Belfast Massacre – Loyalists had help from British establishment – Police ‘handed’ gun used in 1992 Sean Graham massacre to loyalist terrorist NI Police Ombudsman finds litany of ‘collusive behaviours’ as campaign against Catholics escalated A gun used in a 1992 massacre at a Belfast bookmakers, in which five people were murdered, was handed to a known loyalist terrorist by police, a report by Northern Ireland’s Police Ombudsman has found. Marie Anderson’s investigation lays bare a litany of “collusive behaviours” between police and the loyalist paramilitaries as they escalated their murderous campaign against Catholics during the 1990s. She said police were guilty of “significant” investigative and intelligence failures in relation to 11 loyalist murders and several attempted murders by the Ulster Defence Association (UDA)/Ulster Freedom Fighters (UFF), the report states. These included the attack on Sean Graham Bookmakers on the Ormeau Road on February 5th, 1992. Ms Anderson’s inquiry reveals that “deactivated” and “live” weapons were handed over to loyalist paramilitaries by police at the time, despite officers knowing that the terrorists had the ability to reactivate them. A Browning pistol, used in the Sean Graham killings, was originally stolen from the Ulster Defence Regiment ­ an infantry of the British army ­ along with other weapons and “made available” to police by an informant, who was a “quartermaster” in the UDA/UFF.

The Sunday People can reveal that agents from the Russian KGB and the American CIA were also said to have compiled their own intelligence in search of “dirt” on key individuals at the height of the Cold War. One source close to the KGB said: “These were troubled times and my task was to identify people who could perhaps help us with information. “We knew of some MPs who loved rent boys, and others who were active paedophiles. “We were also aware of some unusual activities at Westminster and the work of the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE). “Several regular names emerged and we wanted to make contact and use this to our advantage. “In those days, MPs were protected by Special Branch and anyone with a chequered history, or an unhealthy appetite for young children, was soon flagged up by them. “They had a difficult job but were fully aware that we knew what they knew, and they tried hard to suppress any possible leaks.”

Katharine Gun – Journalist Martin Bright told her that child sex abuse was rife in British establishment.  Katharine Gun – honey traps, espionage, and sex trafficking.  Jimmy Savile – Alison Levitt QC looked in to how the CPS handled his case – records from 2009 and 2010 had gone missing Alison Levitt QC Jimmy Savile report for DPP Kier Starmer summary January-2013 Savile, who abused 500 women and children, died in 2011 without facing justice. In 2012, after it became clear the Top of the Pops host had attacked and abused hundreds of children and women in hospitals, schools and while filming his BBC shows, an inquiry was carried out Alison Levitt QC, on Mr Starmer’s own orders. She found that police treated the victims and the accounts they gave ‘with a degree of caution which was neither justified nor required’. Savile also made veiled threats against officers if sexual abuse allegations against him did not ‘disappear’. Detectives looking at allegations advised the CPS not to prosecute Savile, believing his explanation that it was all made up and the price of being famous. Alison Levitt was also critical of the approach taken by the CPS’ reviewing lawyer, but did not suggest that Mr Starmer was personally involved in the decisions made. The lawyer was also criticised for failing to properly build a case with the police or spot inconsistencies in their reports after interviewing Savile under caution and four of his victims. But there was some criticism that as DPP, Sir Keir should have been more aware of what was happening in one of the highest profile cases in the UK at that time. As head of the CPS, Sir Keir later apologised, admitting the failure to prosecute Savile was a ‘watershed moment’ for the organisation. But avoided any admonishment in Ms Levitt’s report.

BBC Newsnight 2012 interview with Alison Levitt QC and some of Jimmy Savile’s victims about the Jimmy Savile cover-up at the CPS and why Savile was not prosecuted.  Levitt made clear that the fault did not simply lie with the police. She said, “I have reservations about the way in which the prosecutor reached his decision… On the face of it, the allegations made were both serious and credible; the prosecutor should have recognised this and sought to “build” a prosecution. In particular, there were aspects of what he was told by the police as to the reasons that the victims did not want to give evidence which should have caused him to ask further questions. Instead, he appears to have treated the obstacles as fatal to the prospects of a prosecution taking place. ” Levitt further concludes that “I have been driven to conclude that had the police and prosecutors taken a different approach a prosecution might have been possible.” In other words, mistakes were made by police AND the Prosecution Service and the 2009 decision not to prosecute is itself regarded as flawed. The report is clearly not laying all of the blame on decisions made by police before Starmer became DPP. At least the police kept records. The CPS file was “destroyed” on October 26, 2010, and Levitt was therefore dependent upon records kept by police. The details from the CPS side were not available to her and so she was not able to comment upon them. This is the context for her conclusion that “I have seen nothing to suggest that the decisions not to prosecute were consciously influenced by any improper motive on the part of either police or prosecutors.” Levitt makes clear that “I have been dependent on the material provided by the police to show what documents were seen by the reviewing lawyer and the advice which was given.” Levitt confirms she was told that the record was deleted “because the decision had been reached that no further action should be taken, for data protection reasons and in accordance with our normal policy, the CMS record was automatically deleted.” However, this may be at odds with the CPS’s Retention and Disposal Schedule (the guidelines for retaining and disposing of CPS files) of the time, which states, “that Advice / discontinued cases where the full file has been provided and no proceedings have taken place or where the case was discontinued before trial” should be retained for “5 years following the date of advice/discontinuance,” not a year and a half, a period which doesn’t fit any of the timelines within the retention schedule in place in 2008. We know from the Levitt report that a “complete” file on Savile was submitted to the CPS on 19th November, so why wasn’t it kept for the 5 years specified by the retention schedule? It’s also noteworthy that Levitt only claimed that she had been “told” that the disposal had been in line with policy, not that she had independently confirmed that it was. To conclude, this analysis suggests that it has not been proven that Starmer had no personal involvement in the decision not to prosecute Savile. We do know that there were issues with the decision and that the relevant information held by the CPS was destroyed, possibly in violation of the Prosecution Service’s own retention and disposal policy. This indicates that a new inquiry, fully independent of the CPS, may be in order, if we are ever to get to the bottom of this mystery. This inquiry should specifically investigate whether Starmer as DPP knew of or was consulted on the decision not to prosecute Savile and if the CPS records relating to the case were in fact properly handled in accordance with CPS retention and disposal policy.

