If the US secret services were involved with the Las Vegas shooter , the purpose could be to make America more of a police state or whatever gives our increasingly oligarchy government, more power to lessen our bill of rights in the US. btw, I am a democratic socialist, but i defend the second amendment . It is US culture responsible for our high homicide and violence rate . Everyone in Switzerland has to own a gun or several because they have no military and dependent on a civilian militia . The homicide by firearm rate in Switzerland is one of the lowest in the world . Nobody in Swizz is obliged to own a gun, they are allowed to have a firearm in their home but it certainly isn’t mandatory.
Also they do have an army with about 150.000 active personnel, 38th in the world.
I advise you do the same as I did some decades ago, don’t spread information that you haven’t verified personally, you’ll be amazed how much BS or inaccurate information is being forwarded by sources you though took care to be correct. For instance the source how told you the stuff about swizz.

If you banned fire arms in the US the only people who would have them would be violent criminals and law enforcement and secret services . Psychologically there is little difference between violent criminals and American police officers and the secret service persons
