stay for between 9-14 days, living in fully equipped flats at the hospital. Isolated in small groups they were infected with cold viruses, enabling researchers to look at the causes of infection and possible prevention.

There were sports facilities on site and volunteers were allowed out for walks, but they had to stay away from others or local residents. The facilities were advertised as a different type of holiday! ‘I used to deliver to the Common Cold Unit…I’d arrive at 8 in the morning and Betty at the gate bungalow would have the kettle on… we used to laugh if we had a sneeze after going there…’ The unit closed in 1990 and a housing estate was built on the site. Notably, it was at the very same Charité hospital where Irena Becker, nicknamed “Sister Death,” worked as a nurse and was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2007 for the murder of five patients, laying bare the failure of German medicine. By the way, just a few months from now this woman may walk free for good behavior. During her work at the famous German clinic, Becker hounded and tortured the patients she did not like, killing them by administering lethal doses of drugs. At some point, she forgot an empty vial of the dangerous drug, which ultimately led to her arrest. The exact number of her victims is still unclear, but this incident left many questions about the organization of control over medical personnel in the “best” German clinic.

The New York Times, reporting on the al-Jarrah affair, revealed this: “It is not the family’s first brush with notoriety. One of Mr. Jarrah’s cousins, Ziad al-Jarrah, was among the 19 hijackers who carried out the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.” The gratuitous Times suggestion that the two cousins “do not appear to have known each other well” is intriguing, inasmuch as it is an admission that they did, in fact, know one another. And that could be very telling, for there are those who are now suggesting that the older cousin may indeed have recruited his younger cousin as an asset for Israeli intelligence. The circumspect stance taken by the Times is no surprise, considering the fact that the Times is quite aware of the fact that there have been many sources ­including American Free Press­ which have alleged that the 9-11 conspiracy was infiltrated, if not controlled outright, by Israeli intelligence from the beginning. If the younger al-Jarrah was indeed an Israeli asset inside the 9-11 conspiracy, this would not be the first time that a Muslim Arab was involved, acting as a Mossad agent, . Russia unlikely to send recalled ambassador back to Washington without clear sign US ready for bilateral relations, Moscow insists.  Russia’s Foreign Ministry has revealed it has no plans to restore full diplomatic representation in Washington until it sees evidence that the US is interested in building constructive relations between the two countries. Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov was asked by RIA Novosti on Wednesday whether Ambassador Anatoly Antonov would return to America in the near future, having been recalled in March amid a growing diplomatic row. “This is not a question for the next few days,” he said. “The timings will be determined based on what steps Washington plans to take on the bilateral track,” he continued. “We expect that they are still able to demonstrate a desire to at least relatively stabilize our relationship and that they will do something visible and noticeable in this regard.” Antonov flew to Moscow for a series of crunch talks with senior officials in the days following US President Joe Biden’s interview with the ABC news network, in which he was asked whether he believes Russian President Vladimir Putin is a “killer,” and replied, “Mmm hmm, I do.”

MI5’s Wartime ‘double cross’ spy network turned Nazi agents to feed duff info back to Berlin mixed in with true information – a toxic stream – exactly as Icke and Robinson are putting out for the British public today. MI5’s fortunes were rapidly restored by a former head of the Delhi Intelligence Bureau and chairman of the Indian Public Service Commission, Sir David Petrie, who served as Director General from 1942 to 1946. Its main wartime success was taking the lead role in the now celebrated ‘Double Cross System’, which fed disinformation to Germany through turned German agents. The origins of Double Cross went back to an adventurous MI5 double agent in the mid-1930s, the First World War fighter ace, Christopher ‘Mad Major’ Draper, who flew under 15 of London’s 18 bridges in 1931 —a feat which impressed Hitler, among others. Draper did little to deceive the Germans but provided MI5 with important intelligence on how German Intelligence maintained contact with its agents in Britain. That intelligence led to MI5’s discovery of a Welsh-born electrical engineer spying for the Germans, whom it codenamed SNOW. Shortly after the outbreak of War, SNOW became the first in a series of 120 wartime German agents who were turned by MI5 into double agents. From January 1941 the disinformation passed on by the double agents to German Intelligence was coordinated by the Twenty Committee (so called because the Roman numeral for twenty, XX, is a double cross), chaired by J. C. Masterman, an Oxford historian and international sportsman recruited by MI5. If he secures victory at the polls on May 6, Baldwin pledges to mobilise a mass campaign against the “Tories’ austerity agenda and the failing capitalist system of profit and greed” and to demand council money is returned. “Bristol needs a mayor who will stand up for the working class and oppose the attacks on our jobs, services and standard of living,” says Baldwin, who is currently chair of the Bristol area Unite Community branch.