Prince Charles’s involvement with Savile.  Although the official line is that Savile and Charles met in the 1970s as part of the coincidence of mutual charity work, Savile himself has stated that he was friends with the Royal family “for a million years.” In fact, it was reported that Savile actually stated he was introduced to the Royals in 1966 by Lord Mountbatten, a known child abuser and sexual pervert. –  In 1999, after the Prince accepted Savile’s invitation to a private meal at Savile’s home in Glencoe, Scotland, Savile had arranged for three women to parade around dressed in pinafores, a type of dress without sleeves and an open back that is often worn over other dresses. Interestingly enough, pinafores were often worn by children.After the dinner, Charles wrote Savile a Christmas Card with a note that read, “Jimmy, with affectionate greetings from Charles. Give my love to your ladies in Scotland.” 

Jimmy Savile and Prince Charles’ very close friendship with sex abuse bishop Peter Ball – Lit by the flickering light of a log fire, their faces glowed with sober mutual interest. Ball was arrested on eight suspected cases of abuse against boys and young men ranging from ages 12 to 20 during the 1980s to 1990s. Ball was finally forced to resign in 1993 after he was served with a police caution for “committing an act of gross indecency against a teenager.” Upon his resignation, Ball retired to Manor Lodge, “a wisteria-clad property owned by the Duchy of Cornwall.” Manor Lodge is a property of the Prince’s Duchy of Cornwall.In reference to his new living arrangements, Ball stated, “He (Prince Charles) has been wonderfully kind and allowed me to have a duchy house.

‘Why is Prince Charles so disliked?’ Will The World Want Prince Charles As King? documentary – as King he will become head of Church of England  For 56 years Prince Charles has been the king in waiting – a wait that has surely been hard on him. But more than that, we have a duty and responsibility to govern our own country. National sovereignty should be the overarching aim for our nation. Wales must be governed from Wales. Whilst sovereignty can be shared, any sharing of national sovereignty, or actions that would lessen national sovereignty, must be approved through national referenda…

The Bristol University branch of the University and College Union said the university should also reconsider the links between the university and the schools in Bristol that are run by the Society. In response, the university has strongly defended its ties with the Merchant Venturers, which date back to the setting up of the university more than 100 years ago, and both organisations said they were ‘proud’ to co-sponsor the Venturers Trust group of academy schools. In a list of requests to the University of Bristol, the UCU also called for work to ‘decolonise’ the University of Bristol’s buildings and logo to be completed. And the staff union also said the Colston 4 – the four people who were found not guilty of their part in the toppling of the statue of Edward Colston in June 2020 – should be given honorary doctorates from the university. But the most fundamental call from the UCU relates to the relationship between the University of Bristol and the Society of Merchant Venturers, which dates back to the founding of the university in the 1900s. The calls from the UCU for the university to examine its links to the Society of Merchant Venturers come in the same week Bristol Live revealed that two of Bristol’s four MPs had explicitly called for the Society as an organisation to disband, and a third questioned their accountability.

In an opinion article for the Guardian, written on the way to Brussels where he reaffirmed Labour’s staunch support for Nato, Starmer says Stop the War are “not benign voices for peace”. “At best they are naive, at worst they actively give succour to authoritarian leaders who directly threaten democracies. There is nothing progressive in showing solidarity with the aggressor when our allies need our solidarity and – crucially – our practical assistance now more than ever.” He said Putin’s regime would see Stop the War protesters in the UK as “virtue signallers” who were “providing a smokescreen so it can go on beating up and jailing those brave individuals that dare to stand up to its despotism on the streets of Russia”. He accused the group of a “kneejerk reflex: ‘Britain, Canada, the United States, France – wrong; their enemies – right’.” Corbyn is the deputy president of the Stop the War coalition, alongside Andrew Murray, who was chief of staff to the former Unite union leader Len McCluskey. Murray is a former communist who joined Labour when Corbyn became leader. The group’s president is the musician Brian Eno. Stop the War was founded in the run-up to the invasion of Afghanistan in 2001, and regularly holds rallies on issues including Israel and Palestine. Its critics claim it is not just anti-war, but anti-west. Stop the War is holding an online rally on Thursday evening, with the title No War in Ukraine: Stop Nato Expansion. Speakers include Corbyn and the Labour MP Diane Abbott. Starmer said: “Nobody wants war. At first glance some on the left may be sympathetic to those siren voices who condemn Nato. But to condemn Nato is to condemn the guarantee of democracy and security it brings and which our allies in eastern and central Europe are relying on as the sabre-rattling from Moscow grows ever louder.” Murray rejected the Labour leader’s criticisms, saying: “Keir Starmer ignores Nato’s actual role over the past 25 years. It is those who supported intervention in Iraq and Afghanistan and Libya who have shown solidarity with the aggressor.” “Stop the War called those conflicts right when most Labour MPs did not,” he added. “Keir Starmer would do better to back the French and German governments in seeking a diplomatic solution.”

General Reinhard Gehlen was Hitler’s top Soviet spy during WWII and was recruited by Allen Dulles, the first director of the CIA. According to Martin Lee, writing in the San Francisco Bay Guardian, Gehlen returned to West Germany in the summer of 1946 with a mandate to rebuild his espionage organization and resume spying on the East at the behest of American intelligence. That date is significant as it preceded the onset of the Cold War, which, according to standard U.S. historical accounts, did not begin until a year later, according to Lee. The early courtship of Gehlen by American intelligence suggests that Washington was in a Cold War mode sooner than most people realize. The Gehlen gambit also belies the prevalent Western notion that aggressive Soviet policies were primarily to blame for triggering the Cold War. Based near Munich, Gehlen proceeded to enlist thousands of Gestapo, Wehrmacht, and SS veterans. Even the vilest of the vile–the senior bureaucrats who ran the central administrative apparatus of the Holocaust–were welcome in the “Gehlen Org,” as it was called, including Alois Brunner, Adolf Eichmann’s chief deputy. SS major Emil Augsburg and Gestapo captain Klaus Barbie, otherwise known as the “Butcher of Lyon,” were among those who did double duty for Gehlen and U.S. intelligence, indicated Lee.

