In a statement on Monday evening, the TTIP questioned how police could conclude it had not been a targeted attacked “without being able to speak with Sasha regarding the death threats”. However Charles Gordon, one of TTIP’s founding members, added: “I would like to say that we need to stay cautious and aware – the truth is that we don’t know what has happened here.” Imarn Ayton, a friend of Ms Johnson’s, previously told the BBC she understood “the incident is more related to rival gangs as opposed to her activism”. On Monday afternoon a vigil was held in Ruskin Park, close to King’s College Hospital, where Ms Johnson is being treated. During the event well-wishers played African drums and prayed for the 27-year-old to pull through.

Neither the NYT nor the Guardian mention Proasevich’s ideological position or his involvement with the neo-nazis of Azov. The London Times had originally reported that Protasevich was involved with Azov but later silently removed that passage from its report. Another point missing from ‘western’ media is that Protasevich has long been on the payroll of various ‘western’ government financed propaganda media: After being arrested for hooliganism, Protasevich would leave for Prague, Czech Republic in December 2017, and begin formally integrating into the imperialist media sphere. Protasevich was a 2017-18 Vaclav Havel Journalism fellow in Prague, for US funded regime change outlet Radio Free Liberty/Europe. Four months after a week long tour of the US State Department, in April 2018, Protasevich began working for USAID funded Belarus Euroradio.fm on August 31, 2018. He left this job in December 2019, and would announce his new job, as Editor-in-Chief of Nexta, a foreign funded Telegram messaging channel covering Belarusian news, located in Poland, beginning in March 2020. Stepan Putila, Protasevich’s partner at Nexta, worked for years at Belsat, which has been funded by the Polish Foreign Ministry since 2007, before engaging closely with Nexta. Nexta played a key role in organizing pro-coup demonstrations in Belarus to protest Western supported candidate Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya who only won 11 per cent of the vote, yet falsely claims that the election was rigged in Lukashenko’s favour,

The call, made in an open letter, condemned the agreement for ‘delegitimiz[ing] the United Nations and weaken(ing) the role of states in global decision-making. Signed in June, the agreement promises to “accelerate the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development” by deepening institutional coordination and collaboration between the UN and the WEF. Furthermore, the agreement grants transnational corporations preferential and deferential access to the UN System at the expense of States and public interest actors. This “preferential access,” would undermine the mandate of the UN as well as its independence, impartiality, and effectiveness when holding businesses to account. “This agreement between the UN and WEF formalises a disturbing corporate capture of the UN. It moves the world dangerously towards a privatized and undemocratic global governance” said Gonzalo Berrón of Transnational Institute in presenting the letter.

Professor Angus Dalgliesh – Covid inserts prove it was a man made bio-weapon, not natural.  Covid-19 was ‘made by Chinese scientists who tried to cover it up’, study claims Chinese scientists created Covid-19 in a Wuhan lab and then tried to cover it up, an explosive new study has alleged. British Professor Angus Dalgleish and Norwegian scientist Dr. Birger Sørensen are about to publish their research which claims to have found ‘unique fingerprints’ in virus samples which point to manipulation in a laboratory. The paper says scientists inside the lab were altering naturally-occurring viruses to make them more infectious in order to study their potential effects on humans. They say Covid-19 was created by splicing a natural coronavirus ‘backbone’ found in Chinese cave bats onto it a new ‘spike’ and it escaped via lower-security areas of the institute. Scientists then tried to cover their tracks by reverse-engineering versions of the virus to make it look like it had evolved from bats, the research claims. The study, seen by the Daily Mail, was spurned by mainstream journals and academics but is now set to be published in the Quarterly Review of Biophysics Discovery. It marks the latest sign that the theory that Covid 19 was made in a lab – until now dismissed as outlandish by politicians and scientists alike – is gaining traction. The human fingerprints all over the virus COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers (and their allies in mainstream science and government) have so far failed to acknowledge evidence from adverse event reporting schemes that their products are killing and injuring thousands.