This is the second time riot police have been deployed on Bristol’s streets in a matter of days, but these were very different scenes to that of the protest and riot on Sunday. Next to no resistance was put up by protesters but police used significant violence to disperse the crowd of about 200 people. Up to 100 police from seven different forces were on the scene with dogs, horses, two helicopters and a drone to forcefully disperse around 200 protesters, stating that they were enforcing coronavirus restrictions. Having warned that Covid-19 regulations would be enforced, videos show the officers had surrounded the Green on three sides and advanced in on the sitting group. Fourteen protesters were arrested, no officers were injured. An unknown number of protestors were injured. One of the protesters, Lucy* said the emphasis had been on it being a peaceful occupation to protest the elements of the Police and Crime Bill that target travelling and van dwelling communities. “They just came in with a helicopter and forces from all sides and blocked off all the roads. One young girl just got picked up and thrown to the ground, I saw another man just being dragged out and arrested,” she told the Cable.

A 57-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman were arrested after police secured a warrant to search the property under the Firearms Act. Searches were still being conducted yesterday (March 31) at the property and a witness said ‘massive holes’ had been created in the fields during the search effort. The force has confirmed that searches on the property and the investigation are still ongoing today (April 1).

Educators and researchers in support of Professor Miller Public intellectuals, educators and researchers speak out against the censorship campaign targeted at Bristol’s David Miller Dear Professor Brady, We wish to express our serious concerns about the unrelenting and concerted efforts to publicly vilify our colleague Professor David Miller. Professor Miller is an eminent scholar. He is known internationally for exposing the role that powerful actors and well-resourced, co-ordinated networks play in manipulating and stage-managing public debates, including on racism. The impact of his research on the manipulation of narratives by lobby groups has been crucial to deepening public knowledge and discourse in this area. The attacks on Professor Miller stem from a lecture on Islamophobia that he gave to students at the University of Bristol two years ago. In the most recent instance of this harassment, Professor Miller was approached to provide a statement on Israel-Palestine. When he responded honestly to the query, well-orchestrated efforts were made to misrepresent these responses as evidence of anti-Semitism. A call was then made to the University of Bristol to deprive him of his employment. We oppose anti-Semitism, Islamophobia and all forms of racism. We also oppose false allegations and the weaponisation of the positive impulses of anti-racism so as to silence anti-racist debate. We do so because such vilification has little to do with defeating the harms caused by racism. Instead, efforts to target, isolate and purge individuals in this manner are aimed at deterring evidence-based research, teaching and debate. Prolonged harassment of a highly-regarded scholar and attempts to denigrate a lifetime’s scholarship cause significant distress to the individual. Such treatment also has a broader pernicious effect on scholarship and well-informed public discourse. It creates a culture of self-censorship and fear in the wider academic community. Instead of free and open debate, an intimidatory context is created and this can be particularly worrying for those who do not hold positions of seniority, influence or stable employment, particularly in times of job uncertainty and in a sector with high levels of casualised employment. As a result, important scholarship is omitted, and this curtails the public’s and students’ right to learn and to engage in thoughtful debate. At a time when the Black Lives Matter movement has reinvigorated public consciousness about the structural factors entrenching racism, attempts to stifle discourse on Islamophobia and anti-Palestinian racism are particularly regressive and inconsistent with the values the University of Bristol espouses. As public intellectuals and academics, we feel duty-bound to express our solidarity with Professor Miller and to oppose such efforts to crush academic freedom. Given your roles within the University and your responsibilities to the wider academic community, we urge you to vigorously defend the principle of academic freedom and the rights to free speech and to evidence-based & research-informed public discourse. We hope that you will uphold the integrity of academic debate.