Hall Global Research, February 12, 2022 In the name of a supposed health emergency, governments have assigned to themselves all sorts of new powers. This state of emergency was deemed to be a necessary requirement to facilitate the fight against the spread of the supposedly new coronavirus. To this day the government claims the existence of a dire health emergency on the basis of alleged evidence that has never been subjected to a thoroughgoing judicial evaluation in court. See this.

CANADA: THE GREAT RESHAFT: These claims of emergency have never been seriously spelled out, let alone proven, in front of judges. Hence our judges have shown themselves to be unequal to the responsibilities of defending the rule of law when it is most subject to severe attack. Just when we needed fair and balanced arbitration the most, judges in many jurisdictions backed away from testing the rigged data put in front of them by the very governments that gave them their judicial appointments. Now Ottawa is the site of yet another government claim that another emergency measure is warranted. This time the real reason for the claim that added government powers are needed, is to facilitate the criminalization, harassment, and ejection of a group of justice-promoting truckers seeking an audience with our national government in Canada’s national capital. The goal is to politicize the work of the Ottawa police force and put the agency at the disposal of the minority Liberal government led by a mentally unstable Justin Trudeau.

In 1992, Klaus Schwab and World Economic Forum launched a program initially called Global Leaders of Tomorrow. In 2004, this program was turned into the Forum for Young Global Leaders (which I cover in my book The Global Coup D’Etat) – a 5-year program of indoctrination into WEFs principles and goals. The aim was – and is – to find suitable future leaders for the emerging global society. The program has since its inception has included politicians, business leaders, royalty, journalists, performers and other cultural influencers who have excelled in their fields but have not yet turned 40 years of age (originally 43 in order to include Angela Merkel). It has since grown into an extensive global network of dedicated leaders with enormous resources and influence, all working to implement the technocratic plans of the World Economic Forum in their respective nations and fields. The network creates a force for worldwide influence through the combination of the individual skills and resources of its members. As Klaus Schwab says in the introductory quote, it has become very successful. Already in the first year, 1992, a number of highly influential candidates were elected. Among 200 selected were global profiles such as Angela Merkel, Tony Blair, Nicolas Sarkozy, Bill Gates, Bono, Richard Branson (Virgin), Jorma Ollila (Shell Oil), and José Manuel Barroso (President of the European Commission 2004–2014).[1]

Susan Lindauer, author of ‘Extreme Prejudice’, on Canadian Freedom Convoy and how people are leaving jobs in US if they don’t want Covid vaccine – heading in to a global depression? Susan Lindauer was a CIA asset who was asked to work as a back channel to Iraq and to Libya prior to 911. She also worked for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA.) She was active in the anti-sanctions movement. Two million Iraqis died from those sanctions prior to George W Bush’s war. She was under indictment and a gag order thanks to the Patriot Act. She was convicted under the Patriot Act in 2008 and held for a year to keep her under wraps during the elections. She was never paid for the work she did. The only evidence at her trial was that she was on assignment in New York and met with the Iraqi UN ambassador. She was convicted under the Patriot Act because she went to lunch on orders from the CIA and allowed the Iraqi ambassador to buy her a cheeseburger. The free lunch cost her a year in a military prison. The most important story she told was that on the morning of 911 Dr Richard Fuisz, her boss at the CIA, saw a video the Israelis sent to the CIA and the President showing the first plane hitting the World Trade Center North Tower. This must be the video of the first plane hitting the WTC, George Bush saw in the morning of 911 prior to entering that classroom in Florida. The second plane did not hit the South Tower until after President Bush was inside the classroom. Lindauer and Fuisz thought this video was conclusive proof that Israel did 911. After getting out of prison, Susan Lindauer wrote her book Extreme Prejudice.

The Government has announced it is slashing council red tape to make it easier for telecoms companies to put in antennas on public infrastructure. Phone users need to be closer to so-called 5G ‘cell sites’ in order to receive good signal – as the mobile network, though quicker, has a smaller range. Firms are able to create mini phone masts around towns and cities by installing the kit into street furniture, such as road signs and CCTV poles. But the process of identifying places to put them has so far proved ‘difficult and time consuming’ – and has held up the roll-out. Ministers have today announced a £4million fund to find software that will simplify the process for councils and telecom companies to identify suitable places to put them. The Digital Connectivity Infrastructure Accelerator will look for suitable locations that have the right dimensions, access to a power source, and are close to the street. Digital Infrastructure Minister Julia Lopez said: ‘We are determined to get the UK the connectivity it needs by rolling out better mobile coverage as quickly as possible. ‘Currently, mobile companies are finding it difficult to get the data they need to check that a lamppost, bus shelter or public building is suitable for hosting their kit,’ she added. ‘These eight pilots will help solve this by modernising the way local authorities and operators work together in a way that ultimately delivers faster, more reliable mobile coverage for millions of people.’ The 5G network is the next generation of mobile internet connection and offers download speeds up to 100 times that of 4G, making mobile phones much faster and able to process ever-larger amounts of data.

The Bristol Liberal Democrats tried to cancel the cheque, and wrote to the two men claiming their actions amount to fraud. In the letter, seen by the BBC, the Liberal Democrats demanded the remaining money in the account, believed to be several thousand pounds, was returned. The party said local ward bank accounts were still governed by it, and the money in them belongs to it. In a statement, the Knowle Community Party said the leaflets also contained lots of information for local residents about community issues in the area. It described the Lib Dems of making “wild allegations”. “The Knowle Branch functions independently,” continued the statement. “Every penny in the account has been raised or donated locally and has been donated to promote local work by ourselves.”

Marvin Rees said the Temple Quarter scheme had the backing of Government departments and that people in Downing Street had told him personally it was an absolute banker of a scheme, but an expected 100m investment to kick-start the work has not materialised. That was despite a constant, constant stream of promises from Government that the money would come and the deal could be done, he said. Describing the situation as incredibly frustrating, the Mayor said the way central Government funds things outside of London with local authorities is a model thats busted, and said unless the project is named later today or in the coming days, there will be a question mark over its future.Mr Rees said city leaders in Bristol had worked with the Government for four years on the scheme, which would see a regeneration of Temple Meads train station, followed by a series of other major projects on land around the station that is currently derelict or wasteland. That includes Temple Island, where previous mayor George Ferguson had struck a deal to build an arena, but now will see student halls, a business and conference centre and an office complex in a deal between the city council and Legal & General….