The informal afternoon session was so discreet that some of the billionaires’ aides were told they were at “security briefings”. Stacy Palmer, editor of the Chronicle of Philanthropy, said the summit was unprecedented. “We only learnt about it afterwards, by accident. Normally these people are happy to talk good causes, but this is different – maybe because they don’t want to be seen as a global cabal,” he said. Some details were emerging this weekend, however. The billionaires were each given 15 minutes to present their favourite cause. Over dinner they discussed how they might settle on an “umbrella cause” that could harness their interests. The issues debated included reforming the supervision of overseas aid spending to setting up rural schools and water systems in developing countries. Taking their cue from Gates they agreed that overpopulation was a priority. This could result in a challenge to some Third World politicians who believe contraception and female education weaken traditional values. Gates, 53, who is giving away most of his fortune, argued that healthier families, freed from malaria and extreme poverty, would change their habits and have fewer children within half a generation. At a conference in Long Beach, California, last February, he had made similar points. “Official projections say the world’s population will peak at 9.3 billion [up from 6.6 billion today] but with charitable initiatives, such as better reproductive healthcare, we think we can cap that at 8.3 billion,” Gates said then. Patricia Stonesifer, former chief executive of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which gives more than £2 billion a year to good causes, attended the Rockefeller summit. She said the billionaires met to “discuss how to increase giving” and they intended to “continue the dialogue” over the next few months. Another guest said there was “nothing as crude as a vote” but a consensus emerged that they would back a strategy in which population growth would be tackled as a potentially disastrous environmental, social and industrial threat.“This is something so nightmarish that everyone in this group agreed it needs big-brain answers,” said the guest. “They need to be independent of government agencies, which are unable to head off the disaster we all see looming.” Why all the secrecy? “They wanted to speak rich to rich without worrying anything they said would end up in the newspapers, painting them as an alternative world government,” he said.

The bill, which was described by the organisation Liberty as an “authoritarian crackdown on Gypsy and Traveller communities”, upgrades trespass from a civil to a criminal offence, and creates a new offence of “residing in a vehicle on land without permission”. This messaging is seen as a vote winner in rural communities, where nomadic Traveller groups sometimes pitch on private land or local open spaces. Traveller groups say there is a shortfall in official sites provided by local authorities, with 1,696 households on waiting lists for 59 vacant permanent pitch sites, according to research published in January. Abbie Kirkby, public affairs and policy manager at Friends, Families and Travellers, said: “It is as cruel as it is illogical to campaign to tackle roadside camps when the shortage of places to stop is so severe. The UK needs more permanent pitches and stopping places, along with a set of measures that address the stark inequalities experienced by Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities. “Why do we never see this on election leaflets? Because it’s much easier to scapegoat Travellers than to dismantle structural racism. Everybody needs a place to live.” In April, Charlotte Nichols, the Labour MP for Warrington North, was forced to apologise after handing out election leaflets that contained a pledge to “deal with Traveller incursions”. The leaflet was destroyed, and Nichols said in a statement that the leaflet did not reflect her “personal values or those of the Labour party”.

She didn’t die of Covid-19 at all as had been written on her death certificate. – – Nearly a third of recent Covid deaths were not caused by Covid – Covid-19 was not the underlying cause of nearly 30 per cent of officially recorded Covid deaths over the summer. – Incredibly, nearly a third of the Covid deaths recorded over the past eight weeks were not, in fact, caused by Covid. Oxford Universitys Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine (CEBM) has revealed that in this period, in 29 per cent of the deaths for which Covid-19 was recorded on a death certificate, it was not the underlying cause of death. In one week in late August, this figure reached an astonishing 35 per cent. The overall percentage for the pandemic as a whole is 7.8 per cent about one in 13 but the proportion has been much higher over the summer. Nevertheless, these deaths still feature on official government tallies of the Covid death toll.- It is not the first time the CEBM has raised questions about overcounting deaths from Covid. Back in August, over 5,000 deaths had to be removed from the official total well over one in 10. This was because, under Public Health Englands original definition of a Covid-19 death, anyone who tested positive for the virus who later died was counted as a Covid death. In theory, this would therefore include someone who tested positive but was later hit by a bus. Despite the fact that Covid still dominates our lives, thankfully deaths are at extraordinary low levels. Office for National Statistics data show that in August, Covid was not even in the top 20 causes of death in England. Nor was it in the top 15 causes in Wales.