Britain’s slide into authoritarianism: How the Tories are building a one-party state – They say “it can’t happen here,” but over the years the Conservatives have been undermining democracy. Britain has always had elements of authoritarianism. It is a constitutional monarchy before it is a parliamentary democracy. The Royal Prerogative means that the monarch can and sometimes does override Parliament. The Parliament is not wholly representative. For instance, in 1951 Labour got 0.8 percent more votes than the Tories, but the Tories got more seats. Lack of proportional representation means that in 2017, for instance, Labour under Jeremy Corbyn had just two percent fewer votes than Theresa May’s Tories, yet ended up with 56 fewer seats. It is tempting to point the finger at PM Johnson alone, but building on this history Theresa May tried to take executive control of Brexit and subsequently handled the Parliamentary deadlock by addressing the public in a manner that pitted them against their elected representatives. May’s was the first government in history to be held in contempt of Parliament over its refusal to publish legal advice. By 2019, more than half of Britons supported “a strong leader … willing to break the rules.” Against this background of growing public support for autocracy, Brexiteers turned their agenda into a religion, with gods who cannot be seen or touched replaced with vague notions of “sovereignty” and “freedom.” As far-right groups flocked to join the Tories, member polls suggested that a majority would rather see the end of both their party and the UK as a whole than sacrifice Brexit. In this milieu of extreme irrationality, Tory authoritarianism solidified under Johnson.

Secret filming at one of the biggest UK Covid testing labs has found evidence of potential contamination, discarded tests and pressure to hit targets. A BBC reporter working as a lab technician, filmed staff cutting corners and processing samples in a way that could cause contamination. This means some people who had taken a test via NHS Test and Trace may have received no result or a wrong result. The lab said it had followed all necessary rules and regulations. Evidence at the lab captured on film shows: Checks to ensure samples could be identified, were rushed, meaning tests were sometimes discarded unnecessarily Some test samples “glooped” across an area where other samples had been placed, risking contamination Swabs used by people to take Covid tests were left in their tubes when processed, presenting a further contamination risk A quality control scientist telling the reporter that the quality of the results progressively got worse throughout the day The findings have led experts to question the way the lab was operating.

Hidden History: The Secret Origins of the First World War by Gerry Docherty and James MacGregor (2014) This is a much more detailed account of the World War I central players, the people behind the scenes, than is usually given. Going all the way to the origins of the groups that were at the center of the drive for war, at the Rhodes Society, the authors give a very researched and well connected account of the overall political picture at the time. The authors highly influenced, by Georgetown University professor Carol Quigley and his books on the 20th century history of these organizations, and the roles the people behind them played in shaping policy. In that respect, the official version of the war is reevaluated, to link the motivations of the known British figures such as Cecil Rhodes and Alfred Milner with the way the events unfolded. Documents, articles and books written in the immediate afterword of the Great War, and in the next few decades, have largely been ignored and suppressed, and their opposite point of view to the official version point to the fact that they probably hold an important aspect of the truth. If they were wrong, historians would have been able to criticize and refute them, but what we have is a total eclipse of this information, proving once again the old adage that “history is written by the winners”. (There is a parallel with the way modern journalists such as Seymour Hersh, Chris Hedges and Bill Moyers are ignored today, especially when the matter was criticism of military endeavors such as Iraq.) Starting from the origins of the Rhodes Society in South Africa, and the machinations that led to the Second Boer War, the players who came out of this Society to have roles in politics, media and education are closely followed, making Hidden History feel almost like an engulfing thriller. A new interpretation of their biographies is given, in light of their role in the British governments that led the country into the war. No unverified information is presented, while more emphasis is put into some important events of their lives, such as the trial for the extramarital affair of Lloyd George, and his indebtedness, as a result, to the Rhodes and Milner groups. The connections that Docherty and Macgregor make are very clear and well proofed, especially when it comes to the pre-war telegrams between Austria and Serbia, and Germany and Britain.