Oil giant Shell celebrates 14-fold rise in profits in ‘momentous year’ as families face surging energy bills – Energy giant reports bumper results as UK households face 50% jump in bills – Shell has recorded a fourteen-fold increase in quarterly profits amid soaring prices for oil and gas, reigniting calls for a windfall tax to relieve the burden on households as bills surge. The energy giant recorded a $16.3bn (£12bn) pre-tax profit in the fourth quarter of last year, compared with just $1.2bn (£885.5m) in the third quarter. Shell’s adjusted earnings reached $19.2bn (£14.bn) in 2021, more than four times its level a year earlier.

The average price Shell received for its gas more than doubled in six months to $8.88 (£6.55) per thousand cubic feet. Shell’s upstream business – which extracts fossil fuels from the ground – also enjoyed an 18 per cent jump in the price at which it sold oil. While consumers and businesses are being hit by sky-high energy prices, which have pushed up the cost of living, Shell’s shareholders are in line for a bumper payday. The profits announcement came as energy regulator Ofgem prepared to unveil what is expected to be a 50 per cent increase in energy bills for millions of households. Labour’s shadow Treasury chief secretary Pat McFadden said the figures underlined why a windfall tax was the best way to fund support on energy bills for UK households. “They are planning share buybacks and increased dividends but they are not being asked to pay a penny towards the package,” he told Sky News.

Nuclear Power – Hinkley.  PMQs Nuclear power must play a part in our energy plan. 100million boost for new nuclear power station in UK PLANS to build a new nuclear power station will get a boost today with the Government announcing 100million to support its development. Ministers said the move should attract further financing from private investors for the Sizewell C project in Suffolk. Unions welcomed the development, but Unite urged the Government to “take the handbrake off” and speed up the process on the 20billion project next to Sizewell B. But Greenpeace said spending taxpayers’ money was an admission that nuclear power was not commercially viable. Negotiations between the Government and Sizewell C project developer EDF began last year, with a final decision expected in the spring. Sizewell C could power six million homes and support up to 10,000 jobs in the UK. Construction would take nine years. Business and Energy Secretary Kwasi Kwarteng said: “In light of high global gas prices, we need to ensure Britain’s energy supply is bolstered by reliable, affordable, low-carbon power generated here.”

PMQs Boris on Kier Starmer being in charge of CPS when Jimmy Saville wasn’t prosecuted. Boris Johnson is right. Keir Starmer’s CPS did fail to prosecute Jimmy Savile. So why all the faux outrage? Although there is no evidence he was personally involved, as Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) between 2008 and 2013, the man who today runs the Labour Party was ultimately responsible for the controversial and, in retrospect, entirely wrong-headed decision not to bring charges against the serial paedophile Savile in 2009. This was the murky background to Monday’s angry session in the House of Commons, when Boris Johnson yelled over the dispatch box that Starmer spent most of his time as DPP ‘prosecuting journalists and failing to prosecute Jimmy Savile’. The first claim passed without objection: it is a matter of record that Starmer presided over the arrests of dozens of journalists as part of Operation Elveden, which investigated payments made by a tiny number of reporters to police and public officials. But the suggestion that Starmer, by virtue of being head of the CPS, somehow missed an opportunity to prosecute Savile for his monstrous crimes horrified the House, earned the Prime Minister a rebuke from Commons Speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle (who said he was ‘far from satisfied that the comments . . . were appropriate’) and stunned Boris’s own backbenchers. Former Tory chief whip Julian Smith declared that the ‘false and baseless personal slur . . . cannot be defended’, while others accused the Prime Minister of peddling a lurid far-Right conspiracy theory. Were they right to do so? The ‘conspiracy theory’ falsely holds that, as head of the CPS, Starmer personally blocked Savile from being charged for child sex offences. But that is not what Boris claimed. Instead, he alleged that Starmer ‘failed to prosecute’ Savile. And since Starmer ultimately ran the public body that made the decision not to charge Savile, the Prime Minister’s claim, however incendiary, seems hard to dispute, even if Starmer himself was not the CPS’s ‘reviewing lawyer’ or directly involved in Savile’s case. In 2011, two years after those police interviews, Savile died, aged 84. In 2013, the true scale of his depravity came to light: he had raped at least 34 women and girls and sexually assaulted up to 450, including children as young as eight. A shaken Starmer, then still DPP, set up an inquiry chaired by Alison Levitt QC. This concluded that at least three prosecutions against Savile would have been possible in 2009 if ‘police and the prosecutors’ had taken a different approach. (Levitt also blasted the CPS for deleting all records of the Savile case from its systems in 2010.) The report did not indicate that the DPP himself had been involved but Starmer, deeply contrite, said: ‘I would like to take the opportunity to apologise for the shortcomings in the part played by the CPS in these cases.’ Boris Johnson yelled over the dispatch box that Starmer spent most of his time as DPP ‘prosecuting journalists and failing to prosecute Jimmy Savile’

Yesterday, in a stunning rebuke to NATO, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky denied that a Russian invasion was imminent and asked NATO to dial down its war rhetoric.  Yesterday morning, senior Ukrainian officials told CNN that a call between Zelensky and Biden did not go well. They said Biden claimed that a Russian attack may be imminent, saying that an invasion was now virtually certain, according to CNN. They said Zelensky, on the other hand, restated his position that the threat from Russia remains dangerous but ambiguous, and it is not certain that an attack will take place, CNN reported, urging Biden to calm down the messaging.  The US National Security Council (NSC) initially denied this account. Anonymous sources are leaking falsehoods, said NSC spokeswoman Emily Horne. President Biden said that there is a distinct possibility that the Russians could invade Ukraine in February. He has said this publicly and we have been warning about this for months. Reports of anything more or different than that are completely false. Zelensky then gave a press conference, however, publicly reiterating statements Horne had denied he had made to Biden. Zelensky was urging NATO heads of state to stop inciting panic with talk of an imminent NATO war with Russia over Ukraine, he said. I started talking to the leaders of the countries and to explain to them that we need to stabilize the economy, Zelensky told the press. They are saying tomorrow is the war. This means panic. The possibility of an attack exists, it has not disappeared and it is not less serious than in 2021, he continued, but added that we do not see an escalation greater than last year, and that he was taking this danger in stride. We are grateful for the assistance, but we have learned to live with this and develop with this, he said. We have learned to protect ourselves, to defend ourselves, and those are our lives to lead.