 I am so glad that Marina Hyde picked up the word “paranoia” that Prince William ascribed to his mother. Diana was not paranoid. Her suspicions and fears were justified. I can only assume that the royal family has fed the message to Diana’s children that their mother was paranoid. – Speaking to the Sunday Times, Martin Bashir maintained Diana was never unhappy about the content of the interview and said they continued to be friends after the broadcast, with the princess even visiting his wife Deborah at St George’s hospital in Tooting, south London, on the day Deborah gave birth to the couple’s third child, Eliza. He told the newspaper: “I never wanted to harm Diana in any way and I don’t believe we did. “Everything we did in terms of the interview was as she wanted, from when she wanted to alert the palace, to when it was broadcast, to its contents … My family and I loved her.” He said he is “deeply sorry” to the Dukes of Cambridge and Sussex, but disputes William’s charge that he fuelled her isolation and paranoia. He said: “Even in the early 1990s, there were stories and secretly recorded phone calls. I wasn’t the source of any of that.” Diana’s brother, Earl Spencer, has said he “draws a line” between the interview and his sister’s death, claiming Bashir’s actions led her to give up her royal security detail. Bashir, who left the BBC last week due to ill health, said: “I don’t feel I can be held responsible for many of the other things that were going on in her life, and the complex issues surrounding those decisions. “I can understand the motivation [of Earl Spencer’s comments] but to channel the tragedy, the difficult relationship between the royal family and the media purely on to my shoulders feels a little unreasonable … The suggestion I am singularly responsible I think is unreasonable and unfair.” Bashir commissioned documents purporting to show payments into the bank accounts of members of the royal household and showed them to Earl Spencer, according to Lord Dyson. He said: “Obviously I regret it, it was wrong. But it had no bearing on anything. It had no bearing on [Diana], it had no bearing on the interview.”

One such group told its prospective members they were trying to block “police, Arabs and journalists” from tracking them. Bright Green Lies’ documentary by Julia Barnes, on the quest for renewable energy really sustaining high energy consumption at the expense of the natural world – ‘Bright Green Lies’ – A brief review of the film and its ‘deep green’ message – ‘Ramblinactivist’s Blogs’ Paul Mobbs: Rambler; Activist/Hacktivist; Author; Researcher; Deep Ecologist;  – “What do all the so called, ‘solutions’, to global warming have in common? They all take industrial capitalism as a given, and so conform to industrial capitalism. They’ve switched the dependent and the independent variables. The world has to be primary, and the health of the world has to be primary36, because without a world you don’t have any economy whatsoever. And the bright greens are very explicit about this. What they’re trying to save is industrial capitalism, industrial civilisation. And that’s my fundamental beef, because what I’m trying to save is the real world.” Climate inequality meets decolonialism Jensen makes an interesting observation towards the end of the film: “The thing that blows me away is the lengths that people will go to avoid looking at the problem. That they will create all these extraordinary fantasies in order to do something that’s not going to help the planet so they can avoid looking at the real issue. Which is that industrial civilisation itself is what’s killing the planet.”[59:40] Likewise Barnes astutely characterises the basic block to progress towards the near end: “Bright green environmentalism has gained popularity because it tells a lot of people what they want to hear. That you can have industrial civilisation and a planet too. It allows people to feel good about maintaining this destructive way of living and to avoid asking hard questions about the depth of what must be changed.”[1:05:04] For me, though, it was Keith’s discussion about what it is ‘civilisation’ is based upon[1:00:02] which brought a long overdue argument into circulation: Criticism of the ‘resource island’ model for the modern city, and its inherent link to the global expropriation and exploitation of land. Driven by the wealthiest ‘city’ state’s need to maintain consumption, the inherent ‘neocolonial’ aspects of international climate negotiations are something the climate lobby too often overlook. Especially in relation to issues such as carbon offsets, and the global allocation of carbon budgets, and their inherent global inequality. At some point environmental groups must call ‘bullshit’ on these whole neocolonial proceedings37, and start giving equal value to all humans, irrespective of their present-day privilege. More importantly, we have to give ecological capacity, currently occupied by human societies, back to natural organisms to allow them sufficient space to live too. Before ‘Bright Green Lies’ turned up, I had just seen Raoul Peck’s excellent, ‘Exterminate All The Brutes’38. Coming to the end of ‘Bright Green Lies’, what startled me was how the two films arrived at a very similar place. Both showed similar blocks towards acceptance of the radical change required, around both ecological change and decolonialism.