The American military used electronic jamming technology to make the plane disappear from radar screens before finally shooting it down after a failed bid to re-route it and seize highly-sensitive electronic gear to China. That’s the startling theory put forward by French journalist Florence de Changy in her new book ‘The Disappearing Act: The Impossible Case of MH370’. De Changy has been reporting and investigating on the missing airline since the mystery dominated news channels for weeks and months after March 2014. In the 400-page book, the investigative journalist and Far-Eastern correspondent for the French newspaper Le Monde delves into the numerous theories that have been put forward to explain the mystery of what happened to the plane. But the idea that the case is a mystery, de Changy argues, is a fabrication in and of itself, perpetuated by those responsible and in-the-know about what really happened to the Boeing 777 on March 8, 2014. As de Changy writes, ‘It was not possible […] for a Boeing 777 to have simply disappeared.’ She ironically calls the disappearance ‘the greatest mystery in the history of aviation’ which, she believes, is its biggest con. After the writer goes into great detail over 14 chapters dispelling a number of theories that have been put forward – that the plane was hijacked; that the captain had run amok; that there had been a fire on-board; that there was a hypoxia event in the cabin – de Changy puts forward her own hypothesis in the book’s epilogue. Flight MH370, she suggests, was brought down by the United States Air Force after a failed attempt to intercept the plane and seize a shipment of ‘electronic equipment’ that was en-route to Beijing, and that the US did not want China to have.

But the detailed findings, say the Campbells and their team of scientific and legal advisers, are based on hard evidence and the laws of physics. So convinced are they of their theory that later this month they will formally ask the acting Attorney General for England and Wales, Michael Ellis ­ who is standing in for Suella Braverman during her maternity leave ­ to allow them to apply to the High Court for a fresh inquest into Geoff’s death. Six other families who lost loved ones in the Twin Towers plane attacks on 9/11 plan to send their own statements in support of the Campbells. If Mr Ellis gives the go-ahead ­ as the Campbells think likely ­ they plan an attempt to dismantle the notion that the Twin Towers were brought down by raging fires caused by leaking jet fuel which melted their supporting metal girders. At any new inquest, they would call in eyewitnesses to numerous mystery explosions at the towers, and scientists who insist the plane attacks could not have toppled the two buildings. Caroline told the Mail this week from New York that they were determined to change the official narrative: ‘Knowing what Geoff and other victims had to endure that day has encouraged us to seek the truth about the cause of his death.’ Geoff’s mother Maureen, 75, from Brighton, added: ‘Caroline was ‘the one’ for Geoff. They planned to marry, to have children, to make their lives in Britain. Their future together was destroyed on 9/11. There is a piece missing in the Twin Towers jigsaw and we hope to prove it.’

This was picked up by the UK Independent and the Daily Mail, although discussion centred on whether or not he should be subject to disciplinary action rather whether or not his allegations were correct. This is crucial because without complete control, the setting of explosives to bring down the towers would be next to impossible without serious risk of discovery. One of his companies, Reflex Responses, was hired in 2011 to raise a force of several hundred guards for the emir of Abu Dhabi, to ‘assist the UAE government with intelligence gathering, security, counter terrorism and suppression of any revolts’. Meanwhile an outfit he was also connected to reportedly helped to train soldiers in Colombia who were later sent to fight ­ and die ­ in the war in Yemen. The New York Times claimed in 2011 that it was unclear whether any of the outfits connected to Prince had a US license to raise foreign armies. Was Prince skirting his country’s laws? A State Department spokesman told the paper at the time that the government was investigating the circumstances, and that Xe Services (another of Blackwater’s incarnations) had already paid $42 million in fines connected to similar work in Jordan. As this was going on, Prince had already moved on to the next continent in the US war on terror: Africa. Prince attempted to get into the anti-piracy business in Somalia in 2008. Blackwater even purchased its own 183-foot vessel, the McArthur, to serve as a ‘mothership’ for operations against pirates. But dogged by legal issues and a discrimination lawsuit, the plan was thwarted. So Prince moved on once more, to Puntland in northern Somalia, and then Mogadishu in 2011. Here, according to Scahill, Prince sat ‘at the top of the management chain of Saracen’, another Blackwater-affiliated mercenary outfit. Saracen was reportedly funded in part by the UAE and further bankrolled by Prince himself, though he has denied any role in providing its seed money.