Brexit Border Deadlock Again – problems with the Northern Ireland border. DUP warns it won’t enter into Executive until it sees issues on Northern Ireland Protocol resolved – The DUP will not enter into the Executive after the Assembly election until issues surrounding the Northern Ireland Protocol have been resolved, the party leader warned yesterday. Mr Givan’s resignation automatically removed Sinn Féin deputy First Minister Michelle O’Neill from her position. Jeffrey Donaldson made the comments to Arlene Foster as the two appeared on-screen together on the former First Minister’s show on the pro-Brexit GB News. It came as the Belfast High Court suspended the order by DUP agriculture minister Edwin Poots to halt checks on goods at ports as part of the party’s strategy against the Northern Ireland Brexit Protocol, and as Taoiseach Micheál Martin cautioned that no one party should have a “veto” on the existence of the Executive. Ms Foster asked the Lagan Valley MP if previous comments meant that “after the election, it may well be the case that the Executive is not able to be put together again?” “To be clear,” Mr Donaldson said, “if the protocol issues are not addressed and resolved before the election, we will not be entering the Executive in Northern Ireland until these matters have been properly dealt with.” He added: “This is about creating political stability in Northern Ireland. It is about restoring fairness. It is about protecting Northern Ireland’s place within the internal market of the United Kingdom consistent with the agreements that have been reached between all of the parties in Northern Ireland and the government. “We want the government to honour their commitment. We want the prime minister to stand up and with Liz Truss, either secure agreement with the EU to remove the Irish Sea border or to take unilateral action by triggering Article 16 – which is allowed in the Protocol – and resolve these issues.” He told his former party leader: “This is an internal UK matter, it’s about removing a border that has been created in the middle of the United Kingdom. That is not acceptable. It harms the union, it undermines Northern Ireland’s economy, it’s damaging and harmful to the wellbeing of our people and it has to be dealt with.”

Talking before Spain’s National Court on Tuesday, he said the aim was to destabilize Catalonia before the independence referendum, but the outcome, 16 deaths, was a miscalculation. According to him, the August 17, 2017 incidents, including a truck running over passers-by on the Catalan capital’s La Rambla, “were a serious mistake” on the part of Spain’s former National Intelligence Center (CNI) director, Feliz Sanz Roldan The CNI head “wanted to give Catalonia a fright” ahead of the October 1, 2017 referendum, but “miscalculated the consequences.” Villarejo has been in the spotlight for years, being famous in Spain for some secret operations he has taken part in along with CNI indeed on Tuesday he admitted contributing to “try to fix the mess” that the attacks caused to the secret services. Shortly after the events, it was revealed that its alleged mastermind, Ripoll’s imam, had been an informant of CNI. The decision would seem to justify the fears that the WikiLeaks founder and his supporters have long harboured: that the UK has essentially served as a holding pen until such time as a legal mechanism could be found to enable his dispatch to the US. Assange has always believed that the US would not stop until it had exacted retribution. His former lawyer and now fiancee, Stella Morris, said after the latest ruling that they would appeal, if possible, to the UK Supreme Court. The extradition case now returns to Westminster Magistrates’ Court where it began. It remains to be seen if there will be further opportunities to appeal. Whether or not you support Assange, however – and he is certainly a figure who attracts strong opinions for and against – there are compelling reasons why his extradition would be a travesty, not just of justice, but of the ‘values’ the UK repeatedly claims it represents. The case presented on behalf of Assange, which has now been rejected, rested on his mental state and the risk that he might take his life if subject to the special regime of a US top security prison. The narrowness of this case proved its weakness. And the judge found for the US, having secured assurances that he would not face any special regime while in a US prison and would be able to serve any sentence in his native Australia.

The punk singer collapsed at her home in southwest France on January 9th and subsequently spent 24 hours in an induced coma. – OConnor had received her COVID booster shot on December 8th, just a month prior to the incident.  Hazel O’Connor collapsed and was rushed to hospital one month after receiving the COVID-19 booster shot  –  Neil wrote in a blog post:  On Sunday last, 9/01/2022, Hazel was discovered at her place in SW France and was found to have suffered a serious medical event. She was taken to her local hospital where it was determined that shed had a bleeding on the brain and that she should be transferred to a major hospital where her condition could more effectively monitored.  On Sunday things were touch and go and the next 24 hours would determine how her recovery may go. She was put into an induced coma for about 24 hrs and brought out of it Monday evening and since then has been showing a lot of progress although, saying that, her recovery is going to take a while but she is tough and is responding to stimuli and to treatment.  Shes receiving the best of care i and I thank the French medical service there for taking such good care of her.  On December 8th, O’Connor posted this video on Facebook from inside a vaccination center in France waiting to receive her third COVID shot: OConnor is best known for a string of UK top 10 singles from the early 80s: Eighth Day, D-Days and Will You? She is also well known for appearing in the 1980 Brian Gibson film Breaking Glass, in which she played the role of Kate Crowley. Her solo album Sons and Lovers was released the same year, and she has continued to put out music ever since alongside roles in TV and theatre. OConnor had been due to tour the UK, beginning in March. An announcement from her website explained:  We will keep Hazels health as the only deciding factor on these dates.

When Bennett began to leak the intelligence related to funding terrorism, he was imprisoned for two years by Obama for FILING A FALSE BUSINESS EXPENSE REPORT. This was to minor to imprison someone, but he served two years on totally false charges in order to cover up these crimes. Bennett started out his intelligence career in the George W Bush administration. He transitioned into the Obama administration where they funded and supplied terrorist groups such as ISIS. These events, from a logistical and time frame perspective perfectly coincide with the Cruz revelations listed above.

An investigation by The Mail on Sunday has exposed a culture of bumper pay packets, bonuses and business-class flights at the state-backed rail giant. The revelations follow a year from hell for commuters after the shambolic introduction of a new timetable and delays to vital upgrades to the network. Network Rail’s chief executive was paid 588,000 despite commuters enduring the worst train service for almost 20 years and the state-backed giant facing a multi-million pound fine The proportion of cancelled or severely delayed trains is at its highest level since 2001, and Network Rail, which runs Britains rail infrastructure, faces a multi-million-pound fine from the regulator if it fails to improve its dire performance, Despite this, figures released under the Freedom of Information Act show 963 Network Rail employees received more than 100,000 in 2017-18, up from 882 in 2016-17. Of those, 131 earned more than 150,000 last year. The figures include salaries, bonuses, pension contributions, overtime and other allowances.