62 million doses of vaccines contaminated – Another 62 million Covid vaccines ‘contaminated’ at scandal-hit factory – Jessica Kwong – An additional 62 million Johnson & Johnson coronavirus vaccine doses could be contaminated at the factory that was forced to toss 15million doses last week because of a production blunder. Quality-control managers at a plant in Baltimore, Maryland, operated by Emergent BioSolutions, are now required to test every batch of Johnson & Johnson vaccines produced alongside 15million doses of AstraZeneca vaccines destroyed after their ingredients were mixed up. That amounts to screening 62million doses for possible contamination, The New York Times reported on Tuesday based on documents and interviews with former workers at the factory and federal officials. Workers at the factory in February unknowingly cross-contaminated about 15million doses of the Johnson & Johnson jab with AstraZeneca doses, rendering them unusable. The error was caught before the doses were distributed. US Food and Drug Administration inspectors plan to closely examine the factory before approving the other 62million doses for release. It is not known if the scrutiny would be completed in time to allow Johnson & Johnson to provide its promised 24million doses to the US government this month. Uxbridge preacher John Sherwood arrested for ‘hate speech’ – Baroness Cox on Talk Radio about free speech. Police arrest preacher for saying what the Bible says about marriage 28 April 2021 Pastor John Sherwood was arrested in North West London on Friday 23 April 2021 and detained overnight – all for speaking about what the Bible says about marriage. John, in his early 70s, is minister of a north London church, and was preaching with a colleague in the centre of Uxbridge on Friday, as he regularly does. After speaking on the final verses in Genesis 1, where it says that God created mankind in his own image, creating them male and female, a number of police officers appeared on the scene. Reportedly, three complaints had been received about the pastor’s teaching, and the police accused him of causing ‘alarm and distress’ to the public. After speaking to the police, John resumed his preaching, speaking on freedom of speech. However, a couple of bystanders in the crowd apparently shouted that John’s preaching was ‘homophobic’ and ‘hate speech’. John spoke to the police once more. What quickly followed was a brutal arrest, where an officer took away the pastor’s Bible and pulled him from the steps where he had been preaching. Three officers gathered around him to handcuff him and take him away.

The Index data reflect a dramatic deterioration in people’s access to information and an increase in obstacles to news coverage. The coronavirus pandemic has been used as grounds to block journalists’ access to information sources and reporting in the field. Will this access be restored when the pandemic is over? The fatal mistakes which led to lockdown Modelling is no substitute for quality data and research In medical science there is a well-known classification of data quality known as ‘the hierarchy of evidence’. This seven-level system gives an idea of how much weight can be placed on any given study or recommendation. Near the top, at Level 2, we find randomised controlled trials (RCTs) where a new approach is tried on a group of patients and compared with (for example) a placebo. The results of such studies are pretty reliable, with little room for bias to creep in. A systematic review of several RCTs is the highest, most reliable form of medical evidence: Level 1. Further down (Levels 5 and 6) comes evidence from much less compelling, descriptive-only studies looking for a pattern, without using controls. This is where we find virtually all evidence pertaining to Covid-19 policy: lockdown, social distancing, face masks, quarantine, R-numbers, second waves, you name it. And ­ to speed things up ­ most Covid research was not peer- reviewed. Right at the bottom of the hierarchy ­ Level 7 ­ is the opinion of authorities or reports of expert committees. This is because, among other things, ‘authorities’ often fail to change their minds in the face of new evidence. Committees, containing diversity of opinion and inevitably being cautious, often issue compromise recommendations that are scientifically non-valid. Ministers talk about ‘following the science’. But the advice of Sage (or any committee of scientists) is the least reliable form of evidence there is. Such is the quality of decision-making in the process generating our lockdown narrative. An early maintained but exaggerated belief in the lethality of the virus reinforced by modelling that was almost data-free, then amplified by further modelling with no proven predictive value. All summed up by recommendations from a committee based on qualitative data that hasn’t even been peer-reviewed.