Bristol man killed in the street by being restrained in a ‘citizen’s arrest’ but no evidence was presented in court that the victim had committed any crime. The judge instructed the jury to ‘assume that he was a criminal’. The killer was released without being convicted for the murder or manslaughter he almost certainly committed. Carer not guilty of killing suspected burglar he pinned down during citizen’s arrest The citizen’s arrest that ended in manslaughter trial: Moment carer who was fed-up with constant break-ins in local area knelt on suspected burglar for nine minutes while awaiting police – as he’s cleared over man’s death – Nathan Smith, 38, performed a citizen’s arrest on Craig Wiltshire, 43, in 2019 Smith was seen kneeling on the victim after believing he was behind burglaries Mr Wiltshire said he could not breathe, a court heard, and died two weeks later Smith denied wrongdoing and was today found not guilty of manslaughter The court was told Nathsn Smith knelt on Craig Wiltshire’s back for nine minutes and refused to ease off even when the victim twice told him he could not breathe, telling him ‘I dont give a s*** what you can and cant do’. Mr Wiltshire died in hospital two weeks after the incident, on December 4. Smith denied wrongdoing, claiming he believed Mr Wiltshire was ‘pretending’ to be in distress so he would release him and he could escape. Smith’s defence barrister said he ‘did not go out as a vigilante to exact revenge or to mete out punishment’ and called the citizen’s arrest a ‘public-spirited’ act. Smith believed Mr Wiltshire was behind a string of thefts and break-ins in the Bristol suburb where Smith was employed as a live-in carer, the court was told. Despite repeated complaints to the police, the thief was never caught and there was no active police investigation into the break-ins. Today, a jury at Bristol Crown Court cleared Smith of manslaughter after four hours and seven minutes of deliberations. The incident happened six months before George Floyd died when three police officers pinned him to the ground and knelt on his neck in Minneapolis in May 2020. The prosecution told the jury insults Smith directed at Mr Wiltshire were proof he wanted to punish the alleged thief. CCTV showed Michael Crooks added his weight to Mr Wiltshire for a few minutes during the incident while Ben Crooks was seen kicking him twice.

Newport woman Jenny Swayne arrested for ‘hate crimes’ for campaigning against transsexuals muscling in on women’s spaces. Women’s’ rights. Tony Rooke had trouble with South Wales Police criminality. Police seize anti-trans book from activist Jennifer Swayne in raid on home Police have arrested a womens rights campaigner for an alleged hate crime and seized an academic book from her home after she put up posters directed towards the trans community. Jennifer Swayne, 53, was detained for more than 12 hours after placing posters around Newport that made claims about trans women in prisons and said humans never change sex and that men in dresses should stay out of womens spaces. She accused Gwent police of operating like the Stasi after they raided her home and took a book of essays on the theory and practice of transgendering children. Co-edited by Dr Heather Brunskell-Evans, an academic previously no-platformed by university students, and Professor Michele Moore, the book contends that politics rather than science accounts for the rise in the number of transgender children. Swayne said that police did not say why they took the book, which contained her handwritten notes. Swayne, who is disabled, was riding around Newport on her mobility scooter putting up posters on Sunday afternoon when police stopped her. She was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and displaying threatening or abusive writing likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. The force said that it had received six complaints about offensive posters and told Swayne that evidence included CCTV video of a woman on a mobility scooter posting stickers in recent months. Swayne was released on conditional bail at 3.30am. Her phone was seized.

Northern Ireland Troubles went on from then for 25 years which was used by the British Army as an urban and guerilla warfare training ground. Introduction of car surveillance system ‘Glutton’ which has now be developed by former Nazi Company Siemens into the mass ANPR surveillance system used for the London ULEZ – creating the Electronic Cage with which to imprison everyone in the six counties. Can N Ireland become a giant ‘free port’? Bloody Sunday 50th anniversary: Taoiseach Micheal Martin calls on British Government not to proceed with Troubles killings amnesty Mr Martin added that ‘legacy issues’ need to be addressed and so there cannot be an amnesty MicheᬠMartin has called on the British Government not to proceed with a planned amnesty for killings during the Troubles. The Taoiseach was speaking after laying a wreath at the special 50th anniversary commemoration for Bloody Sunday in Derry on Sunday morning. 13 unarmed civil rights marchers, including seven teenage boys, were shot and killed by soldiers of the British Paratroopers regiment on January 30th, 1972. A 14th victim who was shot that day died in hospital a number of months later. Families and campaigners are vehemently opposed to the plan from Boris Johnsons government to close the book on all murders committed during the Troubles. This would see nobody held accountable and no prosecutions for any of the murders by soldiers that fateful day 50 years ago.

ULEZ ANPR surveillance Siemens began with GLUTTON British Military Intelligence Systems in Northern Ireland British Military Intelligence Systems in Northern Ireland British Military Intelligence Systems in Northern Ireland is a term used to describe various HUMINT, ELINT, and SIGINT systems used by the RUC and British Army Intelligence in Northern Ireland. There have been a number of systems with only some described below. It is unclear which of these systems are still in operation or which have been upgraded to more sophisticated systems. It is suspected that Thiepval Barracks British military HQ and Knock Barracks (RUC HQ) form the primary processing hubs for these systems. Military context By 1994 the British military, intelligence and police apparatus in Northern Ireland had over thirty-seven separate intelligence gathering computer systems operating. Their focus was detection before, during and after paramilitary activity, with a particular focus on the activities of the Provisional Irish Republican Army (PIRA). Vengeful & Crucible Vengeful is dedicated to tracking vehicles of suspects. [Suspects being those under suspicion of involvement with paramilitaries, or any vehicle deemed a ‘target’ and thought operationally fruitful to track via the system.] Vengeful’s counterpart, (for logging and classifying the names and locations of people connected to the vehicles), was a system titled “Crucible”. Vengeful is fully integrated to the Northern Ireland vehicle licensing office (DVLNI). Crucible operates in tandem with Vengeful, holding a personal file containing a map/picture showing where suspects live as well as details of their family and past. GLUTTON Data capture By the time of the PIRA ceasefires of 1994 and 1997 – 1998, the British army had modernized its systems. The scale and cost of this programme reflected the army’s belief that it would continue to fight an Intelligence war in Northern Ireland for years to come and that the surveillance war would increasingly become part of normal life in England as the PIRA launched new attacks in Britain.

Revealed: The councils and police forces raking in most cash from the ‘Big Brother’ traffic cameras generating £100MILLION a year – Investigation by AutoExpress reveals staggering use of ANPR cameras on roads = Councils use the cameras to enforce bus lanes, speeding, illegal right turns, parking and entry into yellow-box junctions – Between 2014 and 2018, some £472m ANPR-generated fines were issued – Police also use the technology to scan for vehicles without tax, that have no registered keeper or have been used in criminal activity – Over 10bn number plate scans were conducted in 2018, forces revealed – As a result of budget increases various attempts were made to create an overarching system encompassing HUMINT, ELINT, and SIGINT streams which also collated and analysed within a short time frame. The first move towards this was to unify vehicle data held in Vengeful with cameras able to read vehicle number plates at public locations (ANPR). Once these details were captured and stored they could be linked to the suspect data held in Crucible. The automatic number plate registration cameras were code-named ‘GLUTTON’. During 1997, eighty overt GLUTTON cameras were switched on at unidentified public sites in Northern Ireland. Another twenty were covert. The covert data capture for Vengeful was to be collected at surveillance points on routes which suspects would likely use to avoid RUC and British Army checkpoints

In an 800-word resignation letter published on Wednesday, Pidcock said she ran to be a member of the NEC to act as a bridge from Corbynism. She added: What has ensued is a barrage of top-down changes which is making it hostile territory for socialists, from those of us on the NEC, to those in CLPs (constituency Labour Party) across the country. The former frontbencher continued: What I have witnessed on the NEC has been immensely frustrating. This leadership is devoid of ideas, lacking vision. I cant and wont negotiate with these people anymore. The summit of their ideas are just small tweaks to the status quo. They challenge virtually nothing, but are noticeably determined when it comes to rule changes that alienate the left. They have demoralised thousands of people who were awakened to politics for the first in their life. I am sure, this is part of their larger strategy.

Palestine campaigner Nick Georges explains the enormous Israeli arms export business and the pride the Israeli companies take in the fact that these weapons are tested on the Palestinians. Nick then tells the story of a Palestinian man who was shot in the neck when trying to stop Israeli soldiers stealing his friends generator. Then the horrifying attempts of the Israeli state and soldiers to stop the man being taken to hospital by shooting out the tyres of the car trying to take him to hospital and then setting up road blocks to try and ensure the Palestinian man bleeds to death. US/EU behind 2014 Ukraine coup: Looking at the three weeks in early 2022 of propaganda about Russia supposedly about to invade Ukraine we go back to the weeks before the Maidan Coup in Kiev of February 2014. We hear assistant US secretary of state in 2013/14 Victoria Nuland first in December 2013 bragging about the $5bn spent by the National Endowment for Democracy on persuading Ukraine to lean toward Brussels and then, in February 2014 as the coup was progressing, telling her Ukrainian Ambassador Geoffery Pyatt that she has chosen the Prime Minister and senior government officials and has the UN to back her over the nominations that Brussels wants to see in charge so she famously tells him they can ‘fuck the EU’. The Ukraine Mess That Nuland Made – by Robert Parry – As the Ukrainian army squares off against ultra-right and neo-Nazi militias in the west and violence against ethnic Russians continues in the east, the obvious folly of the Obama administrations Ukraine policy has come into focus even for many who tried to ignore the facts, or what you might call the mess that Victoria Nuland made. Assistant Secretary of State for European Affairs Toria Nuland was the mastermind behind the Feb. 22, 2014 regime change in Ukraine, plotting the overthrow of the democratically elected government of President Viktor Yanukovych while convincing the ever-gullible US mainstream media that the coup wasnt really a coup but a victory for democracy. Assistant Secretary of State for European Affairs Victoria Nuland, who pushed for the Ukraine coup and helped pick the post-coup leaders. We hear from Julian Assange’s father John Shipton about the horrors of his son’s torture in Belmarsh prison despite having not committed any offence under British law. John explains that the British Medical Journal has pointed out that nobody knows what is in the Experimental Covaxxes due to patent law – yet people are losing their careers unless they take them. He quotes Percy Bysshe Shelly’s Prometheus poem about the necessity of knowledge to guarantee human freedom and how Julian is being scapegoated in the destruction of the free press in the West. Those military people who leaked the secrets about war crimes In classical mythology the Earth, or the goddess Gaia, is the mother of the Titans. Prometheus, who gave humanity fire and knowledge, represents hope for mankind and allowed them to rise above ignorance and confusion. Prometheus’s gift of knowledge to humanity is perceived as a threat by Jupiter, as knowledge allows humans to think for themselves and potentially question his authority. Jupiter’s imprisonment of Prometheus has caused a rift between humanity and nature so that they can no longer exist harmoniously but must struggle to survive alongside each other. Prometheus’s curse and defiance of Jupiter gives the Earth hope that Jupiter will fall, and that harmony will exist again between man and nature.

UK court should slap down the US Justice Department in the Assange case By James C. Goodale, opinion contributor 01/28/22 09:30 AM EST As the lead attorney for the New York Times in the Pentagon Papers case in 1971, Ive been doing a slow burn ever since over the governments behavior in that instance: lies, disregard of court rules, arrogance, destruction of documents. All of this was brought to mind earlier this week when a British court hinted in the Julian Assange case that the U.S. government has acted in the same way once again. It asked Britains supreme court to determine the appropriateness of a late filing by the government that completely undercut a ruling that Assange could NOT be extradited to the U.S. This followed British trial court Judge Vanessa Baraitser, who was hearing Assanges extradition case, ruling that Assange might commit suicide if held in a U.S. prison in solitary confinement under what is called Special Administrative Measures (SAMs) and, so, he could not be extradited. As soon as she announced her decision, the U.S. government filed assurances that Assange would not be held in that kind of detention, although it reserved the right to revoke the assurance if circumstances changed. The judge was unmoved by this assurance, but she was reversed on appeal. The U.K.s supreme court has now asked to consider the timeliness of this filing. I do not believe the U.S. governments assurances are worth the paper on which they have been written. Its behavior in this case has been rampant. Most outrageously, the CIA discussed a plot to kidnap Assange from the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where he was holed up, and to kill him. The CIA also tapped into conversations in the Ecuadorian Embassy, including those with Assanges lawyers.

We’re joined by former Sunday Times Rich List journalist and author of Who Owns Britain, Who Owns Ireland and Who Owns The World, Kevin Cahill – Kevin discusses the almost unreported (in Europe) month-long imprisonment of THE Danish Intelligence chief Lars Findsen. Reporting has been sporadic because nobody is being officially told why Lars has been arrested, least of all him! There seem to be tow main theories: one, that he has been illegally allowing Danish intelligence to hand over all the private data of Danish citizens to the US National Security Agency (NSA); two, that he has been giving off-the-record briefings to the Danish press about what he believes are the illegal activities of the NSA in stealing the confidential data of Danish citizens. The fact that the courts are refusing to reveal the reason for what is now his month-long incarceration, as well as the arrests in December of his second-in-commands –

Danish ex-intelligence head suspected of leaking information There is speculation that Lars Findsen was considered too friendly toward the media. COPENHAGEN, Denmark (AP) The man who has headed both of Denmark’s intelligence agencies at different times has been detained for over a month on suspicion of disclosing highly classified information from the intelligence services, a Danish court has revealed. The revelation has sparked speculation that Lars Findsen was considered too open toward the media. Four suspects with Denmarks two intelligence agencies two from each were detained. Three have since been released while Findsen remains in pre-trial custody. His name had been protected by a court-ordered ban, but that was removed on Monday. Findsen headed the domestic security service, known by its Danish acronym PET, from 2002 to 2007. He then headed the foreign intelligence service, known as FE, from 2015 until he was suspended in August 2020 after an independent watchdog heavily criticized the spy agency for deliberately withholding information and violating laws in Denmark. Writing in the Politiken newspaper on Tuesday, the former operative head for PET questioned whether Findsen had done anything wrong. Hans Joergen Bonnichsen described Findsen as “the person in Denmark, and probably also internationally, who has the deepest insight into the soul, means and methods of the intelligence service. Bonnichsen said Findsen made the largest turnaround process in PETs history. We created a modern organization with greater openness about the work of the service, with a website, annual report, meetings were held with the press and interviews were given. I find it infinitely difficult to see that such a profile has a motive for national harm, but let the process determine this, Bonnichsen wrote. Details about Findsens detention are shrouded in secrecy and because of the sensitivity of the case his defense lawyer cannot talk. It is not known whether his arrest is linked to his earlier suspension. A custody hearing was held Monday behind closed doors in Copenhagen and extended Findsens detention until Feb. 4. His defense lawyer decried the fact that not even the preliminary charge, allowing him to be held while the investigation goes on, was known. In Denmark, preliminary charges are one step short of formal charges. We do not understand the background for this secrecy Lars Kjeldsen said. Findsen himself told reporters in court on Monday: I want the preliminary charge brought forward, and I plead not guilty. This is completely insane.

Kevin Cahill explains how to sue the tech giants for mass surveillance and discusses the fact that James Adams, his former managing editor boss at the Sunday Times, went over to the US to become a senior executive at the National Security Agency (NSA) in charge of illegal mass surveillance – Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder of iDefense, a private agency specializing in information intelligence. He is an authority on national security issues and has published twelve books on intelligence and covert warfare. He serves on the National Security Agency (NSA) Advisory Board and the Department of Defense’s Joint Service Advisory Group. His latest book is “The Next World War-Computers Are the Weapons and the Front Line Is Everywhere,” (Simon and Schuster, August 1998). Well, from a personal perspective, because I’ve seen so much of the consequences of war and of chaos, I wish to play a part in not having chaos. My job is not offensive information warfare. Could we have the capability if we chose? Sure. But would I ever launch an offensive attack? Absolutely not. That’s not our business. If others choose to do that, fine. All I provide is the intelligence that says, “This is an indication, this is a warning, this is what you need to do.” And I can then serve, not just America, but I can serve Japan and Asia from iDefense Japan, and I can serve Europe from iDefense UK. So hopefully, I can serve the globe without fear or favor in an impartial way, with intelligence that enables everybody to defend themselves.

Part Two – Covid Climate Round-Up With End Times Prophecy Reports

NHS100k campaign nurses and doctors about to be sacked for not having the vaccines in massive protests last Saturday are barely reported in the UK press. We hear from Bristol mental health nurse Elaine Driver. She says people shuld hold the line and refuse to be intimidated or coerced into taking a vaccine they don’t need and/or may harm them. Elaine Driver explains that at Bristol’s UHB NHS Trust there is no acknowledgement of or sympathy for those highly qualified NHS and other healthcare workers who have decided it is not medically rational for them to have a Covid vaccine. She believes the vaccine mandates being rolled out by UK Health secretary Sajid Javid and the Department for Health violate staff’s rights to bodily autonomy.  Elaine explains that she had a bout of Covid-19 early in 2020 and therefore was able to work amongst Covid infected patients without fear of contracting the disease so she sees no need for or reason to have a vaccine against it. This, she says, should be her decision and she is appalled by the lack of ethics permeating the UK NHS management and unions that they think it is fine to force staff to take an experimental vaccine or lose careers they love. With the Communist victory in mainland China in 1949, Mao declared the establishment of the Peoples Republic of China. Upon his defeat, Chiang fled with the remnants of his Nationalist government to Taiwan, which had been turned over to the Nationalist government after the defeat of Japan according to terms agreed upon in Cairo in 1943. Backed by American aid, Chiang launched Taiwan on the path of economic modernization, and in 1955 the United States signed an agreement guaranteeing Taiwans defense. Many countries continued to recognize Chiangs government in exile as the legitimate Chinese government, and it would control Chinas seat in the United Nations until Chiangs death. From 1972 onward, however, Taiwans preferred status (especially in relation to the United States) was threatened by improving U.S.-China relations. In 1979, four years after Chiang died, the United States broke off diplomatic relations with Taiwan and established full relations with the Peoples Republic of China. – Taiwan has adopted a zero-Covid strategy in practice, if not formal policy, which has kept the island relatively Covid free for most of the pandemic. Its largest outbreak in the second half of 2021 saw more than 800 died after the Alpha variant infected thousands and a small rural outbreak of Delta infected 17, but it was eventually brought back to zero.
